Clean rooms, comfy beds with nice linens. Good selection for breakfast. Pool area very clean and pool warm. All of the staff were very nice and available.

The gentleman who checked us in was very personable. We found our room to be very clean, with the exception of the bath/shower area; it wasn't TOO bad, but does need a little extra attention. The shower curtain was ripped, but still usable. The bed was comfortable. We didn't swim, but the pool area was clean. We appreciated the included breakfast, although it could use a few more choices and a bit more attention as far as refilling items, cleaning the area between guests, etc. We would stay here again due to the close proximity to I5, gas stations, coffee stands, restaurants, etc.

I was deeply disappointed by this hotel's inflexible policies and lack of customer service. Despite giving 24 hours notice for an early departure due to unforeseen circumstances, they refused to adjust my reservation and insisted I contact the online travel agency, even though I booked directly with them. The OTA's representative made multiple attempts to reach the hotel, but they remained unyielding. It's particularly frustrating that they still charged me for the full 4 days, even though the hotel was clearly in high demand and my room could have easily been resold. This experience highlights their prioritization of profit over customer satisfaction.

right next to truck stop. don't know how but, a truck was parked next to our window. diesel truck started up 5 am with a beeping sound for 15 min straight. i dreamt my car ran out of gas and the alarm was going off for the gas (it was the truck) thats how i woke up. its not the hotels fault that a truck stop is next door. but i really think the truck was on motel property as many were. and outside my window which was like a wide driveway area. there is a trailer park that is about 150 feet from the motel. i feel so bad for those residents as they must hear it all night. otherwise the motel looked nice, the breakfast was ok. close to town.

The receptionist gave our room away..my husband is ADA. Carrie emailed me that they didnt have an ADA room but shed put us on 1st floor. No one said there was no elevator. Someone was on our room but receptionist removed them. Room was dirty. Receptionist had to clean the room and change bedding and towels. Room smelled of perfume, you could taste it. Lock on outside door wwas missing so the door would not shut or lock. This was a disgusting experience and we will not be back. The onky good things, despite his screw up by givung our room away that was noted in their system thatbit was ours, was he helped get room ready. It will not allow me to upload pictures.

The hotel was just ok. It is very old and run down and in need of remodel. Our room had a weird smell but not overwhelming. The bed was ok. We were here just for a quick over night stay so the price and room overall satisfied our needs. I would never stay here for an extended amount of time. The restaurant in the truck stop parking lot near by Buzz Inn was delicious though.

My son and I only stayed one night on our way to Spokane. It was fine for that. There were two downsides. There was old food left in the fridge (obviously not cleaned), and the bathtub valve was malfunctioning (didn't affect our stay, but should be fixed). Otherwise it was quiet, beds were comfortable, and it was family friendly.

Great, comfortable bed. Many things needed fixing, such as a broken shower handle, loose floor coverings, loose trim around the short wall, inadequate continental breakfast. The sausage was barely warmed and not cooked. Broken doors on the laundry room and on the rear entry door.

I think the cleaning staff replaced the bedding and forgot to do the rest We were only there for about 6 hours to sleep and shower. We decided to pass on the shower because it didn't look like it had been cleaned. There were beer bottle caps under the desk and sticky residue all over the desk. I know it is a budget hotel, but it should be clean - at the very least. I did talk (nicely) to the receptionist the next morning, but she didn't really offer anything to make it right. Kind of bummed because this would have been a great location for us while visiting our son who now lives in Ellensburg.

Friendly accommodating staff. Outside doors need attention. One wouldn’t unlock with swipe card the other didn’t lock at all. Coffee machine was unplugged and had to be moved to a location with an outlet. Quiet room, clean and comfortable. Will definitely return again and recommend to others.

Check in was easy and great! No problems at all during the night. Day desk person was not a happy person. Seemed annoyed. Breakfast was limited. Seemed they didn't have some of the items they were suppose to.

The bed was comfortable, and that's what mattered most to me on this no frills overnight stop. The lobby reeked of cigarettes and chlorine (though it's a non smoking hotel). Something to note, there are no automatic doors, I was struggling to get through with a baby stroller and suitcase, and there is also NO ELEVATOR. I was given a second floor room which was not going to work for me alone with a baby and tons of luggage. Luckily the staff did change me to a 1st floor after some back and forth. Biggest problem with this place was they charged me $243/night!! And this is much more of a $89-$129/night room. So overpriced for what you get, maybe it was because there were tournaments in the area that weekend but gosh, what a rip off.

Great staff—-foremost! Stewart & Karrie were 2 names I remember at the front desk. Very accommodating for our baseball parents and kids. Pool was being renovated. Bummer!! Smelled a bit moldy throughout the hotel. Breakfast was free!—-and mediocre. The carpets were dirty and smelly. Vacuumed but dirty. Drain in hotel room was very slow to drain. Maybe a pipe issue throughout??? Very affordable and convenient

Chose to stay here to check out CWU. The staff were friendly and informative. This hotel is in need of an update. The beds were clean, but I felt i was going to roll out of mine as it crested in the middle. Bathroom: paint cracked, the smallest toilet ever, nicks all over the tub, showerhead was scaled over, floor (sheet vinyl) felt sticky. The carpet - yuck - wore socks and they turned dark gray! Had a downstairs room and no screen on the window (nice that it did actually open) and no privacy sheers - um, I don't like anyone looking in my room from the parking lot/area which was less than three feet from the window. But the room did have plenty of easily accessible outlets, a fairly quiet mini fridge and a temperamental TV. It looks like the pool has been undergoing renovation and was closed. Breakfast - typical DIY stuff - was adequate and the hours it was available were generous. The outside of the building looks rather sad and the lack of rain gutters makes for a noisy night when it's raining and you're trying to sleep. I know I didn't pay for luxury accommodations ($450 for 3 nights) but will look to stay elsewhere next time I'm in town.
