The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the shower curtain was missing hooks which did not replaced even though I asked them to make the shower curtain hang properly. There were light bulbs burned in attached shade over the sink; I asked the shade to be removed and the bulbs replaced. It was not. Tongs for the eggs etc. and the waffles were not out in the morning until I asked for them.

I only stayed at the hotel for less than 4 hours. Because there was bedbugs.

Kiosk for check in was not optimal. Room has Blood on the sink, stunk of smoke. Worn down room. Didn’t feel safe.

The check in experience used a kiosk that seemed inefficient, and not transparent of pricing. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Check out was easy

I stayed at many Wyndham motels and this one by far was the worst one. And I couldn’t believe I had to deal with a kiosk attendant who couldn’t even communicate with me hardly at all while I guy stood there by the desk literally and I do mean literally digging boogers out of his nose and wiping it on his pants… once I got to the room the first thing I noticed was hair in the sink , only decaf coffee cups , A filthy coffee maker, I in and The sheets were not changed from the last occupant …

Check in via kiosk friendly fast. Room very nice and beds very comfortable. Great accomodations

Very comfortable room with nice beds. Breakfast was very good and even had bacon availble. Checking in using a remote agent was a little different. Not as personable as having a person next to you but won't preventme staying there again.

Room was clean and bed was very comfy but had a bad basement musty smell on the first floor when i opened the door. Overall it was ok.

This was a good choice in Stevens Point. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. The bed was a little soft and sank a bit toward the middle which was the one downfall

This place was dirty and smelly. The on-site staff seemed inconvenienced by having to do their job.

The check in kiosk is not user friendly. The old way made more sense. I can only guess that this system costs more.

No one at the front desk to check in. Our cards didn’t work to get in our room later. Not impressed with the customer service at all.
0.5 / 5.0
The front desk staff was very helpful & accommodating. Queen beds were very comfortable; the king bed was not.
The rooms were very uncomfortable because of the air conditioners that took out the heat, but not the humidity. Nothing dried! They were very cold & muggy.
We arrived on a Wed. & the back door keypad was broke & still is! The door would NOT lock. This created major security concerns for us. It was finally lockable on Sat. or Sun. Keypad is still smashed.
Breakfast was paltry & consisted of a combination of two of the following: Soggy hash browns, Reheated frozen eggs or greasy sausage links as well as a wide variety of carbs. They ran out of milk on Sun. & as of Tue. morning there still was none despite the manager having been notified of it on Sat. AND there’s a full grocery store directly across the street!
The manager is offsite & needs to be contacted via a kiosk in the lobby. It seems he has delegated very little authority to the front desk staff. Many people checking in had to use the cumbersome kiosk; we had to use it to change rooms.
We have stayed there many times in the past, but this was our last time as the place has become quite rundown & lacks maintenance & repairs. We stood in about 6 inches of water in tub in the room with two queen beds. Notified front desk staff of this- doubt that it was fixed.
It’s apparent that management does not want to spend a penny on this property. I absolutely would not recommend staying there!

Did not appreciate having to use a kiosk to check in with 2 employees standing in the lobby. Remote for the ceiling fan did not work, desk replaced it with another non-working device. Breakfast was poorly stocked, no milk, absent salt shakers very small selection of pasties also generic cereal.

I was assisted by a kiosk on screen person as well as a live person at check in. Why keep 2 people?. Strangely the clerk on screen was more helpful and friendly than the on site clerk. No Elevator at the hotel, so make sure to request a downstairs room.

Dirty front door screwed up reservation. No Help with luggage. No elevator, carry all items to 2nd floor. They did not know we were staying that night. Had to call corporate to get reservation. Had friends staying , next day. Also had reservations screwed up. Third group friends also staying there had there reservations screwed up. Cancelled and went tp Sentry world

The staff was friendly. The virtual kiosk at check in was a bit annoying asking for all the info already submitted during pre-check in. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! Tough when youre lugging things up to the room. The hotel is old and seems a bit dingy, but theyre doing their best to keep it updated.

This was a functional stay at the Baymont. There is nothing incredibly fancy about the facilities. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was controllable. Parts of the hotel appeared to be refurbished - but only functionally so. Breakfast was dismal.

Nothing. Door to outside keyless entry didn’t work. Didn’t need key to enter property! Didn’t have room that I booked!

The old man at the front desk is very rude. Hard to understand his English. I will not be back here just because of him.

We had an unusual experience with check-in through a kiosk, with the clerk on a video call from another location. Anyway, it was good and got the job done. This was the first Baymont I stayed at that didn’t have an elevator, and the WiFi didn’t work.

Everything was great about the property save one thing: I reserved two rooms, one for me, one for a guest. I checked in online, paid for the rooms in advance and saved a credit card for the incidentals. I had to leave the property before my guest arrived and upon check-in, my guest was asked to provide a credit card for incidentals which should never have happened as I prearranged the stay. That was embarrassing to me so I will likely not use this property again under those circumstances when I have guests.

It was what I expected. It was fine.

The tv was large, but there was no cable or live channels. It was all streaming, and nothing worth watching. The bathtub did not drain, so you had water up to your ankles when you took a shower. The light above the sink was very dim. I was charged 70 dollars more on our last night because it was the first day of a big local event. I know that all hotels do that, but this trip was booked a long time ago, and it was our last night, not our first. When I tried to talk to the people at the front desk I could not understand a word. Will never go back.

Room was good, comfy bed. Breakfast was fine. Check in and out was through video call which was fine and went well. Stairway and hallways smelled a bit.

We were each taken to dirty/used rooms at 1030pm at night. Inconvenient. My room still smelled like Indian food and walls are paper thin! Could hear everything! Updates were ok but did not like kiosk check in either. Breakfast was unappetizing

The pretty Indian lady on screen was very friendly. This was the first Baymont I have been to which had no elevator. Stairways were a bit dirty, rest was ok. Breakfast was nice.

I was very pleased with my stay.
No critiques from me which is unusual

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We didn't realize that the Baymont does not have an elevator, so carrying everything up the stairs was difficult. If we had realized it, we would have booked at a different hotel. The door to our room did not have a tight fit, so it let in a lot of light from the hallway and you could hear everyone walking by.
We do like the separate bathroom/sink area. This allows someone to keep getting ready for the day while someone else is in the shower.

Overall our stay was excellent. Check in was through a kiosk and the clerk was on a screen instead of at the front desk. It was odd at the beginning but it was quick and friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was limited. We would be back during the car show.

Very expensive for what it was but it was grad weekend
