This hotel is a rather old hotel. It has been here on the Colorado River and Laughlin for a long time. The room had a stale odor to it. For a casino, you would expect the room to have a safe but it did not. There was no refrigerator and no alarm clock radio. The dresser was very dusty looked like it had been dusted in several days.
The casino and all the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.

Staff is always friendly, welcoming and accommodating.Jessie helped me and she was great!!

I was turned away even though I had proper reservation at home I picked edgewater because on hotels web page it said they were in fact dog friendly when in fact they wouldn’t budge even though my pet is ESA registered. I am a disable vet and I was very weary getting in and was promptly turned away
4.0
Decent casino and service but the elevators are a bit scary .. lots of clunking and noises and one closed down. Also the rooms need serious updating. Comfortable enough though and spacious and quiet.

The hotel is showing its age but is still well kept and clean. Bed was comfy and room bigger than expected.

Nice place but resort fees suck, I never use any of what the fees are for so like Vegas I’ll stop staying in Laughlin

Check in went rough, had to wait almost 45 minutes past check in time, due to housekeeping issues, and no fault of the desk staff. The place has definitely started going down hill since we started staying there many years ago, I'm assuming due to lack of care. I most likely won't stay again.

The bathroom was not clean and the lights in the bathroom were dim.

I would not recommend someone stay here. We were charged 350.00 for "deep room cleaning" because they said someone smoked in the room. I assure you we didn't. At 70, I hope I am smarter than that. Anyway, buyer beware is all I can say.

The room was not very clean. There was dust in the corners of the room and dust on the furniture really bad. Carpet was nasty we definitely have had cleaner rooms when we stay out in Laughlin

The room has no ventilation and I had ants coming out of the bathroom sink

This was a last minute booking where I was coming in late the night of the stay. For the price, it was very good. There were a few issues I was not completely satisfied with. Self check-in kiosk did not work right and I had to wait in a small line to check-in. My room was right next to the elevators and definitely could hear them throughout the night when trying to sleep.

Awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Did not check in. Reservation was cancelled. I had the insurance but they charged me anyway. Hotels.com said contact the Edgewater. Edgewater says contact Hotel.com. No one will help. Never again!!!

Hallways had a bad odor. Rooms had ants and were dirty.
Very unorganized for the Jason Aldean meet and greet -- we paid extra for this experience and missed it because there was no direction given. Shuttle/bus from Edgewater to concert venue was late and we had to stand in the heat for more than 30 minutes. Had to wait for more than an hour to get the return shuttle from the venue to Edgewater.

It was good for the price. Only bad thing was the bathroom sink was slow to drain and could use an update.

We were visiting the area for our son’s football state playoff game & this room was a good deal. Our check-in was good, the room was clean, but it had horrible cigarette smell & the bed was too hard for my back. While I know the bed is just something that is different for everyone, the cigarette smoke smell in the casino was tough, but in the room, just uncalled for. If someone is allergic or whatever, I would not recommend this place to stay. Very upsetting and gross!

It was what we needed for comfort and location to a tournament we attended. Resort fee is not appreciated. You can’t call a hotel a resort when your room doesn’t even have a little refrigerator and what amenities? A pool? Please! Maybe they had a gym? Please! Everywhere you go, big corporations and finding ways to grab your money. It’s ridiculous. This is not a resort hotel.

I have stayed at the Edgewater many many times over the years. It really needs some renovation. I love it because so many memories and good times. But then also those bugs on the riverwalk are ridiculous. I don’t care if there good for the eco system they need to be controlled better.

There is not a lot of entertainment. But there is good places to eat.

Our stay was good. When we checked in, the line was not long and the lobby was not crowded. We liked our room, the view was okay also. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have was, the shower drain was clogged and not draining fast. We stayed in our room and did not go downstairs to explore. Check out was fast and easy.

Pack light. They don’t let guests use the luggage carts. They also only have one employee at a time who’s authorized to use the carts. Pretty crazy because they had a little fenced area outside that was full of carts, but it was locked. If you show up during rush hour (like we did) you’ll have to wait an ungodly amount of time to be helped to your room, or you can make multiple trips from the parking lot to the 16th floor (like we did). A five day stay and not once did we see housekeeping. I had to snag a roll of toilet paper from elsewhere in the hotel halfway thru the week and then I had to run to Target for coffee for the machine in the room. One of the weirdest hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Door wouldn’t lock. Bed too soft. Skimpy toiletries. Only 1 bar of soap.

Would not recommend. Not very friendly checking in, room was not cleaned very well (there was even a fork on the floor next to the nightstand ) Tried to turn on the heat, just low, and it immediately smelled and set the smoke detector off (Twice)

Great room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevators were a bit slow and crowded, especially when the concert was getting ready to start. Everything went well!

Great location. Needs update. Bathroom cleanliness was horrible.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Just needs to be updated or cleaned very well. Lots of stains, dusty and lime buildup. I had to clean the riverview window to enjoy our view. Other then that no complaints

No ice machine in 15th floor broken. Room could have had extra pillows. Gambling sucks up in Laughlin slots tight

There was a line for the elevator and we had to wait in hallway with no AC for 15-20 min each time we needed to get up to our room. It sucked.

I loved Edgewater and the view ! The hotel beds are always so comfortable!💖

Our room in the Santa Fe tower was old and dirty. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom, stains on the bed linen and pillows, carpet old and worn. The overall room experience was terrible.

Room was ok clean, but shower and bathroom floor could use attention. Needed a fridge in the room.

I get the hotel is older, but our room was not clean at all. Dead ants in the bathroom sink, shampoo’s just left thrown in the bathtub, dust all throughout the room. Just not worth what the price we paid for.

Worst room I have ever stayed in! The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in! No soap or shampoo! No coffee - the TV did not work and the Phone did not work

It is what it is. I enjoyed my stay in Laughlin. I was comfortable. I will look forward to mext time.
