The amenities description is incorrect. 1) There is no bar! 2) Shuttle service is only available to and from the hotel during certain hours. HOWEVER… the morning of our flight home we scheduled the shuttle to take us at 7am. Guess what they didn’t have? Shuttle service! We ended up spending $50 on a lift from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport. We wouldn’t have stayed here if we knew this was going to be an issue. The breakfast tasted like cardboard and the juices were so watered down they tasted like nothing. The a/c in our room was ridiculously loud. The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants. But we won’t be staying here again.

The hotel has a "smoked in " scent. It hits you when you walk in. The front desk employees were very kind and friendly. My room was hot. Humid. Just not comfortable. Parts looked worn but it was clean. The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were watery, sausage was hard. Not tasty at all

Loved our stay but. The pool was closed, didnt notice but oir fridge was unplugged for some reason and our dei ks and food spoiled. Trash and things behind TV cabinet. Beds were just about broken and quite stiff. The pillows were good. Would like to see more plug oprtions around the beds. Other than that it was in a good locations. Restaurants all around. Breakfast was good, all though it seemed to have one person trying to keep up with the morning breakfast crowd. 7.5/10

I came back to my room to see the room is messed yo with and not cleaned up and there is no fresh towels and sheets, while I still have 2 more day of stay, however the staff quickly acknowledge the mistake and fixed the room up which I appreciated it.

The good: this hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was yummy. The products in the bathroom were all Dove, so that was nice, as well. The bad: the sink was broken so you had to place the handle in a specific way to turn it off or it dripped all night. The shower actually caused the bathroom to flood when it was on, leading to overuse of towels.

The rating for this hotel is completely WRONG! This is a 5.5 - 6.0 rating. Its old & dingy. The service was subpar, breakfast was bare minimum, Hotels room picture not even close. . . . Don’t book it

The shuttle took more than an hour to pick up at the airport.

We had a jacuzzi tub room and it was nice but in the middle of the night water was leaking from the light above the tub. We let property know and they moved us to another room. The other room was not great--had a vehicle outside that the alarm was going off every 5 minutes all day and all night. Told front desk but she said there wasn't much they could do since they didn't know who the vehicle belonged to. Found out the next day that the hotel allows people that don't stay in the hotel to park so they can get a shuttle to the airport so needless to say the vehicle was probably someone who was not even in DFW area. Not a good night either night due to problems

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating, could not have been friendlier. The only issues we had were that there was no shampoo and the air conditioning is rather loud. It does make the room super cold, however so that was good. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant day. Good value for the money.

I didn’t appreciate them not contacting me with any changes. I simple call could have resolved the issue if it was brought to my attention before I showed up to the hotel knowing I couldn’t find another place with the selection I’ve made. If I wanted a hot tub that means i wanted a hot tub not a living area. I would have booked somewhere else if I was told ahead of time
