Only stayed one evening but the room was a perfect refuge for getting out of the stormy weather that had been plaguing us for several days: clean, comfortable, more amenities than I actually needed.

Im sorry to have to rate this hotel low. I really wanted to love it specifically because of the price. First of all no breakfast, only coffee and tea. The coffee was cold and terrible. 2nd. I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed which had rat poop everywhere so my husband had to sleep sitting down on the sofa and 3 ppl had to sleep in one bed. The room looked clean but had some cosmetic work needed. 3rd not much help from the hotel personnel. They said wait till Monday, I was checking out on Saturday.

There was construction work going on which we wasn’t not aware of nor did management let us know upon arrival. We did ask to be accommodated due to not being able to get no rest and wasn’t granted nothing but $20 refund for the 2 night stay spending nearly $400 buck. I’ve always recommend this hotel to family and friends and associates, but due to the way management handle this situation I will not be staying here no more nor will I be recommending it no more

We were pleased overall with the location and staff. A concern of ours was that we found bugs in one bed and the bedding was old and "sad" looking. Overall a fine stay, they accommodated us nicely with an early checkin but quite concerned about bugs in the bed. Our room was at near an area that had much trash and build up of cardboard boxes. Felt a little transient.

We have stayed there multiple times. Usually a wonderful stay. This time, we were given a room next to a room they are remodeling. It was noisy. We usualy put the do not disturb sign so house keeping does not go in. When the trash is full we place it outside to get emptied and re-bagged. No rebagging. We have an EV. They have 1 charging station. Its time to add more. Several EVs needed charging. Had better stays. Not the worst. But not the best.

This was a good place to stay near UC Davis. The train noise did not bother us. Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the room we were in had broken blinds on the balcony door, missing many slats that let light pour into the room. I had to hang up a towel to act as a curtain. The rug felt less than clean and there was some moldiness in the shower. BUT - the beds and linens were clean and so was the room overall. We would stay again.

A really beautiful property with a nice pool and garden. Super close to downtown Davis and the campus. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I was spending time with family, I checked in earlier around 915pm and just came back around 12: A.m. there are so many, flying bugs in here, they continuously keep attacking me, there’s got to be hundreds of them. These bugs have taken over my food in my beverage, They are continuously running around my face, biting me they’re all my clothing, all over my body all over the floor all over the walls, bedding couches, just everywhere The smell in this room is MUSTy! there’s mold in the shower and there’s rust inside of the tub where the whirlpool chess are and there’s also gnats flying in and out of the bathtub jets area I freaked out. I paid $400 for this room, I expected something very nice and clean, I never get to have any kind of night to myself away from life, this was my night to tonight to have a good night out and this is what I get. This is not good business. I am not happy, I would like a complete refund.

We had to great Valentine's Day getaway ending our evening toasting the night in one of Thier nicer suites. Thank you Hotelscom and University inn for a very special and romantic memory for you us definitely plan on returning in the future.
