Most amazing bus transportation from the airport, #16 stops almost in front of the hotel. Very old world premises. Extremely helpful front desk staff. Excellent central location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly, and the check in/out process was seemless! Great location where you’re 5 minutes to everything, but the street noise is minimal!

We had a nice one night stay here when transiting through Dublin. Ideal location close to airport bus stop, easy walk to the river.
Room was charming with a comfortable bed and crisp linens and towels.

We did not have a great experience. We booked twin room and got "upgrade" for triple room. When we arrived to our room, bathroom light was on and we were not able to turn it off for rest of our stay. It´s not THAT terrible, but you can still see lights with door closed and I also don´t understand how cleaning service didn´t notice that. Next day manager called me and offer different room, which we declined because we had tight schedule and just decide put up with it with two more nights. She offered us complimentary breakfast for next day, which we accepted. It´s nice gesture and pretty standard for hotels to offer some type of compensation when something goes wrong. However when we asked the girl at reception about it next morning, she told us she don´t know anything about that so there went our compensation :) Positives were that room was very clean and location is good. Also they store yout luggage after check out. Room was pretty cold because it´s older building with high ceiling. Also, walls are very thin so you can hear people in next room talking, watching TV, and people un upper floor walking all the time. Beds are extremly soft and have wheels so it moves when you just sit on it. Bedsheets feels low quality and like they were used many times. Floor tiles and bathtub in bathroom had cracks, it was functional but not looking great. There is plenty of hotels on that street and I am sure you can find better one with same price range.

The staff is superior, helpful and friendly.
Ou room extremely small, no room to walk around…
The only other comment is that we paid for breakfast when checking out and were not told that it was not available at 7:00 am. We just had coffee and a croissant.

Hotel St. George met all our needs. Bus #16 from the airport took us within steps of the hotel. We got there early for check in but our room was ready within 30 minutes. It was a newly renovated room and very nice. The staff was outstanding and helped with directions and suggestions. We had two very nice days at Hotel St. George by Nina while enjoying Dublin and the many sights within walking distance.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. Finding a nice hotel room, well located, and reasonable-priced is not that easy in Dublin. This hotel is the right one. Comfortable room, bathroom with a bathtub, quiet, nice view, free breakfast, and a bar downstairs. I stayed only for one night before flying back to my home country. I was not able to have breakfast because I departed very early, but I did like the hotel and will surely come back.

A man entered my teenage daughter’s room after midnight. She told reception and they shrugged and said they knew who it was and he’d left the building.
She refused to stay there for the last 2 nights and they refused a refund.
Absolutely disgusted tbh.

This small hotel is located close to O’Connell Street Upper, so it’s convenient for walking to some top attractions in Dublin. The area looks generally safe too. However, the building is very old, is not very clean (carpet, tub, wallpaper…), is extremely basic at least with our room (no closet, not even hangers, or coffee maker as pictured), and THE WORST is the extremely poor insulation. We stayed for 3 nights, and every night we felt that people walking above us were about to collapse the ceiling, we heard noises into the wee hours from next door and hallway, and we also clearly heard talking/noises from neighboring buildings until later at night. Even ear plugs couldn’t help much! For one of the 3 nights, we were charged over $270.00, definitely not in line with the sub-par conditions of the hotel. The staff were nice though. Overall, unfortunately I’d not recommend this hotel unless you really don’t have much choice as in our situation or are staying for just one night.

Nick went above and behind to help make my one night in Dublin amazing. Thank you so much to him at the front desk!

Liked the area around the hotel. Liked that we could find a good quick meal at Murray's or Murphy's (Irish Stew) on the day we had a show. We attended a show at the Gate Theater on the day we arrived and the hotel is right across, so we liked that. Buses were nearby and the main bus office to make inquiries at and buy tickets was within walking distance. One negative was the front desk staff were not very smart. One girl told us it was 830pm when it was 630pm on a day we were rushing to the play. I knew she was wrong, but it was bright daylight outside, so to even say it was 830pm means she really wasn't present in her world. Another negative was that breakfast items though refilled, were slow to get coz they had 2 people fairly idle at the desk, but only 1 girl working very hard at the breakfast area. That girl should receive 2 salaries, in my opinion. She did everything well, but she was only 1 person.

Staff was amazing. This is a cheaper option, especially for single travelers. That being said, you get a very clean room for the price. You get what you pay for, this is not full of amenities but you can spend the money you save on a really nice dinner.

Had a lovely stay here in a twin room, staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly…
Some noises in the yard early morning, also had the breakfast on one morning and it was nice, usual bacon egg toast.. no fry up but plentiful and cheap for Dublin…
Short walk into the town.. longer walk back due to drinks in the town…
Was able to leave my case there as we had a late departure… would I stay here again… Absolutely

My fourth time staying at your hotel (including one stay during covid). Very good value and great location. Reception staff were both courteous and very efficient.
I live in Boston, USA but return to Ireland frequently.
Overall, excellent stay.

Staff was friendly! We were able to store our luggage and do some more exploring in the morning. Convenient location. Bar/restaurant was ok. Pizza was a frozen cardboard thing but worked as we got in late.

Good day
Myself and my daughter stayed for 4days in July 2024 from Canada.
The staff at the front desk were amazing! The day, evening, and night shift concierge at the front were beyond reproach. They were always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and safe at all times.
I would stay there again anytime.
Thank you.

The room was not as advertised. It had old carpet and chipped paint on the wall, cheap rickety furniture, minimal bedding. The staff were not very friendly. It was very simple accommodations that were sufficient and I felt safe enough as a solo traveler, but I would not stay here again. The price was not warranted for the low level of comfort and service.

Small room but didn’t need anything more for two people and a two night stay. The staff were kind, helpful and quick with service. Hotel areas were clean and quiet. The room and bathroom were clean, well kept and updated. Very convenient and within walking distance to many spots in Dublin. We loved our stay!

Great all-around! Super friendly staff, appreciated the early check-in. No AC, But knew that going in, just something to know in case you run hot. Walls are a little thin, but no issue unless you’re a very light sleeper and have a partying neighbour at 2am. Great for a night’s stay.
