This is our second visit, the hotel is lovely in a great location and has recently been refurbished. this year though I didn't find a lot of the staff as friendly and I really didn't approve of the 2 tier segregation they have introduced removing access for non "level" guests to the roof terrace with no prior mention, and the expedia blurb on the hotel still clearly stating guests have access to a stunning roof terrace... the prices of food and drink and day beds have jumped up too. spoilt the feel for us...

Melia Ibiza adults only is a fabulous and beautiful property. The ocean view and room size would not have been possible in our group's budget to visit Ibiza. Room was a very good value. The staff were attentive and able to help us. The only things I didn't love are the distance from downtown/points of interest, and one of the restaurants was not very good (expensive for okay food). Food also closes fairly early in this area (10 Pm). For someone who likes a nice place and is okay with the distance and food limitations, this is a great resort to stay at. Someone looking for proximity to downtown and being in a lively area-probably not the best choice. It was 40 euros each way to take taxis into town. The breakfast is fabulous and very convenient. Beach is about 10 minutes walking distance away in a nice area with food and shops.

Minibar was not restocked and issues with my room weren’t resolved, despite several conversations with staff, both over the phone and at the front desk. Such a shame since the hotel otherwise is fantastic. Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, nice pool area.

A lovely location for the hotel and fabulous views over the sea from our room. A 10-15 minute walk from the resort centre, which is ideal if you would like somewhere peaceful. Lovely relaxed atmosphere at the hotel overall, which was conducive to a relaxing holiday. However, some areas of the hotel were a little tatty and tired looking in places, definitely in need of some TLC. We were half-board and food-wise, the options for a vegan (me) were VERY limited, unless I wanted salad vegetables, fruit or fried potatoes. Very limited vegan protein available at mealtimes and a disappointing selection of any vegan food, or the understanding of what a vegan might eat as a balanced meal. This is disappointing given the hotel styles itself as 4 star. Generally I expect better than this from a Melia hotel of that price. However, the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, which made all the difference. Great pool choice, although the rooftop terrace and pool did not feel "exclusive" in any way.

Beautiful location, amazing views and room. Comfy bed, spacious room the coffee machine always earns extra points. The pool and roof terrace stunning and the breakfast and setting was the icing on the cake.

The hotel was lovely, airy with lots of space the bedrooms were spacious we had a beautiful view with a full balcony looking out to the sea which we paid for as an upgrade but well worth it. The choice of breakfasts daily were amazing fresh breads, pastries, fruits, cooked omelettes to name a few. Musical specialists would play whilst the breakfasts were served all looking out to views of the sea. There was complementary yoga in the morning in the garden grounds. I highly recommend The Sol beach hotel. in the grounds

It took forever to check in and breakfast started so late 8 am…typical breakfast starts at 7 am. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the guy snoring in neighboring room.

Very nice pools and rooftop pool and bar. We had a room with the most amazing view onto the sea. It was very quiet too. We would be happy to go back. A good find !

The hotel is just a short walk from the marina of Santa Eulalia, but in a more peaceful area. The hotel staff ate very friendly in general. Dinner can be hit an miss, one day was great, another not so much. But great variety always. Breakfast is fantastic. Premises are not new but still hold their own. The crowd is mostly older adults, which makes sense given the peaceful location and higher price point.

This place was awesome and would highly recommend staying here! The atmosphere is super chill and has everything you need. The room was incredible with plenty of room and an awesome view of the ocean. We upgraded to a suite and it had a big balcony with a day bed and table and chairs outside. It had another daybed inside along with our king size bed as well as a really nice shower and separate tub. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. They will make you an omelet or you can choose from a variety of breads, pastries, fruit, bacon, eggs, etc. They even have champagne out to make mimosas. For coffee, they had four coffee machines that made a variety of coffees with a push of a button. The rooftop pool was nice and they even had a bar up there for drinks. The main pool area was the place to be though. They had a DJ out there on some days and made it really fun! That's where we stayed most of the time while at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Booked a suprise trip for my other halfs birthday we stayed in the master beach house suite and it was perfect couldn’t say a bad word. Beautiful room, amazing outdoor space, incredible views, unbelievable breakfast and a complimentary dessert and drinks delivered on my partners birthday. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back soon

We stayed in the master beach house. It was beautiful. 2 bathrooms. A dressing room and a huge balcony with a spa bath on it. Overlooking the sea. We loved it. A great place to chill out during the day with 2 pools and a infinity pool on the roof top. We had lunch a the pool bar once the food was great. Breakfast every morning was fantastic huge choice and available 8 to 11. Huge supermarket 5 mins walk. Bars and restaurants 15 mins walk. Taxi to Ibiza town less than €30 euros and taxi to airport inc tip €40. Def recommend.

Lovely hotel and position on seafront. Couple of things missing- no drink making facilities in room. No English tv channels or Netflix etc and hotel bar area was very small, didn’t attract customers in evenings we never saw more than 4 people there.

beautiful hotel, in a perfect location in Ibiza, not too far away from the fun and activity, yet not too close either so that you are not disturbed by all the craziness of what this island can be sometimes ! :). The views of the hotel are amazing, the atmosphere is a kind of an elegant, bohemian style. Really nice place. This year, i thought some of the other guests were a bit more "low key", compared to the other years, but still a place definitely worth going!

Such a lovely location on the cliff overlooking the ocean and nice areas to enjoy the views. We loved the rooftop pool vibes and just enjoyed every minute we had there. I am rarely this impressed with my choices and would highly recommend :)

Our stay was generally amazing & restful . We would definitely return but We would not have the dinner as meals were repetitive and boring . When one opts for all all inclusive meals one expects the meals to be varied daily at least and drinks to included in the cost.

Staff and cleanliness were great. No spa, rooftop bar closes at 8pm, very average menus. Poolside service non existent. It’s not a destination hotel but a really good base for checking out the island. No kids is another bonus!

The view from the room was nice, but if you want to sleep well this is definitely not the place. I went with my husband and we always request a double bed as twin beds put together aren’t confortable for us. Prior to our arrival we requested a double bed and it was granted but on arrival we realized it was two twin beds put together and when I told the person at the front desk that’s not a double bed he said that’s considered to be a double bed and that one big bed is king size bed and they don’t have any at the hotel. The room curtains aren’t dark enough to cover the sunlight and there was loud music from the yoga class that would start 9h30 and would last for an hour.

Great position for views and walking to Santa Eulalia and aspects like the large main pool and stylish infinity pool at the rooftop bar were above average. Everywhere was really clean too and live music at breakfast was a nice touch. However our beach view room was surprisingly basic and small, with an uncomfortable hard bed. The Reception staff were quite casual and uninterested in any issues we had, asking us to speak to ‘customer experience’ rather than take any ownership. There was no sense of anyone being in charge and setting the scene for customer service.

Third time in a row at this hotel. Keep coming as its amenities are great, both pools, quiet location, rooms view amazing sea views. This year I got disappointed with food options, I have several food intolerances and pool bar and room service options were very limited. Check in surprisingly slow, women at reception we’re so busy that kept prioritising phone calls over people coming in - minor detail but should be looked after.
