Really good.

Great location - car park is ridiculously expensive tho

The staff were lovely and the underground car park convenient, though parking is pricey on top of a stay that's already not very cheap. Lobby area is nice. For the prices charged this hotel is very disappointing. I've stayed before and the photos looked a lot better, this was not the case. It's clear there have been attempts to paint but overall the rooms are very tired. My carpet was stained terribly and the headboard very damaged. There is also only 2 pillows. If I had not been alone would have been an issue as I need to sleep with 2 pillows just myself. It was all quite clean but in general state of sad. Bathroom was clean but very dated and shower was not very powerful, struggled to wash all shampoo out of my hair. When charging high prices, I would expect the rooms to be in a better state of repair. Doesn't really live up to radisson name unfortunately.

In room directly above reception with window view into foyer atrium. So unable to check on the weather with a glance outside. Lovely tho none the less.

Fantastic stay and kindly upgraded to a suite. Great hotel with excellent facilities. Nicely decorated and clean, modern room. Excellent location for exploring Cardiff or for an evening at the arena. Quiet room and comfy bed. Only complaint was that the bar area was cold in the evening
5.0
Trip to Cardiff to watch the might Boks teach the Welsh a lesson in rugby.
Hotel was great, easy walking distance to the stadium and with restaurants and John Lewis literally a 3 min walk away.

I booked a room last minute and selected a king size which I believe increased the price. We were in room 416 which was a designated disabled room. The sink was lower in the bathroom and there were two single beds. Having started to unpack we decided to stay and not ring reception. The room was cold but remedied and turned on the heater we found turned off. We rung reception for additional pillows. It was a pretty basic room and was okish but. Wouldn’t want to be a wheelchair user as the beds were quite high also unless helped they would not get in and out of the bath. The showers pressure was hit and miss and went from warm to freezing to very hot obviously due to other guests using the facilities which wasn’t pleasant. We then discovered there were no hand towels this morning. There was a rip in the bottom sheet in my bed and cobwebs on the ceiling corners. I’m not sure if this hotel is in the middle of refurbishment or not. The bar area when we returned later in the evening was freezing and we decided to retire to our room with our drinks as it was warmer. There was considerable corridor noise during the night and I don’t think we will return as it wasn’t the peaceful location we were hoping for. One night is ok but only for convenience to arena.

In a superior room but very dated - no plugs next to bed. Mould on bath. Only left 2 bath towels no hand towels.

Clean and tidy
Service was great too

Check is was late. We had to wait until 3:30.
Property and rooms were dated for the price paid.

Great hotel and location into Cardiff just behind John lewis

Served its purpose for a night away to watch a concert at Utilita Arena in Cardiff. Excellent central location. Room had everything needed- a great big bed but needs some TLC as fittings are looking tired.

Wheelchair access as required, staff very helpful. Ideal location,

Stayed in room 206,, there was an annoying loud clicking sound all night, coming from inside wardrobe , hardly slept !!!

Really convenient for the utilitia

An overnight stay for a party. Very comfortable clean room. Perfect for my requirements. Very central, just minutes away from main shopping centre, the Castle, bars and restaurants

It’s very tired in there. I wouldn’t stay again.
Clean enough though, but desperately in need of a lick of paint as a bare minimum.
The staff were incredibly helpful though, top stuff

Stayed here for a gig that was across the road. Room was great, window didn't close so was a bit noisy after we got back but other than that the room did what we needed it to. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast was just what we needed in the morning

Great location, easy check in and out and super friendly staff.
3.0
Great location in the city centre, staff very friendly, nice breakfast and bar area. Only bad thing was the rooms are very dated and in need of refurbished. We stayed on the 5th floor so no doubt other rooms may be more updated.
2.0
The room was bland no extra pillows the mattress felt old. The room was dated could see paint work coming away. Bathroom was usable and dated.

Good stay.

No plug sockets by the bed

I was disappointed my room was not cleaned during my stay.
Seems the onus is on the room incumbent to put a notice on the door if you want cleaned and this card was hidden behind the do not disturb sign
I’d suggest they reverse this policy to make it your rooms cleaned unless you state otherwise

Staff were excellent as was the location. Buffet breakfast was really good with a great choice and the bed was comfy.
Room was average and very tired looking, all the furniture was scratched or in need of replacement with some light bulbs missing as well. There is also no room safe for valuables or air conditioning. With it being a part out the Radisson group and costing £300 a night I expected more

Hotel was beautiful, bed was super comfy and it was in an ideal location for train station, Castle and shops and bars.

Room was shabby, bathroom smelt foul, no air con (noisy fan provided instead). Will never stay here again.

Awful night sleep because of noise made by other guests.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. Checkin was pleasant. Customer service was great. We had a complimentary room upgrade, chocolate and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was amazing and comfortable. The staff really made the stay enjoyable with their friendly attitudes and overall welcoming demeanor.

The hotel was clean and atttactive
But unfortunately for me the only let down was the king bed the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable and I had a back ache and did not sleep well due to uncomfortable mattress
5.0
We had a room overlooking the road with seagulls sat on the flat roof infont of our room. There was a cobweb in the window and the room was tired looking and not hoovered properly. Unfortunately the state of the rooms lets the hotel down.reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Tbe hotel is perfectly placed for concerts at Cardiff Castle (10 mins walk) or Utilitia arena which is next door
3.0
Only two pillows that where very soft on the bed for two people where most hotels provide 4 there was hardly any tea and coffee for the room. The room has no air con so very hot only found a cheap fan in the wardrobe the drawers where stained inside doesn’t feel very personal. The staff were friendly on the main desk and couldn’t help enough. I normally go on a lot of business trips and use a local competitor so this has put me off the park inn unfortunately
4.0
I don’t ask for much, as long as a hotel is clean and bed comfortable I’m happy.
The bed was comfy, however, the room was not clean, the carpet and chair in the room was so stained everything felt horrible, I wouldn’t put any of my belongings on the floor!
Location was excellent just step out the door and you are in the centre of Cardiff.
The staff were friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel!
The car park was absolutely hideous, the layout is ridiculous, everyone was complaining and people getting stuck as it was all bad angles and confusing. You would be better parking close by.
Wine in the bar was absolutely vile, I tipped it away!
We wasn’t expecting the ritz, that said we was expecting morticias palace either!
3.0
Car parking over priced, bedroom was average and very aged, lack of pillows on the bed
8.0
Value for money but the room was quite hot, which meant the window had to be open and the noise outside seemed to go on through the night. Deliveries to the surrounding shops street cleaning going on. Also the TV kept coming on by itself during the night!!!
3.0
Hotel was very tired
There was a lack of maintenance rubber seal missing from shower door so water flooded the floor and nothing apart from your towel to mop up
Furniture in the room was very worn
My thoughts were an executive priced but budget hotel !
Location for the stadium and town was great though
