They were busy constructing while we were there so it was a little messy. Parking is a nightmare and very limited as its shared to the residence next door. Stunning views and access to the beach with a slight walk

Excellent location, 1 minute walk to beach and bars; staff are first class ; brilliant breakfast included. But would be difficult for anybody with mobility challenges.

Great place to stay. Two areas for improvement: breakfast order should not take more than 2 0 minutes. One morning we waited 45. Also, under our bed it smelled a bit like mold. Somme we couldn’t lift the cover, we couldn’t see anything. But overall great place to say with fantastic views.

This hotel was just about perfect! From it's incredible location, ocean views, sumptuous breakfast and friendly staff, we really loved staying here. You can easily walk to the main restaurant district in Camp's Bay. By easy, I mean one block. The only problem is actually finding the hotel and parking. You have to approach from the alley in the back and the parking is quite unusual. Don't trust your navigation system! But the trouble is worth it!

Great location, right on the camp bay main rd. Our room had a beautiful view of camps bay. It’s worth noting, this isn’t a hotel per se, with the room located inside an apartment building. The building itself is dated with very simple communal areas and security. The room itself is fine, with the view being they key selling point.

We stayed at Primi for two weeks. Andrew and the staff were nothing short of incredible. The rooms had amazing views and were cleaned throughly daily. The breakfast is extremely convenient, starting at 7am. Cape Town tends to start the day earlier than the states so it was nice to have a bite before walking just feet away to the beach. They staff understands comfort and convenience well. They were happy to schedule us private drivers (with car seats) to and from the airport, vineyards, penguins, etc. The bed is a true king and slept extremely comfortably. There is a sauna and ice plunge to enjoy in the courtyard as well as a couple paddle boards should you choose to use them. A couple minute walk away is the main strip of restaurants or you can take a quick 5 minute Uber to our favorite place, The Lawns. We enjoyed days at Camps beach with our two year old and also went just up the hill to Clifton 4. Both were amazing. Lastly, you cannot beat the sunsets out of the rooms at Seacastle. Every night was something special. We will absolutely return.

My room did not have a y proper window. Only a glass door that have access to a one square meter sheltered technical area with the AC machines.

Excellent stay with excellent staff. Room was brilliantly, decorated and real care and attention was clearly had in designing it. The breakfast with delicious and would thoroughly recommend. we had drinks in the bar area pretty much every evening and it was a really lovely environment. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Good location, kind staff, good breakfast. Nice porch and pool. Some rooms better than others, ours was a bit damp/smelled of mildew.

Doors locked when we arrived. No one answered phone. Had to bang on a slider door and wake up a guest to help us after 10 minutes. Room sweltering and a/c broken. Breakfast not good.

Beautiful property so close to the beach and awesome restaurants. The rooms were modern and clean and I had an amazing view of the beach. The breakfast area was super cute and clean and the menu was amazing. The pool was a great size and plenty of lounge space. Staff was super helpful and accommodating too! I would definitely be visiting again next time I’m in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Primi Seacastle. The rooms are clean and quite spacious; the pool area is lovely, and has a fantastic view. Having 24 hour security/concierge was very helpful, and made us feel safe, especially if coming home a little later in the evening. But what really puts this property over the top is the staff. They were friendly, helpful without being overbearing, and knowledgeable about sights and safety in the area. I have only positive things to say about everyone working there. Would stay here again, and I would highly recommend to others.

Staff was amazing. Place is great. Ocean front and a sunset every night. All the restaurants are less than a block away, but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. Great stay!

Cleaning a disaster. Superb location. Didn’t get the message about renovation at the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Primi Seacastle!
Location, location, location!!! The view from the balcony, which has a double lounger as well as table and chairs, is stunning, the room (more like a long apartment) is really wonderful. Lots of space, privacy and comfort. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome.
We were directly accross the road from the beach and easy walking distance to reastaurants and shops further along the road. I am not sure about other rooms but ours had a rather narrow and steep spiral staircase which may make it difficult for anyone who has bad asthma, bad knees or other physical disabilites. Reception is also down a long flight of stairs. This was the only potential downside.
We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and were blissfully unaware of any other visitors, would love to have stayed longer! Thank you Primi Seacastle!

In general it was ok but I don’t think they are a 4 star. The pool was full of leaves and etc. the tub was not clean and the water couldn’t go down easily. Internet was not accessible in our room however the owner gave us another wifi that worked . Staff were helpful but there is so much they can do in this situation.

The hotel is terrific, location is all you need. Service was really terrific, friendly, helpful, great. But the room was not maintained, I did leave a not with the reception on departure. Mildew on the bathroom walls, I needed to request an insect killer for the mosquitoes in the room, my pillow looked like it had a bloodstain. The toilet seat paintwas pealing off.... Easy to remedy, and takes the shine off and can easily be fixed. Otherwise great.

I’ve stayed at both Primi properties in Camps Bay. They are both terrific locations and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They make you really feel at home. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful sea views and the breakfast is delicious.

Lovely staff. Close but not too close to the “strip” of Camps Bay. Great location right across the street the beach. Fantastic breakfast. Would stay here again.

There was only on slight down side to this hotel, and as its on the main strip of Capms bay, the parking is around the back and a small sign post. But everything else was fantastic!! The staff, the location the weather could have been a little better, but thats pot luck! We arrived early as we got off a flight from London, they were able to sort a room within an hour of us showing up.

Fantastic boutique hotel , awesome views of Camps Bay with helpful friendly staff and a wonderful approachable manager Micheal who goes the extra mile to make a enjoyable stay .

We had a lovely 5 day stay and the staff couldnt have done more for us. Delicious breakfast, central position.Really comfortable room with plentg of space.Only ten minutes from CT downtown

The location is perfect and is very safe. Camps Bay is just outside the center of Cape Town. There is a great beach close to the hotel. The hotel is quite small, only 8 rooms. It is unfortunately not suitable for physically disabled because of many stairs to the entrance and no lifts. The staff is very helpfull and serviceminded.

hey were obviously full, so were almost all hotels in Cape Town because of a CIC convention. Primi represents luxurious room on Hotels.com and I booked one at $300. Was very hard to find the place lafter dark and we really had to search to find it after 1 hour driving around in the dark on a howling south eastern wind night. Then we got a friendly reception and was taken to our $300 a night room, which was like a small claustrophobic room downstairs without any window and a king bed barely fit in there. We slept OK but felt ripped off to pay so much for a little closet room in the fancy presented place. They could not upgrade us either. I have traveled more than 50 countries, but this is the worst value for money ever. I have paid $1,500 a night at the Whistler Fairmont Hotel for example but that was worth every sent - I stayed a week. Dr Chris Neveling

Everything about Primi Seacastle was amazing. The location, the room, the staff just perfect. Thank you all so much we loved every minute, if only you could have calmed the wind a bit!!

The property is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The customer service is good. The room is clean and cozy. Not big I’m comparison to the rooms in the U.S. Overall, it’s good for the money. Could do better on breakfast.
