Lovely hotel on the beachfront. Great variety of food included in the breakfast buffet. Nice, friendly staff.

First, the staff was AMAZING! All the way around! My only complaints are, the room was very dated! The bed was not comfortable at all. Did not get a good night’s rest the entire time I was there! It was my 40th bday and I just didn’t enjoy the room. For the price, you’re def paying for the beach! It’s convenient to a lot of things, but the hotel itself, wouldn’t stay again. I’d prob stop by and say hello to the front desks though! Wouldn’t stay again until the rooms improved. Staff, keep doing what you do!

Overall the staff is professional and nice exept 1 person.
Our private pool had an issue so couldn’t use it during 2 days without any compensation!
The breakfast is average and some are just canned food!

The hotel is literally right on the beach. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was included and was amazing. We loved the pools inside the hotel.
If I could give 1 suggestion about room updates: bigger TV and usb charge outlet by the night tables.
We loved our stay and will definitely come back next year.

Great hotel which is away to undergo refurbishment which is much needed as beds uncomfortable and decor dated .. ideal position in las americas

We stayed pre-renovation
Very lovely and clean hotel, slightly dated in the rooms but it’s due to be renovated after we leave - breakfast was good with lots of options and the decor inside the hotel lounges were stunning.

Everything is very good but be aware of room service charges, requested for a kettle and couple cups as needed to take medication, was charged €3 room service charge for two cups to be brought to room is a bit harsh

Fantastic stay at Cleopatra Hotel. All the staff were fantastic. They even gave me a birthday cake and made my day extra special. Lovely location and couldn’t fault anything. Will stay again!

Very kind and helpful staff. We got an upgrade of our room due to my vip-status/booking here on expedia, which was one of the bigger room with a pool out on the terrace. Would love to recommend this lovely hotel to anyone going to Tenerife. 10/10 amazing

Bathroom/decor too commercialised.

Great location on the beach and easy access to everything you need . Everywhere was very clean. Spacious room but dated decor. We also overlooked the building work in the neighbouring hotel and patio doors not particularly sound proof. Did have a sea view from balcony which was great. Lots of wardrobe and draws plus free safe and aircon. Bathroom more modern. Pool area is spacious and not issue getting beds. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices to accommodate all. Staff extremely helpful at check in and check out .

Hotel is heading for refurbishment so they seem to have cut down on general maintenance in the rooms. Staff, food and general areas are great.

Sadly, our recent stay did not go well - We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and we have always been impressed and pleased with our stay. However, on this occasion there has been a major change in attitude of management and guest services - rude, not listening and unwilling to listen and not understanding and unwilling to understand. Certainly we were not treated as VIP and felt treated as Low Life - As a senior doctor and nurse, we were officially reprimanded by Guest services for celebrating my Birthday on the balcony at midnight - we were not noisy or drunk. My wife is Registered Blind in the UK and partially Deaf - this was not listened to or understood. The second day, after dinner in town for my Birthday, I was unwell coming home and needed to rest and lie down to fend off a bout of nausea - I have Crohn’s Disease which can cause nausea and sickness after eating - We were shouted out in the hotel and reprimanded for bad behaviour - We were not listened to about my Crohn’s Disease and not understood. Guest services stated repeatedly that it was ‘Not Their Concern’ !! They were only concerned about other guests. We were then quite abruptly asked to leave the hotel the morning after at 11am and told to pack and leave the room within 15 minutes - We were told Management had made this decision but we were not allowed to discuss this with management or guest services. We were escorted out of the hotel with our case and bags with nowhere to stay !!

Great location in las americas, easy walking to edeje or los cristiamos. Breakfast buffet excellent with live piano music.
Rooms ok but not brilliant compared to newer hotels.
Many restaurants for lunch and evening meals nearby.
Very expensive compared to other hotels los. Cristianos and las americas.
Needs a loyalty for regular visitors.

Lovely hotel & staff thoroughly enjoyed our December break.
I would however like to have tea making facilities in the room ( just a suggestion)

This hotel was perfection. From start to finish the architecture, atmosphere and aesthetics were incredible.
The food was lovely, the only one downfall was the quality of coffee, it wasn’t very strong.
The location was excellent. The pianist who played with breakfast was sensational.
The excursions lady was excellent.
It was the first holiday for me and my partner and I couldn’t fault it.
I would revisit in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach location.
5.0
The location and the breakfast are fantastic.
The team will make all they can to make your stay the best as they can. (thanks to Deil, Antonio, and others).
The clean, sandy beach is just outside of the hotel.
Go early and take the right side- it's less crowded and the waves are calmer.
By the hotel, you will find huge amount of restaurants and shops, and it was very safe to walk around.
Don't miss the sunset by the Starbucks' beach.
Last thing: don't miss the spa with it's heated seawater pool.
And now the "not so good" stuff :
1- the front of the hotel is the "Hard Rock Cafe" but you will not hear the noise.
2- To the opposite, the outside right wing suffers from the street parties till 11:30pm. (rooms 3xxx)
3- The rooms on the outside left wing (7xxx) are quit at evenings and nights but during the day there was some light construction noise from the opposite hotel.
I think that maybe it will open by the end of next year
(Dec 2024). So after then, consider choosing the rooms with the pool view .
4. If you like a really hot Jacuzzi, please remember that the outside one is only 27 degrees centigrade.
the inside one is about 33-34.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Cleopatra Palace Hotel in Playa De Las Americas, and I must say that the experience was simply perfect in every way.
First of all, the size of the hotel is impressive, but it did not compromise the quality of the services offered in any way. The first thing I appreciated was its prime location right on the beach. The convenience of being able to access the beach with just a few steps is a priceless luxury. Additionally, the hotel provides free beach towels every day, which was extremely convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's location is also optimal for shopping enthusiasts as it is situated on a bustling commercial street. Stepping out of the hotel immediately immerses you in an atmosphere of shops, restaurants, and bars, making the evenings very entertaining and convenient.
The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a dedicated balcony that allowed us to enjoy stunning views. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and this aspect is very important to me when choosing a hotel.
The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. The abundance and variety of food offered were amazing, and the staff was always ready to replenish the dishes, ensuring that nothing was ever missing. The quality of the food served was top-notch, and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to start the day with such a delicious breakfast.
Lastly, I must emphasize the excellent value for money that the Cleopatra Palace Hotel.

We had an extra night due to a cancellation on our flight so we chose this hotel because it looked good for entertainment and location. Location was good but the hotel is tired, rooms are pretty uncomfortable, I had vip extras with being a gold member, I didn’t get any benefits we had a room that looked over the side of the street. Beds are hard. Went to the bar to see the entertainment, there was about 35 people there but not a seat so went to bed. Breakfast was ok at best.
