We evacuated to this hotel from Fort Myers due to the hurricane. Even before we arrived, the staff (David at the front desk) when I was calling to see if there was a room available, to the front desk when we arrived, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen staff were the most courteous and friendly people we have ever encountered. They knew how stressed we were, so they were extremely understanding and thoughtful. Also, since we had a dog with us, it was more difficult to find a hotel that was pet friendly. The staff was constantly cleaning the main areas, the carpets in the hallways, as well as the kitchen area. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in the Tamarac, Florida area.

Good for a short stay such as for business. Accomodations and service very limited when traveling with children. Limited staff and breakfast. Pool is in the hotel parking lot, you have to walkthrough through the parking lot to use pool and it faces a publix parking lot, didn't feel safe leaving kids there to play

I went down for my sister’s funeral which was sudden and I was give short notice. . I was told it would be on Wednesday morning so I booked a room from Tuesday, August 6 to Friday, August 9. Shortly after I booked it I was told the funeral would be Wednesday afternoon so I decided to fly down Wednesday morning instead. When I called to reschedule my room I was told I couldn’t get reimbursed. So then I booked another reservation from August 7 to August 10. When I got to the hotel on commercial Boulevard, next to the Sawgrass Expressway, they said I was at the wrong hotel. It was the hotel up the street, which I would not have booked for. I asked if they could switch over the reservation and they said they could not that I would have to book, a room there again and not get reimbursed or have the fee transferred from the hotel up the street. So I had to pay again for three nights.. I would like to be reimbursed for the hotel that I did not go to and possibly the nights that I had canceled though I was there From Wednesday evening to Saturday morning. Someone else told me they had the same problem that it was booked in the wrong hotel! Can you please help me with this? I don’t feel like I should pay for a hotel three times!

Property over all is very clean and you can see attention to detials by the staff. The overall conditions of the hotel is good. The breakfast menu needs improvement however the shopping center is just right next door with tones of food options. The in room microwave is extremely convenient alos.

This my second time there reason is because I like the cleanliness also the availability of coffee tea snacks etc,the only thing I didn’t like the 2times I been there ,there’s no trash bags I’m wondering if they are short on them .theres no way you can keep a place clean without trash bags,when I ask the house keeper for trash bags she couldn’t find any when she do find it she gave me 2 hahahaha.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They put us on the floor we requested. The staff helped us find a restaurant. We went to the InterMiami FC match and it was about a 10 minute ride. Breakfast had wonderful options for vegans/vegetarians.

Connie at front desk was unpleasant and did not seem comfortable with computer system. She could not find my Expedia reservation, then said someone already check in for me and then found a key ready to go. Did not ask for ID very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay The rooms were nice and clean. The service was impeccable. They did offer breakfast but we did not have breakfast. However, they bake fresh cookie every afternoon actually has a pool that works. I stay was very nice I enjoyed it.
