The internet was very spotty - I was unable to obtain access in my room for one of my devices. It is not clear why there is a TV in the Fitness Room but no remote! It was also surprising - given location - that breakfast did not feature sausage gravy with biscuits! The rating of 9+ did not match my experience and the price was a bit excessive given issues noted. I frequently travel this road and will likely investigate the many other lodging locations in the area.

Bathtub needed refinishing, doors to bathroom are wonky, got stuck until I figured out the secret combo. Staff reminded. Me of gestapo not friendly at all. Strange noises from ac thumps whistles throughout the night. Pass this one up

Nice place to stay on a passing through trip. Starbucks and Olive Garden are right across the road, within walking distance. Pool, gym and patio area were very nice! Good variety for breakfast and clean room!

Quiet. Tub in our room was in poor repair. Spread was dirty. Carpeting in hallway was a trip hazard - needed restretching. Breakfast was great. Check in and out easy

Unfortunately there was a glitch checking in - we were given a room with active keys that was already occupied- very awkward. I felt bad that we walked in an occupied room - clerk was confused, said system should not have allowed her to give us that room. It was awkward situation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent recommendations for locsal dining and where to buy distilled water for my CPap machine which requires it to sleep. One recommendation would be to supply in the Hotel small bottle's of distilled water for guests who need it for medical devices like my CPap machine.

Charged a non refundable fee of $50.00 for our pet. I do not know if Expedia knows if there is an additional charge for pets. I think this should be disclosed at time of purchase. The employee could not keep up with the amount of patrons for breakfast. Ran out of most breakfast items. Housekeeping did not clean under the beds. Also, the bathtub paint was flacking off.

Staff was awesome. Room was very comfortable. If I had to make a suggestion.... Make the pool deck slip resistant. Very slippery. More towels available. Maybe a bench outside for the smokers. Overall a wonderful experience!

First off I got the wrong room. I was supposed to get a bathtub. I am crippled and need it… when we did get a room with a bathtub, I think it had poop in the bathtub and just nasty. I would not consider going to the restroom sitting down. I always stay at Hilton inns and always great. I’ll never stay or recommend Hampton inn ever… It was just a terrible experience, and I never got to take a shower after a long, hot day.

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Not much selection, ran out of omelets, had to wait for more to come out and when they did they weren’t done - cold in the middle, ran out of orange juice in the dispenser so just sat a jug of OJ on the counter, ran out of instant oatmeal.

Stay was great! We came to visit the Muskogee ren fair! The pool and hot tub were amazing and my hubby and son loved the sauna!!!!

This was perfect. By back door in pet friendly room that I could take dogs right outside. Well lite outside for going outside at night. Friendly helpful staff, clean room, great Hot breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was great! We were in town seeing family so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and shower water pressure was great! Good variety for breakfast and tasty. We loved that we were able to bring our two small dogs with us. This is as our 3rd or 4th time to stay here and we will definitely be back.
