Bed was absolutely fantastic!! Breakfast was much more than just carbs, carbs, carbs (sausage, eggs, omelets, yogurt...as well as pancakes, rolls and more!)

The room was immaculately clean. The bathroom was abundantly stocked with fresh towels. All amenities were exceptional - thermostat, television, etc. Being on the first floor, there was hallway noise until around 9 p.m., which was tolerable for a Saturday night. Overall stay rated 5 stars.

We were in a room on the second floor above the laundry and at times when the washing machine was going the cabinets and bed would shake. Also we were by an exit door stairwell which we could hear open and close in the morning every time. Positive would be that our room was restocked with towels while we were out which hasn’t been done in a hotel for years. I appreciate this so much cause each stay we’ve had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels.

Decent Holiday Inn as expected. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent - eggs, biscuits and gravy, and several other options. Only complaint is thin doors, you can hear everything in the hallway, and thin ceilings - you can hear everyone walking in the room above you.

Paid $386 for 1 nights stay, and this hotel was not worth that amount. Parking lot was filled with limited availability to Diamond only member parking spaces. Three transport trucks taking up spaces. Entrance was dirty and tired. Had kids and noisy people above stairs making noise until midnight. Tried to call the front desk multiple times to complain, and no one would answer.

The bed and breakfast was pretty awesome. The rooms were pretty quiet as well. Our room could had been cleaner though. Noticed a lot of dirt on the floors. Our room was never cleaned on our 3 night stay either. Tv channels were awesome but the remote was low-end so we couldn't use a guide. I ended up channel surfing like the old way to find something to watch. IMO not happy with charging $500 a night for the room for a room that should only cost $150 max. I get it with the grandma marathon but well more then double the price.

Upon my arrival Mitch greeted me with a great smile and wonderful attitude. The lobby was welcoming and there was fresh fruit available. The room, pool, and breakfast area were very well kept and the employees were all very accommodating and friendly. I loved the Superior area and will be back. Thank you Mitch and all for a wonderful stay.

We were so pleased with our suite with a view of the water! My husband couldn’t get over how much room we had (compared to a room we had stayed in the previous few nights in Minneapolis. We weren’t sure how a couple of things worked, and each of the people we contacted at the front desk were more than happy to help us. Loved having a Jacuzzi!

30 min process to check in. Night auditor said my card was being rejected even though it was already paid. I ended up getting billed twice and had to book another room(very frustrating) he wouldn’t let us use our club membership as well so we felt very undervalued as guests

First room had not been cleaned. Hair and chips on the bed, carpet, and chair. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The staff were helpful, assigned another room right away. Again, the room was better but there were alcohol bottles shoved under the mattress. The staff were helpful and kind.

Hot tub jets were not in place. So the water spilled out of the tub and made it very uncomfortable. We were given the wrong room, but they did give us a discount to make up for it. Karlie was perfect. Shes a good one.

Overall our stay 12/8 - 12/10/23 was pretty good. The toilet in our room was clogged when we got there, however easily fixed with a plunger, however the stafff did not offer to assist, only provided me with the plunger. Breakfast was decent and had a variety of choices daily. The pool was clean and the water was actually on the warmer side, which was nice. The bathroom in the pool area desperately needed cleaning and smelled horribly of urine. Overall a decent hotel and we would stay there again.
