The front desk guy was very rude would not look at me when I was trying to politely hold a conversation with him and would not give me my deposit refund and nothing was wrong with the room we wasn’t even there a full 4 hours

This property has gone downhill rapidly in the past 8 years. The first stay was excellent, we stayed 2 years ago and noticed decline. This time WOW
There were black hairs in the shower wall when we checked in. The room was dingy and banged up. The breakfast was horrible. Sausage had an off taste and did not look fully cooked. No bagels or English muffins. No microwave for oatmeal. The water in coffee canister was not hot enough to make oatmeal. Milk for cereal not cold
TV only got a few channels with a lot of buffering. In general I have noticed a decline in the Choice family of hotels and will stop staying there

The hotel was "upgrading".
* Doors were not square (including shower door which kept popping open during shower).
* The security lock on the door had 3 separate holes that had been attached to the door during its history.
* The drapes covered the air unit... wasting energy by only blowing air into the window well without human intervention.
* The vaneer on the desk and end tables was rough, causing irritation to arms when working at the desk.
* The maid placed the bedding on the bed upside down, resulting in tags in the face.
* The hot portion of breakfast was all carbs on the first day. Upon inquiry, they said that they serve eggs every OTHER day. They did serve eggs on my 2nd-4th day (who knows if they will continue that in the future).
* The room keys kept not working... I had to get new keys more than four times during my stay.
* The door to the indoor pool wouldn't open, even with front desk help.
* I had a room with a Jacuzzi tub... i feared to use it.
* Going down the hall, one could hear the babies crying, dogs barking, and smell the pot coming from a room.
The beds were comfortable and clean... I hope the entirety of the facilities get better once they are done updating the property.

It’s an older higher end hotel. The jacuzzi suite was quite comfortable and affordable. It’s was pretty clean and they are remodeling

This place is terrible! $100 deposit for a disgusting place! I have not received my deposit back yet! Clean the place up and then you can charge more. What a piece of crap place to stay! Rude fat black women at the front desk.

Hotel carpet was a trip hazard all the way through the TV didn’t work. Had to call the front desk. Toilet got stuck. Room key malfunction. Property needs attention. Staff was very accommodating.

The desk clerk apologized for the old carpet. She explained that soon they were going to have a remodeling done soon. We thanked her for the information.

A little dingy, but OK. Smelled like weed in hallways, entrance, and common areas- so that was a little off-putting.

Absolutely terrible when we first arrived to check in we were given a room that was still occupied and smelled of rotten fish given an "upgrade" to a new room just to find the bed had blood stains on them carpet looked disgusting and the pull out bed was even worse just touching the crusty cushions I felt like I needed a shower, which then brings me to the next issue of the bathroom the tube was gross there was mold on the bottom of the sink stand and the shower had no pressure at all I will never stay at this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy!!

The carpet in the hallways was coming loose and was extremely dirty. Carpet in the room was dirty but at least cleaner than the hallways. Was suspose to be non smoking and you clearly smell cigarette smoke. The staff did make you feel welcome.

Their computers apparently were down so at 2am when im trying to check in i couldnt and they didnt even attempt to fix it. The guy went out and smoked. So i had to travel 1.5 hours home at 230am after a concert. I had to uber back to the hall then drive home actually. I want my money back since i never got to even stay

There was hair all over the bathroom. The hallway carpet needs replaced. And the eggs at breakfast were watery. The outside looks great.

Fast, friendly service at check-in. My husband commented that the carpet needs to be replaced on the third floor. Mattresses need to be replaced too. Great breakfast options. Our only big disappoint was that the pool was advertised as a indoor heated pool. It definitely was not heated.

It's fine but breakfast must be changed and only two things very little.

It is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, too dirty and also a horrible smell of urine that by the way I had to leave immediately and lost my money for 3 days for this reservation because they did not want to refund me a single cent

I had a small dog with me, the surrounding area is great for dog walking. The staff was really REALLY sweet when I asked to switch rooms because the first floor was noisy and my dog would bark all night . We were moved to the 3rd floor. Bed was GREAT but the flooring in the place is really scary. Like don’t look down, you’ll be fine I guess? Anyway front desk staff was awesome. Thank you!

First thing is that staff clearly acted like they wanted to be somewhere else and we're very short and rude at times. The third floor was very dark and creepy with the smell of weed everywhere! The carpets for disgusting! Oh my God to her room they were stains everywhere on the bed on the couch on the walls and the towels and sheets it was just gross! The beds are beyond unbearable! But for the price that's what you get!

Had an absolutely horrible experience. My sister had a glass beer bottle thrown at her windshield and my niece was inappropriately touched by the same guest who threw the bottle. Nothing was done by the staff member who was there. Oregon police arrested the assailant but brought him back, which in turn led to the incident with my niece. Never again.

We did not stay, it was disgusting, the pictures were not accurate to the actual place. It was filthy, smelled of cigarettes in a non smoking room, stains everywhere. We immediately left as it didn’t feel clean or safe.

1st off i booked through expedia worst decision of my life, got a protect plan on the full trip which did not help me in the end, they're service protects the vendor. 2ndly it took everybit of 6hours for this place to respond to text, because you cant call!!! Poor conditions

The staff person for check in was friendly but it took quite a while after I rang a bell for someone to come out from the back office. The carpet in all areas including my room was dirty, threadbare, and sometimes loose and worn through to the sub-floor. The common room on the third floor was dark and uninviting. The bed was comfortable. I won't be using this hotel any further.

At check-in the desk staff acted like it was a bother to check us in. Bed was not comfortable. Room floor was dirty. Lots of noise from the interstate kept us from sleeping well.

Always a comfortable stay. We always stay here when in Toledo overnight.

I booked a jacuzzi suite the jacuzzi did not work there was spilled food or vomit on the inside of the room door and on the base of the cabinet in the room.
2.0 / 10.0
I was shocked by the condition upon arrival. The parking lot was filled with cigarette butts and old leaves. The floor from the elevator was very dirty with ripped carpet. The wallpaper in the room was peeling in many spots and repaired with long strips of clear packing tape. The floor of the room very dirty with black mold growing on the wall of bathroom. The sink and other surfaces covered with burn marks. Nap/inadequate rails to utilize jacuzzi tub and there was old food in the microwave. Worst part, when I closed the curtain to the shower, a dirty, used washcloth dropped to the floor of tub. Disgusting! This very well could be my last Hotel stay ever, This experience was so upsetting. I spoke to the front desk attendant who did retrieve food from microwave and blamed housekeeping. The washcloth was too much and I definitely won’t return to this facility. Disappointed with Expedia. You should spot check your listings. This place is a reputation destroyer if you keep offering listings like this one.

The front desk clerk was very rude and inappropriate I just did not feel comfortable at all

The hotel smelled like the sewage was backing up. The website said the pool was open 24/7 and it was closed the whole time we stayed. There was dog hair all over our room. We arrived a day earlier and got another room for the first day and the pull out couch smelled like someone had defecated in it. And the sheets on it were disgusting. The second room we originally got wasn’t that bad, but it looked as though it wasn’t cleaned before hand, the beds were made. There was dog hair everywhere and the smell in the room was rough. We had to get a car freshener and put it close to the AC unit just to stay there. I hate complaining but what happened to this hotel. It used to be so nice and maintained.

Comfortable beds, good showers, close to shopping restaurants
3.0 / 10.0
The pool was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment. Other than that the place was about as expected given the price and location.
4.0 / 10.0
Very dirty. For a non smoking property the rooms smelled of cigarettes and weed. There were dogs barking. When I took my grandkids to the pool the night clerk was at the pool with about 15 people and we couldn't even enjoy the pool. Overall very disappointing stay.
