We did not stay, it was disgusting, the pictures were not accurate to the actual place. It was filthy, smelled of cigarettes in a non smoking room, stains everywhere. We immediately left as it didn’t feel clean or safe.

Always a comfortable stay. We always stay here when in Toledo overnight.

The front desk clerk was very rude and inappropriate I just did not feel comfortable at all

The hotel smelled like the sewage was backing up. The website said the pool was open 24/7 and it was closed the whole time we stayed. There was dog hair all over our room. We arrived a day earlier and got another room for the first day and the pull out couch smelled like someone had defecated in it. And the sheets on it were disgusting. The second room we originally got wasn’t that bad, but it looked as though it wasn’t cleaned before hand, the beds were made. There was dog hair everywhere and the smell in the room was rough. We had to get a car freshener and put it close to the AC unit just to stay there. I hate complaining but what happened to this hotel. It used to be so nice and maintained.

The pool was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment. Other than that the place was about as expected given the price and location.

Very dirty. For a non smoking property the rooms smelled of cigarettes and weed. There were dogs barking. When I took my grandkids to the pool the night clerk was at the pool with about 15 people and we couldn't even enjoy the pool. Overall very disappointing stay.

Carpets in halls and on stairs filthy and in dire need of replacement. Room okay but worn. Hot shower and comfortable bed though. Not much choice in food nearby.

Everything was ok. Nice breakfast

Recommend this hotel especially for families.

The front desk receptionist was not friendly, the room and hallways were very dirty! No smoke detectors were even installed.... They were taken down and hid them in a drawer! I will not be going back.

Please. A pleasant greeting at arrival and departure.

The desk was high, so I couldn’t see the check-in lady, nor could she see me. And she didn’t stand up or greet us in any way. Just sad.

The room was dirty. Stains on bedding

Wonderful staff but the place is suffering a lack of proper care.

There were long strands of hair inside the jacuzzi tub. The ceiling in bathroom had a huge hole. Very noisy when trying to sleep from hearing jumping and running above our room. Breakfast room was messy. Food was not very good, and very limited. The hot water was cold. Not great, especially having to put down a $100 deposit.

The first room that I received smelled strongly of weed. I asked the sleeping attendant for a new room. The second room has stains on the carpet and walls, drips of some sort on the furniture, a shower door that wouldn't close, hair in the bedspread (I brought my own bedding) and cobwebs covering the window. I woke in the middle of the night, opened the bathroom door and the bathroom smelled like weed. Someone was clearly blowing smoke into a bathroom vent which is just finding its way into other rooms. The coffee maker was dirty and a used filter was in the machine. The hallway carpet is filthy and has big wrinkles in it. The walls are dirty and trim is broken. You can hear everything through the walls and ceiling too. I'd look elsewhere if a cleanliness is on your list. I won't stay there again and will happily pay more for less stress.

The carpet in the hallway to the room was very loose and bunched creating a trip hazard, there was a piece of carpet missing just inside the room, the bathroom tile(marble) was stained, cracked and dirty in the corners and the caulking was layered heavily over the years moldy and unprofessionally done, although the staff was courteous and housekeeping can only do so much, imo the entire place has seen better days needs gutted and remodeled, l would not stay there again nor would i recommend it

The room had bed bugs

We had a wonderful night. The hotel was quiet and private. It was our date night away from home. The only complaint i have is the lack of upkeep. This hotel has great potential, unfortunately things are just starting to fall apart and have not been fixed. Wallpaper peeling, microwave missing legs and tolted forward, top of mini fridge missing cover. These things seem like minor cosmetic fixes. None of these changed the experience we had but it may bother someome else. I do want to stress that the room was clean.

Please read reviews. This place shouldn’t be allowed to stay open. Mold is everywhere in the bathroom and everything in the hotel is dated and worn, from floors, walls, furniture, appliances, AC unit and beds. I will not come here again.

This property is right off the freeway. Would be nice to have a sign at the driveway back to the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a bit dated, but clean. Otherwise a huge room with an equally huge bathroom. Great stay!

Dirty room. Hair in the shower, ice bucket smelled like vomit. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hot breakfast was very good. The staff person did a very good job.

Staff was a clown show, shouting at each other. Shabby, with torn and dirty carpets in the hall. Dated furniture in the room, and bathroom old. Near shopping and places to eat. We actually thought about just booking somewhere else and taking the loss.

I had made a four night reservation, but couldn't take it anymore and checked out after the second night. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like cat urine. The carpets look like they are worn down to almost nothing and are extremely dirty. Our first night involved listening to a group of late teen/early 20ish people move from room to room letting the doors slam each time. Sometimes they would just stand in the hall talking loudly until 1:40am like they were the only people on the earth. The 2nd night the same thing occurred. I contacted the front desk about this twice and the second time I asked to be moved to a different room. So, my companion and I packed up to move to a different room at 1:15am. When we went to the front desk to get our new room assignment, one of the "entitled" people we had just complained about followed us downstairs to see who we were. We sure didn't feel safe after that. The front desk person "upgraded" us to a suite, but the new room smelled as bad as the hall carpet on the second floor. After a sleepless night I tried to take a shower, but nozzle was broken. The front desk clerk said if they couldn't get it fixed we would have to move rooms yet again. We no longer felt safe, clean or sanitary there. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than ever stay at this hotel again. A horrible, horrible experience and the people who own it should be ashamed and embarrassed to not make it a better run place. Perhaps a health inspector should shut it down!

Nice staff but VERY dirty floors and smells. Expect a contact high from the strong smell of weed coming from other rooms. Standard rooms have no bathtub, only small shower. Water pressure in showers and baths is VERY low and Jacuzzi tubs would take most of the night to fill. Location is very convenient as it is very close to Meijer and Marcos pizza.

One of the dirtiest hotels we've stayed at. Generally an unpleasant experience.

Ive stayed at this hotel alot in past. Never once, have i had to pay a deposit for anything. But when i went this past time, they asked for it. Im not upset that some hotels want a deposit, but when i asked, how come i never had to pay one before, they didn't have an answer. They need to have a policy and stick to it.

The location was perfect- close to turnpike. Everything inside needs updating and cleaning! Stains everywhere— wood splintered. Not good!

The shower in the room in which we stayed did not work. When I informed the front desk they were kind but only said “we will look into it”.
There were stains on the carpet and walls of my hotel room. The carpet in the hallways was filthy and was lifting from the floor.
The staff was pleasant but seemed put off when I arrived to check in and check out

We checked in around 8pm last night, then left, and came back around midnight. We were all tired from traveling and visiting family, so couldn’t wait to jump in bed. I was horrified when I woke up this morning to find brown stains on our sheets, and red stains on the comforter. I didn’t tell the lady at the desk when we left, because she was busy. I guarantee that will be the last time we stay there. The halls and lobby looked dirty too.

Close to the birding area, nice breakfast. Was expensive, maybe because of the birding festival
