Upon arriving in our room, we immediately noticed several issues. The sofa bed had dirty sheets, and the room was uncomfortably hot. We called reception, and a front desk staff member came to address the situation, managing to get the air conditioning running. However, despite their efforts, the room remained excessively warm throughout the night. The next morning, I reported the issue again, and while the second night showed a slight improvement in temperature, the room was still too hot, and we were unable to adjust it further. Overall, the temperature control in the room significantly impacted our comfort during the stay. Additionally, they replaced the towels in the morning, leaving only three towels and there were four in the room. Considering the high price we paid, it seems likely that we could have stayed at a different hotel where everything was functioning properly, with greater attention to detail and better customer service. This experience fell short of expectations, especially given the cost.

Upon arriving at 3:00 our room was not ready. I requested an ADA Room. The shower although had shower bars, was not a walk in shower and did not provide a shower chair. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Our mini fridge had an annoying sound so I had to unplug it.

Air freshener would be nice. My clothes all smelled like the humid hotel room when I returned home. You should have more people working at the desk at night. Juan and his coworkers were working alone and they needed help. There was a lot of waiting on the phone, for housekeeping and check-ins. I had to come to the front desk to pick up my own extra towels. It took a while.

This is a very old building with very poor renovated features. It looks very differently in the website pictures for which I think these are faked or are not from this building. The bathrooms, window blinds, and base-boards look dirty, and not well painted. I tried three different rooms till with the help of the front desk person I found an acceptable room.

The property seems as if it's always in construction, and that construction is NOT high quality. Cleanliness was fine. Should've had shuttle service. Also should have a better/cleaner pool area. Breakfast is severely lacking. If you use Expedia they can't attach your rewards. Rewards for every hotel chain, but they can't locate them with IHG

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had an issue with our TV not coming on. I went downstairs with remote thinking it was the battery. The guy at the desk replaced the batteries and came upstairs to make sure that it worked. Come to find out it was a loose cable.

We stayed one night only. Our room smelled humid and musty. The sink faucet in the bathroom was broken, phone didn’t work and TV was very outdated . They allowed us a late-check out, our beds were comfy and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast so overall we left happy and well rested.
