We were very disappointed to discover that, contrary to the site's description on hotels.com, there was no breakfast provided. The facility is undergoing renovation, and that service is suspended.
We did get connected rooms, which was the other major selling point for us.
The climate control worked, everything we saw was clean and in good condition, and the bathroom facilities were more than adequate.

I saw in comments that these guys are charging cards a second time, so I was aware to watch out. They did the exact same thing to me as what I saw in the comments. I called back they were horrible to deal with and charged my card again instead of crediting it back. I get the feeling these guys are fraudulently charging cards hoping to scam some addtional money out of folks. You should NOT stay with these guys, total scammers.

I paid on hotels.com, but now I see that the hotel also charged me for the same stay. The place was a disaster with trash and construction materials everywhere. At least the front desk staff was very friendly. (It was very friendly the way they said they needed my card in case I made any incidental purchases. I did not. They charged me for the room again, though I had already paid. They assured my I would not be double-charged.)

The hotel is actually under renewal process. If you do not have issue with that, is ok

I should have known better than choosing an inexpensive place to spend the night before my flight. My experience included a run down airport shuttle that I almost missed because there was only an 8.5x11 sign taped in the side of it, walking into a lobby with a pool of water from a roof leak, waiting for 15 min to be checked in because there was only one poor man working, finally getting to my room to find a roach, which I ended up catching and bringing down to the lobby because no one came up to get it. And then it was still sitting on the lobby desk when I came down in the morning. Next time I will pay the extra $20 for basic service and cleanliness.

It was an acceptable, no frills stay. The hotel hasn’t been updated in a while and the carpets are dirty.

I knew I’d made a terrible mistake when I got into the hotel transfer van. The driver smelled of BO.
Upon arriving the entry was certainly not welcoming.
Check in was fine.
Carpeting in halls was old and smelled musty.
Entered the room and thought I was going to be sick. The room smelled so bad, furniture very warn and smelly. The bathroom was outdated but ok. Until I found two long black hairs hanging from the shower curtain after I’d stepped in.
TV was at least 20 years old and there was no signal in the morning.
Breakfast was standard and managed well

Bed was super soft. Felt cheap.

Great staff. Friendly attitude of staff compensated for a poorly maintained hotel. Unfortunately, my Non-smoking room smelled very strong of smoke. All secure doors are not secure, you can come and go freely 24/7. Carpets are very dirty. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean, just need new paint, carpet cleaning and maintenance.

3 day stay, had to change rooms after o e night. Room smelled of urine, air-conditioning was humid and smelled bad. There were ants on the end table near the bed.
Second room was better but got no maid service.
Breakfast was fair at best.

The carpet is really dirty and so was the couch. Cleaning people were knocking on my door at 9am on day of check out.

Never ended up staying because after I landed late at night they took my money and then told me that the airport shuttle that they advertised had stopped running for the night.

We will never stay there again! The room was dirty and there were ants in our sons room!

The wifi did not work. The coffee machine wasn’t working. Staff did not clean our room in the 3 days we were there. Cleaning staff stood in large groups outside laughing and talking for hours every day. We had to ask for towels every day.

The entire stay the Wi-Fi service was disrupted. I’m in the middle of moving so I wanted to stay close to work and summer school for my son. Mike was a nice human although professionally he never had a way to resolve the Wi-Fi connection issue. Upon arrival he offered rooms that have cigarette smell and non working air conditioning. It took 3 times to view a room until we settled for the room we stayed in. At check out there was a guy inquiring about pet when I only booked this room because they allowed service pets at no charge or extra fees. Mike failed to deliver quality comfort and also had an excuse why things were down like the Wi-Fi and no signal television.

Front Desk clerk who checked us in was GREAT!
Breakfast staff wasn’t very helpful but they didn’t speak English so if you need something, your out of luck.

It was decent for the price we pay. We are thankful that the manager let us check in early so we can get dressed to attend a graduation.

Signs of wear everywhere. Not really up to 3 star standards. Breakfast food was not executed very well - sausage was burned and eggs were in very low supply.

The front desk was unhelpful. Gave inaccurate information. Disinterested in guests needs…
The carpets were extremely filthy! The dust on everything! Grosss!

The room is nice and spacious, but it looked like it wasn't cleaned properly after the painters painted a wall. It was also disappointing not to be able to find a parking spot for the night. We were told of overflow parking in an area that was not lit well and questionable for security. We decided to bring the rental car back the night before so that there would not be the risk of theft or vandalism. Thankfully the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Sadly, the hotel suttle closes for the night at 10 pm, so we had to hire a taxi to get us back from the airport.

Shuttle driver was complaining about my baggage is heavy. There was no cart available at the door to hold my baggages. The receptionist offered help. The hotel smell is really bad. The sheets, bathroom everything smells weird. The breakfast lounge was not clean.

Good price and good airport shuttle to Dulles. Not great condition. Nothing critical but scratched walls and furniture, hair dryer wall holder wasn’t attached and fell off, coffee maker in the breakfast room was broken so no coffee except two little cups in the room coffee maker, no TV in the breakfast room. Just needs updating but comfortable and convenient.

The rating for this hotel was not accurate. They are obviously doing a lot of work to renovate, but when I stayed, it was a dingy and messy with reno equipment and supplies unattended in lobby and hallways, there are many other equally rated places for about the same price in that area.

This place is an absolute dump. I chose it because it had an airport shuttle, which did not run any of the times that I needed it. I called over and over from the airport and no one answered the phone. Breakfast also did not start early enough for me before I left for the airport. It smells terrible, and the furniture and carpets are all rundown. The only reason I didn’t give it. One star is because the sheets were clean, though the pillows were a joke.

The place is not maintained properly in terms of painting, carpet, chipped walls etc. It looks very old.
