Beautiful property, views were amazing. Valet and the front desk were attentive. Was a great little get away for the weekend.

We loved the hotel and the rooms were very nice. Very friendly staff.

Nice resort! We had a few minor glitches, but would recommend it to others.

Went to the Park City wine festival just out the back of the hotel. Was fantastic

Excellent service. The staff is incredible and always willing to accommodate.

Description of the room indicated there would be a kitchen. When we got to our room, however, there was no kitchen, not even a fridge or microwave. The front desk girl seemed more interested in checking in the next hotel guests than helping us sort this out--saying they couldn't do anything for us. She even said we have other guests checking in. Extremely rude. Housekeeping, however, was excellent and brought up a mini fridge, which was very nice. Beautiful location but we won't be staying here again. Much better service at other Canyons Village resorts.

We absolutely loved this property. I was traveling with my daughter and I knew we wanted somewhere clean and safe. This fit the bill perfectly. The beds were super comfortable too which was great after hiking and such. It was also a huge bonus that they had washers and dryers for us to wash our clothing on our two week trip. You pay $2.50/unit and they have detergent and softner sheets for you to use. It seems like a small thing but it was so important for us on our longer trip. Lastly, I want to say that Tiff at the Front Desk was amazing. Our reservation was slightly messed up and she went iver and beyond to fix it. I am so thankful for her kindness and customer service.

We enjoyed a lovely one-night getaway from SLC. The room was well cared for and relaxing by the pool was wonderful!

Love this place! We come here every year at least once for a family staycation.
4.2
Place was very nice! Door handle was broken for the adjoined room and the one bath only had scorching hot water so had to have them fix it.
4.2
The rooms are very nice! A great place to stay
4.2
Beautiful views, large rooms with lots of extra space, decked out with everything you could need, with extremely courteous staff from the bellhop to the front desk to the cleaners and everyone in between.
4.2
Great property and staff was very nice and helpful

We were not told that the restaurant would be closed, as were most in the village. Getting room service was a nightmare, the phones did not work properly and we had to go through the front desk each time. Very annoying.
4.2
Heater is very loud.
4.2
Very conveniently located next to several ski lifts. Rental gear and day use storage lockers also walkable. Several food options close by as well. Appreciated ski storage on site. Gym and pool/spa really nice! Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Park City!

Service wasn’t great, specially house keeping

Best location for in and out ski

The location of the Grand Summit can’t be beat, physically at the base of the mountain. The rooms were spacious and the hotel amenities were excellent, especially the spa and ski valet.
4.2
Great location and overall great hotel. Internet could use upgrading and hotel room plumbing and phone system need fixing.

We absolutely LOVED the Grand Summit! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It was so convenient to get to and from the ski slopes with our kids. I highly recommend the Grand Summit. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

The stay was fine.

They advertise a major remodel with luxury linens...Although our room was pretty clean overall, the linens were anything but luxury (scratchy and not soft). The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I can't imagine skiing all day then trying to sleep on such an uncomfortable mattress. Contacted the front desk about moving to another room 3x and they never got back to us. The creamer left for coffee was spoiled. Requested new creamer which took 3 hours to be delivered and was also spoiled. Requests take hours to respond to and this is not even the busy season. Lived in Park City for years and although this location is convenient, there are now many more and much better options to consider. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

Staff was amazing, really went out of their way to take care of me and my wife. Cozy charming hotel

This is an upscale, expensive hotel. Because of that, I did not feel the unit was clean enough to justify the high pricetag especially as we visited in the off-season when the lifts weren't even open. There was mold in the shower and the shower curtain was dirty and moldy. The property itself is nice but not worth the pricetag. Restaurant was not open on a Saturday night. There weren't enough hot tubs for the size of the property. Marriott's Mountainside is superior as far as pool and hot tubs. $25 per night for an extra car is excessive in the off-season especially with a 2 room suite. Beware that pictures and titles on Expedia do not match the rooms. We booked a Studio with loft (King, double bed and double sofa bed). The photos showed a bedroom, but there was none. There was no double bed and double sofa bed. It was a queen sifa bed and twin sofa bed. Don't trust the photos or explanations!! Sunrise Lodge has much better room selection and is honestly named and described.
We will not stay here again. We will go back to Sunrise Lodge or Marriott Mountainside when we visit again.

This property and staff were awesome. Great pool and rooms

As a local, I was very impressed with the resort/hotel. Fair and reasonable price for the offerings.
4.2
Beautiful property. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Free Valet! Clean and excellent cafe options for breakfast!
4.2
nice location, great staff

The property is for sure one of the grander hotels in Canyon Village but that’s just because the Pendry gets all the attention… it’s a massive chalet/cabin style hotel that’s fitting to the vibe of the area. I was there in the odd season but all the staff were super friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the area.. swimming pool/steam and hot tubs were all in good shape. The property did have a $15 million Reno done to it not to long ago. Would stay again.

The Grand Summit Resort is a beautiful architecturally designed lodge and is kept well. Our 3rd floor king size bedroom was renovated recently and was very clean. The view of hills and slopes from the private balcony, while laying in bed, was pleasant. This is in great contrast to the scene of utility equipment, storage of tools and huge gondola motor housing when you are up standing in the room, when approaching or using the balcony!
Friendly staff attempt to find a better room was unsuccessful, so we had to compromise.
Food establishments within such large hotel are limited, outdated and need major renovation work to become aesthetically compatible with several neighboring hotels which are walking distance away from it. This takes away from being grand.
Overall experience was pleasant and not outstanding due to the above issues.
4.2
Excellent stay with fine dinning. Would be great when it is ski season.
