The day shift staff was very nice and welcoming. The night staff was rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing them. They also called us about a water leak and was blaming us for the leak. They said if there was water on the floor they were going to charge us. We told them to come up and look. They never came up and it’s one in the morning during this time. I had to call down and see what they were planning on doing that we needed to shower. I guess the leak was coming from the tub. They told us we had to move rooms and that we had to go down and get the new key. By the time we were done moving to a new room it was after 2 in the morning. They never apologized for the inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly, beautiful apartment style room, comfortable bed, good location and one of the best breakfasts! I only wish they would use paper plates and cups and biodegradable utensils instead of all the styrofoam and plastic.

The room was unclean and needed repairs to broken drywall. We found a used dog chew toy under the couch. The faucets were broken and there were weird smells emanating through the facility.

Finally. A clean hotel. And I travel a lot. My particular room was missing a chair. No big deal. There was plenty of other furniture. I had the suite. Very nice. Limited parking, but for a clean and better appointed room, worth the trade.

Staybridge is usually our favourite hotel to stay in the location and the area around it has an excellent selection

Well how do I start. This is our go to hotel and this time it was so unexpected that the place was not up to standard. AC was so loud we couldn’t sleep well. Bathroom doorknob wasn’t on right and wouldn’t lock,Entrance door would stick to the door jam so we had to pull hard to close and it would slam. I’m sure the other guests were unhappy with the noise from shutting the door,the couch would make a loud noise when you sat down (not sure if it was broken or no mattress was in it as it was a pull out sleeper couch) Was touch up clean,As you could see wipe down shadows as if a dirty rag was used to clean,breakfast was same ole same ole. But area needed attention to cleanliness. Complementary coffee area was not clean as should be (spills on counter). One positive is the management tried to address things and Stephano and the other Gentleman (I apologize as I forgot his name) were absolutely fabulous and very helpful,nice and super super friendly. (They need a raise) it’s not their responsibility for the maintenance or Housekeeping.

We liked that we were 30 minutes away from both of our destinations for a family vacation. Kinda in the middle of everything. Nice area. Pool area had some trash around it which was disappointing and loud neighbors. Had to call several times until management addressed the issue.

The property did not have the room that I prepaid for. I was given a significantly lesser room without any price adjustment since it was booked via Expedia. The worst part though was that the front desk clerk tried to scam me into paying for the room a 2nd time, claiming that I didn’t prepay and the reservation was for only have the time that it actually was. Only after I pushed back repeatedly and asked for a manager, did the clerk relent claiming that the system “just updated” to show I had in fact prepaid and showed the correct number of nights that we were staying.

This hotel is run down and not maintained. Everything was dirty.

Shantesha was amazing. Checked in at night. Made us very comfortable. Monday through Friday they have like small plate foods available for free. The laundry facilities are free just bring your own soap. Late check out procedure is fantastic especially when you travel a great distance to get there. STAY HERE!

Great hotel, nice staff, clean & spacious for my family of 5! Booked from out of state not knowing area and location was good, kitchen had everything needed & more and loved the full size freg. And the free laundry access. Would definitely stay here again.

The manager there that night was so awesome. He was very professional and accommodating.

Worth another stay

Property needs some updating and repairs. No kleenx in rooms, the holder for shampoo and such is broken in shower. No hand soap at Bathroom sink. Sparkle things from previous tenants on floor and sofa. The room has very strong curry smell.

The breakfasts were amazing. They had a lot of options. We liked the pool area, and the pool. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

It's a nice place, clean, safe, well run. It's sort of a combo of a hotel and an extended stay concept! Breakfast service was very fresh, with a good selection of items. Everything was good! Side note: The architect should have designed the building should have built the property with a second elevator.

This was my 1st time staying here and it was absolutely amazing!!! The concierge working Saturday night 5/4/2024 was a delight and so polite. The room was nice and cozy. THE SHOWER THOUGH....mannnn that shower was RELAXING 😌!!! The only feedback i would give is on breakfast. It could have been a little better, but not too bad!!!
