This was our second stay at this property and since our last stay it definitely needs some TLC. Furniture in the room was a little rough, pulls in the couch and chair cushions, cracks in the walls, stains on the carpet. We had to request linens for the couch bed and there were no extra pillows or blankets in the closet. The lobby area is beautiful however. We also were charged $10/day for parking and that was not communicated to us upon check in. In addition we have attended many managers receptions over the last 20 years and have NEVER been limited to two drinks per person. This has been one of the perks of this brand of hotel but seems to be going downhill. We also have had a coffee bar and soda machine in other Embassy Suites for drinks when the breakfast area is not open. We left at 5:30 am this morning and a cup of coffee would have been nice for our ride. If this is the direction Hilton resorts are going we will likely be staying elsewhere in the future.

Booked two rooms. Both were very dirty. Refrigerator dirty. Table tops very dirty not cleaned at all. Blood looking marks on tha carpets Definitely not vacuumed. Hair all over the floor. One bed was broken. Staff members at check in.. were awesome! At check out 1 staff member was rude. Wanted to help housekeeping so we asked for 2 garbage bags to throw away balloons and any mess made in our room. We were told no rudely when we just wanted to help. All she had to do was be a little nicer about it. It was a older mean tall African american woman with braids.

The rug in the room was worn out. We had to put a towel over the exposed tack strip so our kids didn’t step on it. The bartender was heavy handed when she poured your drinks and her own. The chef that made the omelettes was the highlight of the hotel. He sang and complimented all the guests.

This hotel was so awesome! We had an event to go to and couldn’t really stay long in the hotel- we wanted to skip and hang out there all night . It was so clean and nice!

The room we had, while comfortable, was not what we booked. We booked a King bed and got 2 doubles. The overnight desk person couldn’t do anything. Was told the hotel was overbooked. When we spoke with the manager they were rude and blamed it on Expedia. The breakfast was good and the staff there were friendly.

This was by far the one of the worst trips I have had in recent memory. The room was expensive compared to what I have paid in the past. The woman checking me in was obviously too good for her job or so she seemed to think. No smile or greeting. Kind of rude. The room: 1) There was a burn mark on the desk. 2)The freezer in the room was coated with a thick mass of ice about 4 inches thick on all sides. 3) Both shampoo and conditioner were empty. Took several attempts to get them restocked 4) When restocked initially, the conditioner was changed with lotion. I went out and bought my own. 5) There was a full plate of breakfast under the couch. It had been there a while as it was molded. I did mention it to housekeeping who apologized. 6) The pool was closed due to an event of some sort. No mention of this when I booked or checked in. My kids were pretty disappointed. 7) The elevator bank stopped working. No stairs were available. So, exhausted, we waited 1/2 hour to get into our room. No one came to apologize to the mass of people waiting. The woman who checked us in looked at me and just said that she didn't know what to tell me. 8) Why didn't someone come and open the stairs while the elevators were out? 9) Breakfast area was a mess. No one bussing or signs telling guests where to leave plates. Food on the floor. I love this chain. This one was a disaster and not worth the price I paid. I trust Travelocity to vet these places. Obviously not.

It was good

My hats off to the Embassy Suites staff for a fabulous family weekend. Tyeisha is one of the best receptionists I’ve ever seen in action. Despite the two major sporting events and multiple functions already happening at the hotel she controlled the chaos and got us checked-in with no issues. It’s pretty impressive to see a person multi-task and treat every guest like there are the only one in line. My family loved the made to order omelets and we had a blast in the pool. The suite was big enough so everyone had their own space without stepping on each other. My only negative is that the actual breakfast staging area is too small for the amount of guest throughput it receives. I recommend during the next scheduled renovation, expand the break area. Otherwise; our time was great.

Elevators were broken. 1 of 3 was working so extremely slow. There are no stairs! Unbelievable! Breakfast was good. Room was good but no sheets, blanket and pillow for pullout. Did receive them but had to call for them.

The staff that I interacted with at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me. Hospitality at its finest!

Dirty. Had to switch rooms right away when we found hair in the bed and bathroom. And the AC stayed at 75 even when we tried to lower it to 70. And there were only two bath towels provided. Very uncomfortable and disturbing.

The Bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was superb!

The air in my room did not work (Rm 837). The room smelled stale.

It’s now 12:30 AM and my room started out at 77 degrees. I drove up from Columbus, Ohio. The air was off all together and with the blinds open it made the room hotter. I’m all in for saving money but I have to drive up here and work a 14-16 hour day tomorrow, that’s pretty brutal. So tired and just want to sleep.

The only issue I had was we didn’t have bath towels and called the front desk and all they had was two hand towels until housekeeping came in around 9 am, which was too late since we had to leave early

Loud when trying to sleep. Not as clean as most embassy. Room was only cleaned when asked. The positive: breakfast and breakfast were great!!

We had booked two rooms. The one room had stained mattress pad, hair in the shower and the air was not working. When we discussed with front desk they said there were no other rooms to put us in and they said they could only refund our money to go somewhere else. Only after I said we had two elderly with us and that this was not acceptable they suddenly found another room. The new room while the air was working was dirty. Stained chairs, fraying carpet etc. The person at front desk was nice and did give us a little bag with water and treats so that was nice but overall the rooms and air situation were not good. The free breakfast was lackluster. Fruit was rotten (bananas were black), eggs cold etc not enough choices for cereal, breads/bsgels etc overall we were not happy with our stay…
