Great place. Love the Tiki Bar, perfect location to party. Parking is free but can be challenging. Mold smell coming from the AC, damp, stuffy air, it gave me a headache. Beds were comfy and clean but there was sand all over the floor. Management unwilling to acomodate requests like a minor late checkout even though they were not busy. I'll be back for the location and Tiki crowd and staff. Made me feel welcomed. Charity is great.

The tiki bar was poppin all week long. Got krunk and lit.
4.2
Great location and the room was very comfortable.
4.2
It had plenty of room for a one bedroom and it was very close to the beach. They just had the hurricanes so staff was out doing everything possible to be up and running. Rooms could use to have brooms in them to help with sand we brought in.

Great room in a perfect location

The Tiki Bar on a Sunday was perfect. However Lighthouse has made the best of a challenging situation. Room was comfy and clean. The hotel and the area around the hotel still suffering from Ian and sadly now may be impacted by Milton. Thoughts and prayers are with all on Fort Myers Beach and surrounding area.

Absolutely great time! The room was so comfortable, reasonably priced. We had a great time! Can’t wait to go back again

absolutely love it. will be back!!

AC leaking onto floor. Floor panels near AC and entrance door buckling. This condition looks like its been going on for quite a bit because floor panels buckling under bed also. Also, My room was located on 3rd floor , I am a senior citizen and elevator was out of order !!

We only came in for the evening, but our stay was good. Got to grab a bite to eat, checkin was good but a little confusing how to get to the main desk through the pool area. We enjoyed our stay.

I was fortunate to stay at the cottage on the canal and it was terrific

After three years, my wife and some friends returned to evaluate the area. We stayed just for one night, but we were very pleased to see how nice the hotel was, regardless of the ongoing construction and repairs after the hurricane. The city is clean and seeing some restaurants in the area reopen, and new ones, gives us hope for the recovery and the future of our favorite place in Florida, Ft. Myers Beach. Qudos to all of you, owners, and employees alike, for not giving up and keeping the dream alive. I hope to see you soon again. Next time we will stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Despite construction being done to recover from Ian it’s mostly quiet in the area. The room we had was very clean and updated. The tiki bar and pool were great. The location was absolutely perfect! The only issue we had was how hard it was to get our keys in the lock. Took several attempts each time, some injuries and a generous soaking from the rain but we eventually would get the door open. Great place, we will be back.

Great location, 2 mins from the beach. Also you can relax by the pool with the TIKI Bar just steps away.

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds

Staff very friendly although I was disappointed in my room set back in the corner on the third floor on the street side a lot of noise

Always my go to spot when I go to fort Myers beach

he room was hot and we tried to adjust the mini split and it did not work correctly, the ceiling fan did not work, only one position and the soft

I really liked the location it was in walking distance to the beach. The hotel rooms were cute and clean. The shower is not handicap accessible and I slipped in the shower and jacked up my elbow. There should be a handle bar to hold on to but there isn’t. The elevator was out of service from hurricane 2022 so things are still under construction. I really enjoyed the Tiki Bar food, drinks and live entertainment was Amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

I stayed here with my 7 year old son. Would not recommend for kids or if you’re looking for a place to relax. It is loud/noisy most of the night. And our room was on the 3rd floor, which was terrible to have to carry everything for my son and I up all the stairs since the elevator is out of commission from the hurricane. I realize that properties aren’t going to be in perfect condition but I wish we would have been even on one floor lower. Also, found a black hair in our bed when we were going to bed and my son and I have blonde hair. I told the management about it and all they said was “thank you for letting us know”. Will not be going back.

I called the hotel 24 hours prior to check in and was advised all was good. The reason I called was there was a tropical storm warning.
We checked in as scheduled and had to depart less than 18 hours later due to safety concerns related to the noted storm and state warnings and alerts.
Still have not be able to confirm refund !!!

Everything was excellent but small pool. Near to the beach. Great location.

I stayed in the only cabin they have and was wonderfully surprised how perfect it was inside and out, and with it‘a own driveway to park in. Unique.

This place is still rebuilding after the hurricane a couple years ago but was still a great place to stay. Close to everything you need and the Tiki Bar comes alive at night, it's definatley the place to be. I'd stay here again for sure.

Very good

It’s all good would like a bowed shower rod since I’m big and a late checkout for free it’s off season and if we pay 75 here we can just stay at margaritaville which is a higher level for cheaper

All things are good!

Despite what happened with the hurricane, everything was perfect. Cold ac, kitchen, shower, no issues. The bar served food, theres a pool, we chartered a boat to fish which was only 5mins away. Thank you for your service and we will definitely use you again and recommend to others.

Thank you Fort Myers Beach

This property is conveniently located close to the beach and dining options. There is construction on property but it didn’t affect our stay. Hurricane Ian was not kind to this property and the elevator is not working. Most of the staff were very friendly.

We come here every year

We had a fantastic time with family and will definitely stay again
Thank you

My husband, my friend and me ,were enjoying the pool, having fun time , without doing anything inappropriate and another guest said that we were having privacy in the pool which was not true, the staff did not treat well and they told we had to leave, they definitely gave a bad experience
4.2
Nice staff, Rooms are spacious and awesome bar downstairs!

This property was everything for my family needed. We had the beach just feet away. A pool a tiki bar and the deluxe suite alone made my kids day. We will defenitly return in staying at the light house resort. Family friendly. Plenty of musoc to enjoy nice employees. You can night swim get a drink at the tiki bar. Entertainment everynight.
4.2
The separate cottage on Crescent St is adorable, perfect size for a short stay and walkable to the restaurants & bars on the north end.
4.2
Excellent location , close to the beach. Really fun Tikki bar also.

The stay was nice, however, I wish there were more channels on the tv and my fiancé and I kept getting itchy in the middle of the night while we're sleeping. We believe something bit us. Also, we did see small roaches and ants in our room. It needs a few fix-ups, but the staff were great and the stay wasn't too bad. Please consider getting more channels and inspecting the beds. Thank you

Pillows were horrible. Stayed close to the hotel due to the parking situation. Not enough parking for all guests staying at hotel.
