There was loud banging on the walls throughout the night, people shouting, and loud music playing until 3am in the morning. I ignored most of it, due to feeling unsafe to leave the room. Would not bring my 10 year old back to this hotel, and am super happy he fell asleep early enough not to hear what was going on around our room. Horrible night of sleep. Nothing was very clean, things smelled musty, and there was a weird smell from the corner of the room where there was a floor unit heater of some sort.

Bathroom disgusting. raw drywall patches (no tape, no mud, no sealant, no paint) in the shower, shower head was at 5' 4", so water hit you in the mouth... lots of grout missing in floor tiles (sharp edges), shower curtain let the water get all over the bathroom (and it was smaller than a japanese toilet room). The only heat was a 1960s style heat/AC wall unit, that sounded like it was grinding steel all night (when heating in December), and was 8" from the bed, so the person on that side of that bed roasted, and the rest of the room was still cold. Beds were decently comfortable, but that's the ONLY good thing. Noise from other rooms was VERY evident. Front desk staff was uncaring, didn't tell us how to GET to the room, just essentially tossed the keys to us. no mention of the free breakfast at all, so we didn't get it (cuz we forgot about everything but the funeral we were there for), no mention of ANY other amenities. no amenities in the room. no coffee maker or hot pot. Literally just walls, bed, toilet, and shower. at least the towels and sheets weren't sticky.

No heat in the room. Plugged shower drain. Terrible workmanship on flooring, trim and tile. Dog barking all night long. Why are dogs allowed in motel?? Certainly not a typical Wyndham property.

So from first look it just looked run down the lobby was really nice except there is never someone at the front desk. The more i looked at the beds i started to wounder there was stains and rips and there was food crumbs and that was just the begging then i took the blankets off and there were more stains and i lifted up the mattress to look at the under it and there was a lot of mold or something but it was really bad and the top had stab marks in it so i was super grossed out.

I never got my deposit back. It’s been almost 2 weeks now. Tried to reach out multiple times, even contacting Wyndham customer service. Nothing. Nothing was stolen or left damaged. Ripped me off.

We stayed here for a family trip. Awful mattresses bed covers were filthy when we arrived but sheets were clean. No drain plug- made it hard to give our two children a bath. Overall cleanliness of the room was sub par- several lightbulbs in our room were not there and the lamp shades had questionable dark stains on them as well as the bed skirts. We never ate at the breakfast because of the condition of the room. Would have stayed somewhere else if we would have been able to be refunded. Photos of property did not match what we showed up to. Extremely disappointing.

This is NOT the place you want to stay if you are traveling to Shakopee. Our room was disgustingly dirty and the paper bedspread was full of stains. We were given one see through ratty towel for 2 people. We went down to the free breakfast in the morning to get coffee and it was a good thing we werent hungry or expecting much because all they had were some waffels and POPCORN?!? Nightime desk manager was very nice and polite.

Booking was canceled before we arrived. Talked to hotel and secured a new reservation. When we got there, we again didn't have a reservation. They were able to get us a room but charged us more than if i had booked online from their website. The hallways and lobby were very clean but smelled weird. In our room, the bedding was stained and dirty.

We ordered a king size bed and we didn’t get it. The room was unfinished with no headboards and the fridge/TV did not work. We talked to the hotel about dropping the price because we didn’t get what we paid for and they wouldn’t.

Overall the experience of staying there was unpleasant. While the rooms looked clean, the non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The lock on the door had been busted off and re-fastened ascue leaving for a very unsafe feeling. nothing bad happened at our stay. The breakfast was also lacking as it was made up of coffee, toast, bananas, and the standard waffle maker.

Booked the property. Manager canceled my reservation the day of. Could only get me into a suite that cost almost double my original reservation. The room was not clean, graffiti on the walls, bathtub was broken and didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Room smelled like smoke. Asked for extra blankets and towels multiple times and they were never provided. I was very upset with how we were treated. And how they handled the entire situation.

The hotel is very clean. The room looks like everything was taking from the recycling center cleaned and use it in here. The guy at the front desk is very rude. I asked him for a receipt and he was mad and told me that I already had one on the email. I tried to upload photos but I cannot do it.

DONT BRING YOUR KIDS. Room was dirty. My feet turned black just walking to the beds. The fridge was broken, didn't find that out until all our food in there spoiled. Beds were garbage. Door to the shower room was broken and wouldn't close all the way. Breakfast is just waffles, pancakes, bread, and juice so watered down it may as well be water. No fruit, or yogurt, or anything. Was supposed to stay 2 nights, left before the second night. Pay the extra 30 a night and stay at the nicer hotel.

The Bethroom door didn’t close, and the room smelt musty and air conditioner stunk like mold and musty. Had to buy disinfectant and bleach to wash things off and then even after that the room was gross.

Continental breakfast was a joke. Lobby smelled like weed something terrible which isn't a great thing to have to explain to your kids. All in all, ok for a quick sleep, which I'm thankful that's all we needed it for, it was fine but for something to really hang out with the family and have a decent breakfast without the smell of weed, well we got what we paid for. We're likely to spring for the better quality next time at least for the sake of our kids.

To start, the lobby area smells very damp and chemical. Once we got the room, upon entering we noticed a strong chemical smell and a very hot room. We saw bugs all over the walls. The bathroom was very dirty and small. The beds were old and the blankets were very dirty. My children started to itch and were allergic after 15 minutes of being there. We decided to leave. We spoke to the manager. I told him about a refund and he, as if he didn't care, replied: "Your money is my money now. Terrible service. I don't recommend it. Let's wait. And health check the place. We had to throw away our clothes because they had bugs in the room.

I do not recommend, sheets dirty room reeks not at all what the picture looks like. Service was good the gal was so nice and helped me get in another room that didn't look like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Definitely ghetto and will never ever ever look at this place again

They gave me the worst room im guessing. There was no extra lock inside the room (the one abover the door handle was missing) and the bathroom door barely shut, it took great effort. Breakfast was bare minimal- there was waffles. No juice or variety of food. To get service at the desk often you needed to pick up a phone to ask for something, which an older customer did not understand and she stood there a long time before she was informed by another guest you need to pick up the phone. The outside is a bit run down, not like as pictured. Glad to have a more affordable option in town but I dont plan to return.

The shower ceiling had black mold, the carpet felt sticky and dirty, and people banged on doors at night—but you get what you pay for. The breakfast was gross, with sour waffle mix that was clearly spoiled, though I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
