Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and had many choices. My family and I would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Branson.

Little outdated, breakfast was good, key cards hardly worked, told staff and they said it happens a lot. Seems they would fix it then? Bathroom had a strange smell when we arrived.

We've stayed here a couple times now, and have been satisfied. It's a good spot if you have an event at The Mansion, and it's also up on a hill away from all the noise. There are 3 free EV chargers around to the left from the front entrance, which is a pretty great perk if relevant to you.

When we first arrived, staff were nice. We went to our room, it kind of smelt musty and strong cleaner which was overwhelming. Its well maintained but very old. The shower is short my head touched the shower head, water was hot and good pressure but the tub backed up i was ankle deep in water. Pic for reference. Struggled to sleep both nights because the bed is so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. Window lets light in more than i like so it was pretty light in the morning. Really tired and think for the price it was not great. They offer tea and coffee 24/7 which is nice. The pool and hot tub area looked nice but i didnt have time to try it. No nice outdoor seating area which i would have liked. I wont stay again i am very tired. Sheets and bed worst thing. Cant stay again.

We loved staying here. The property is beautiful, and calm. We loved the walking path and salt water pool. Every staff member we met was kind and helpful. Our room was clean, smelled great, and comfortable. Great amenities. The breakfast is huge and delicious and my little daughter loved making waffles. In her words “we have to stay here every time, this is the best hotel ever!” We’ll definitely be back!

When I just step in the hotel lobby, I told myself"No,it looked like an old hotel ,maybe not what I expect for ". When I checked in,the staff are very nice and helpful. When I walking into the hallway, everything look nice and neat. Open my room door,smelled fresh and nice.The room looked clean as well.my family stayed three nights, we like how quiet it was. The breakfast was great. The room service was awesome as well. So after all, my family have a great time there,cant expecting more.

OUR FAMILY STAYED FOR A TRIP TO BRANSON. THE HOTEL WAS NICE, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SMELT AMAZING. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD IS THAT OUR MATTRESS TO OUR BED WAS A LITTLE TOO HARD AND WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE GETTING COMFORTABLE. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, OVERALL WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

This hotel stay was probably one of the best my family and I have ever experienced.The staff was extremely friendly and willing to meet our needs. The room was were very clean and the breakfast was good and hot every single morning with a variety of choices. Hotel was great. We arrived in the middle of a storm and staff was prepared to get all guests to safety during the inclement weather. Breakfast was good. Pool is a saltwater pool and is huge. We did not get a chance to use it on this trip but maybe next time.

For the age of the property, it was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It would have been nice to have access to ice on our floor, and the AC didn’t needs to be upgraded to a newer system for the times ti stay cooler at night, but the overall maintenance of the building looked to be well kept. The pool area was nice and clean also. The amenities were great. The breakfast choices were awesome. Overall , with the exception of the AC needing a little work , our experience was very good , and we would most likely return , and also recommend to others.
