Very late check in because of a blowout earlier in the day. Went very well. Room took a while to cool to a tolerable temperature. Breakfast is ….meh.

Entered the lobby to find Fox “News” on the tv. I do not believe any business should have this divisive station on in public areas. If I had not prepaid for my room I would have left. The desk clerk claimed he did not understand me when I voiced my objections. Our country is divided enough. Find something less offense to put on. Fox lies.

Bathtub faucet continually ran on hot water, light bulbs in bath burned out, and ice machine in lobby broken. Reported areas in our room that needed fixing without and assurance that these would be fixed. Maid seemed to know about the problems before reported. Probably stay at different hotel in Colby next time

Very very sketchy area. Abandoned buildings everywhere. Place not up keeped at all. Could not understand employees at all. 1st building (main) smells of cigarette smoke so bad. We stayed in 2nd building. Very clean room.smelled nice not nasty like main building. Bed was AMAZING… Worried all night our car would be broke into .Its That run down . Price not bad , breakfast was ok.

I was traveling with my eleven year old granddaughter so I wanted to make sure it was nice and that she liked it. She always likes a pool but, I told her this place didn’t have one. She said that’s okay I really like this room and can we get it on our way back. She also loves the breakfast when they offer that and we both really liked the breakfast here. The staff at the check in counter was very friendly and helpful. And the rest of the staff was very welcoming. And we will stay here on our travels again. We come through here at least twice a year. And they also recommend the museum here and is a must see attraction. Thank you for making us feel welcome and safe.

No electricity plugs by the bed, only two outlets in the room one behind the bed . The other across the room , no cell phone plugs. The cart to move your luggage was in poor condition just a dolly. No phone in the toom, a very very dirty recliner for a chair. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

After leaving a hotel we weren’t comfortable with in Colorado Springs, we just decided to start driving home and found a room at Super 8 in Colby last minute. The room was very spacious with 3 double beds to accommodate our family. We got in late so only used it for sleeping, but the suite we had was larger than suites we’ve had when staying at some of the fancier chains. It is an older motel and may not have a lot of extras, but I would stay here again and recommend the room with 3 beds to large families passing through.

Very friendly staff and hotel was decently clean. Beds are comfortable and good continental breakfast. It is an older property and that does show. It’s evident they have been working to improve the property. One issue with my room was the locks didn’t work from outside. Door can be opened just by pushing it. It was not an issue for me because I only stayed overnight and door can be secured from inside. Overall, it’s all right for an overnight stop.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and it was much, much better than we expected. The room was clean, staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was tasty and filling. My only complaint was the curtains in the room. Please replace them!
