So many areas needed either paint, or replacement (toilet seat) spiders in the room, room had a bad odor. The manager gal was very accommodating for me when I first arrived at the motel.

We reserved a king deluxe room, but they gave us a twin basic room for the same price. The beds sounded like they were going to break every time you sat down on them. The bed was actually at an angle when you lied on it so your head was lower than your feet if you had it towards the headboard. The air conditioner gave off a foul odor when running and was distractingly loud. The dresser was broken and the drawers so out of alignment that some wouldn’t even open. The room was not clean and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. There were stains on the towels. The drawers of the dresser that did open had something in them that got all over our clothes. My wife felt unsafe at this hotel and refused to take our dog out by herself. There seemed to be a lot of people loitering in the parking lot. The door lock on the west end of the building was broken and we couldn’t use that door. There was a dead kitten in the parking lot. The only highlight of this hotel was the employee. Barbie tried to make our stay as pleasant as it could be, and was wonderful to talk to. She did everything in her power to make things better and she truly was the best part of this experience.

They need to clean the entryway stair carpets. The whole place is pretty clean but the smell when you come in stairway area is awful. STEAMCLEAN carpets works

I’m pretty certain the first room I was in did not have clean sheets. I had paid for a room with a fridge and microwave and since the first one did not have either, I requested a different room which was cleaner. The first room smelled bad and there was pet hair on the comforter and some stains and crusty stuff on the sheets. The entire motel was pretty crusty.

Comfy bed! Found a few hairs in the sheets and the floors needed swept in the room and the bathroom but overall it was a fine room. Towels were really soft.

Pros: allows pets Cons: sporadic hot water in shower, TV stopped working, dirty/smelly hallways, air conditioner sounded like jet engine, and worst of all.... bed bugs I never leave negative reviews, but I couldn't bite my tongue after such a terrible experience.

Expedia didn’t relay handicap room booked, had us originally on the 3rd floor. Had a handicap ramp through a non handicap opening door that opens out and difficult for a wheelchair bound person to do on their own in order to get to the first floor rooms. Rooms were not properly accessible for bathroom or shower use either.

The hotel was filthy. There was only one washcloth two bath towels and one hand towel they had stains all over them. We endedup.going and purchasing our own towels. The hotel.is mainly a place for people use as a place to live. Our beddin had hair and stains on them. After our trip i always strip.the bed to make it easier for housekeeping. Upon finding two fitted sheets the bottom one had piles of sand and dirt. Upon arrival there was a issue with our check in. And im.still.trying to resolve the cancelation and having to.repay formour stay when travelicity took the payment back on 7-22-23. Overall the hotel is someplace i wont stay again. Management doesnt.care.

Bedside lights did not work. Bathroom door was cracked so that it would not latch or lock. Ceiling creaked as the people on the floor above us walked in their room. Entry ways smelled like stale smoke. On the other hand, check-in and check-out were easy and staff were friendly.

Nothing in the room worked, bathroom was moldy, cigarette burns in comforter, phone didn’t work, foul smell in room and hallway. We canceled and the staff refunded our money. They were very nice

i had a upstairs person that would not be quite told the font desk girl and she was very nice fri night i go 1 hour of sleep and sat night an 1 1/2 i called 2 times to the desk but the person would not be quite, i think the person was living there , i know i wont stay there again i had a conference at mayo im a nurse i had to leave the hotel early cause it was so noisy at 8 am

There was dog poop by the door where you entered the building, people that had dogs never picked it up and neither did the staff, several piles, seen it for 2 days

Got one towel. Rest were bath towels. Not that there was enough hot water to take a shower. Door slammed shut all night long. Don’t expect to get any sleep. You’re better off in your car.

This hotel was just disgusting. The sheets were never changed, blood stains on them,hair all over them. Tbe floor had not been swept or cleaned in who knows how long. The fire extinguisher was in the drawer with a used qtip. I tried to give to give the named hotel a second chance and will never give them the time or money ever again. I honestly dont see how they are still open.

Booked a king deluxe smoking. Got checked into an occupied room and had to move to a double queen with no fridge or microwave.

So to start with I had asked for a ground floor because of my husband’s health problems we were put on the second floor with no elevator available for us to use. Next there wasn’t enough pillows for the size of our bed and there was no bath tub stopper we had to to use a wash rag to stop the water in the tub.

It was the least expensive stay in this area. Walmart was nearby for room snacks. The hotel staff person was very nice and welcoming when I checked in. It was awesome that it had a microwave & fridge in the room. Cleanliness was so-so. The walls and ceiling seem to be very thin - conversation and footsteps were easily heard.
