Very peaceful

Nice stay, the staff was super kind and helpful ( Shoutout to Brandy at the front desk ). We got one of the 3- bed rooms and it was very clean and comfortable. Only problems with the room is that the shower curtain is on a rod that doesn't allow the water to stay in the tub and rolls down to the floor, and there is something odd with the microwave that you have to turn out the lights for it to work. They do have food items for purchase which is convenient but it would be nice if they had breakfast or at least coffee on site as we did have an issue with our in room coffee pot, but that was resolved quickly. Overall enjoyable stay with the family, enjoyed the pool and we did grill outdoors, would stay here again.

Other than waiting forever at the front desk to check in, it was a nice day very reasonable amenities, water, snacks, toiletries, etc. Lots of room for the money.

This is a clean welcoming little hotel. They have a great little market if you forget anything. The rooms are clean, bathrooms very clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional.

My stay was just for the night but it was very relaxing and cozy love the bed specially the pillows they are all so comfortable got to love it. What really made my day when I booked a room before noon and I asked to check in early which they said I can with an extra fee of $10 which isn't bad at all it was worth it! So that right there of asking to check in early made my entire morning!

I was ready to take a shower no bath towel. I have dress up and go front lobby for towels.

The doors to get in the room make a lot of noise when opening and closing. No blowdyer in room.

Really old hotel. Not the best installation.

Accommodations were fine for our needs as we were just looking for something inexpensive to explore the area.. A bit unusual that no one man the front desk. You have to call or text to get any service, including check-in. Noises from people going up and down the halls - laminate flooring - are easily heard in rooms. TV is Roku only so if you don’t have streamings accounts, you are limited.

Great staff, friendly and very helpful.. will stay again

The location was great, clean, friendly staff the only thing I can say was the bed was very uncomfortable. It was so hard my husband and I could not get comfortable. But everything else was fine!

The location is great. There are 3 big size bed. Fridge and microwave are available. You can watch the beautiful pines from the window. No elevator. Good option for a get away and affordable price.

Disappointing. Forgot theTV only worked when you attached your personal WiFi and I don’t have one. More hall and exterior noise than I remembered. Sheets were clean, bed firm, hot water, no breakfast or coffee

They made sure to keep the place very clean. It is a little dated and it doesn't appear to have an elevator in the hotel. We were on the first floor so it was fine for us. Security for the hotel wasn't great. They have cameras all over which helped it feel better but none of the doors into the hotel are kept locked and anyone could walk in. No one is usually at the front desk and you have to pick up the phone to call them but they usually answer and we're very friendly. The pool and hot tub are indoor and the pool is heated. They keep it open from 8am-8pm. My room specifically had a smart TV in it which was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The aesthetics of the place to could fixed up better but I didn't mind because it was clean and well kept. I enjoyed the time there and took a bath in the jetted tub in our room and it was very nice.

The lobby, the hallways, and the room were clean and in good condition. The combination freezer/refrigerator was about the same height as myself. We did not try the microwave that doubled as the clock in the room. The windows, when closed, kept out all noise from the highway traffic.

Overall it was an average place to stay. There was no one at the front desk and one had to text them to get them to come to the front desk. It was basically clean, but there was some mildew in the shower /tub at the top on the ceiling. The front door was a challenge to operate and so was the shower nozzle. Never experienced either one before in a motel. I liked the Roku TV and jacuzzi.

Only property we have stayed at in Pinetop area, have not tried other properties yet. Great price point value.

This place is more like a dorm. The lobby needs some serious updating. Rooms were large and clean. Location is decent, some restaurants and shops nearby.

Had bigger fridge and was clean, the only thing was the AC unit, it was not able to direct the fan away from the bed and when it was on was cold when off was hot.

The property was nice, the only thing we did not like about our room was how low the toilet was. It was very difficult to get on and off. You definitely need to replace them.
Our stay was pleasant the first night, but the second night there were very noisy neighbors across the hall. They not only had cranky children that screamed and cried, they had a dog that barked. Not very appreciative when we were trying to sleep.
We only used the room for pit stops during the day and to sleep at night, we were in the White Mountains to enjoy everything it had to offer. We would stay again, but would request a room with a higher toilet.

This property had good people who have compassion and understanding as well as a value for service and respect.

This is our 3rd stay there in a month. They are so friendly and accomodating. Its clean and very close to some great restyrants. 10 min from a casuno. Great Stay!!

I enjoyed the comfortness and how it is set up

Only thing I didn't like was that the walls are a bit thin and in the morning I found it difficult to sleep in as I could hear the doors opening and closing and noise from the hallway. Otherwise it was good.
2.5
Very simple check in, someone at the desk is willing to help no matter what. I recommend this is a place to stay

Completely chaotic night when I went there, apparently there was 20 children, screaming, and yelling inside the buildings indoor pool, the girl at the counter appeared to be doing her laundry and living there Because he had all kinds of stuff behind the front counter in plain sight of customers. I did not sleep at all that night because of the noise I woke up, literally every hour it was horrible. And to top it off, there was no TV available that worked to damp in the noise or at least give a white noise to the background. I could hear people talk all night, long and slam doors. To top it off the damn toilet was jacked up and wouldn’t flush from the very first time I used it so I thought it was completely disgusting. I had to fix it myself so I just threw out my toilet paper and the waste basket because the thing would not flush it completely… That’s something you should NOT have to do when you’re traveling & paying for accommodations. I will never stay there again, and I would never recommend it to any anybody even a homeless person!!

Would like to have a fence blocking the ground floor windows and more light in the room.
3.0
The beds are comfortable, the room was big and the entry by code versus something you have to carry was very convenient. This hotel is basically a bed and a good shower, functional but not at all fancy or charming. It worked for our 3 night stay.
2.0
Litter around outside. Hall floors not cleaned all week (I saw the same browns pellets on the floor), spa seemed murky,
Attempts at painting were pathetic. Grey paint didn’t cover well, grey platters and streaks on white walls/ceilings. Patched areas not painted over. Masking tape still on door hinges.
Toilets are made for toddlers, not adults and certainly NOT for seniors. Very difficult to get up. No grab bars near toilet. Flimsy plastic one in shower. Tub slippery, no strips.
Pool is not heated as stated. It was VERY cold.
No one works the front desk. A phone is there to dial zero. Person who answers is elsewhere and “will send someone to your room “.
No drinking glasses, plates, silverware provided. Two coffee cups that never got washed or replaced in 5 days. Fridge and freezer were great but it was difficult to eat anything without dishes and utensils. We were not camping so we didn’t have those things.
There were questionable people in and out of certain rooms as if they “lived” there and also worked there.
