It was an ok stay. I was a little irritated after a long drive to get there to find out they did not take the only form of credit card I had. I had to go hunt out cash as they did not have an ATM in their lobby. The room was ok, except that I did not realize the door did not fully shut the first time. It looked like it was closing so I walked away and when I came back it was open. So that was not good. The outside door in the rear isn't locked either so anyone can walk in. The beds were comfortable though and it was clean. Although there was a smell I couldn't quite figure it out when you walked into the building. Breakfast was decent enough and what you would expect which was ultimately the reason I booked this hotel over another that did not have breakfast. It was fine for what it was and the staff was nice. I just was unhappy at the check in which left me a bit jaded for the rest of the stay.

Its a good hotel for a fair price. Comfy bed, nice tv, good pool, decent continental breakfast. There is a Boston Pizza next door with lovely bar staff. Would stay again!

Beds were clean but pillows smelled like smoke, carpets were dirty, and extra lock had been sawed off so unuseable and ants in tge bathroom. Will never stay again.

The beds and pillows at this property were horrible. We booked a suite and it was honestly the size of a regular hotel room. The outside pool was hotter than the hot tub and the inside pool was very warm as well. The only thing that wasn’t warm was the sauna. Breakfast was awful and we ended up going out elsewhere both days. The only good quality of the property was the location.

The shower had black mold throughout. The doors to the rooms were never painted so dirty marks are everywhere and cannot be removed so it looks very very bad. The carpet in the living area was black with direct. It has never been washed or cleaned.

Clean room, nice breakfast and friendly staff

It was not good whatsoever, I asked for 2 beds, the room had one bed only and it was for 3 of us. The Manager said sorry we don’t have other rooms and that hotel.com makes mistakes all the time, that’s all they had and they could not cancel the reservation. We stayed. Outdoor pool was great but was chilly outside, indoor pool and jacuzzi and all the amenities were disgustingly dirty. And on top of that, I got charged a more expensive rate than the one advertised on the app and again blamed hotel.com to ask for an adjustment. So we will see if something can be done.

I booked a room for 6 people and my booking was confirmed however when I reached there, the receptionist said they cannot accommodate 6 people as it only has 1 king size bed with no extra bed. Upon showing her my booking confirmation from Expedia which showed 6 people, she said she is not sure how it is saying 6 people and who approved it. When asking to speak to supervisor, she said her manager is done for the day and cannot communicate until next morning. I had to reach out to Expedia support and I got Karim on the chat who was not helpful, as they kept saying that it is my fault whereas I booked through Expedia while choosing 6 people and hotel also confirmed my booking. I asked Karim to escalate the chat to their supervisor and then I got Dhristi who finally understood my concern and speak with the receptionist to resolve our issue. At the end it turned out the room contained two sofa beds and the receptionist was not aware of that and just wasted our 2 hours. Receptionist said she had no idea about it and she is new. This was a terrible experience to begin with and we were really disappointed with it. All the other amenities of the hotel were really good and full score for that but just getting this experience was enough for us to ruin the whole expeirence. Dhristi from chat support was able to offer 100 CAD Expedia points for getting such a bad experience which was good but I think hotel should train their staff well and atleast have a managerial level staff.
