Bathroom light was a sensored light that turned on by itself and the control was broke so you had to wait 15-20 minutes for it to time out. Toilet looked crooked and barely flushed. Tv mounted on wall not straight

It was a nice stay a little pricey a later found out , there was a discrepancy in the third party I used to book and the actual hotel but the hotel took care of it , the pool was warm and inside felt great , the hot tub was down , the breakfast was completely awful to me but the hubs liked it

When I arrived and walked in the room , it was 80 degrees, no air conditioner was running. The bed was uncomfortable, hard mattress, making difficult to fall asleep, shoulder hurt the next morning. The floor was majority slanted in the room , enough to fall as walking into the bathroom area. Breakfast gravy was the worst ever, wattery and little to no flavor.

Don’t waste your money. The room has cockroaches!! Uneven floors, rooms were very dirty, hot tub broke, pool needs cleaned, smells like cigarette smoke, the parking lot ground is unsafe and needs fixed. Spend your money going out for breakfast because the free one here is garbage.

Generally clean but very run down. Almost no light in the pool area. Hot tub broken. Bathroom door wouldn't latch and the paint was pealing off many places. AC unit very loud with no option to leave the fan on all the time. Loud squeaking from floor above from people walking.

From the moment we got there we had issues. Starting with the tv not working; and the lock being broke on our room door. Then going to go for a swim with the kids and the pool was dirty the hot tub wasn’t even half full and had so many bugs in it. Coming back from the pool the lock that was broke just stuck and we were locked out our room for about an hour. To the point they had to break it off to get us in the room. We had nothing on us since we were just downstairs at the pool. They didn’t change our rooms or do anything. They said they would take care of it but they haven’t just dodged the phone calls. This was not a good place to stay and highly suggest not giving them your money!!

The floors were dirty, painted spots missing on bathroom door, floor was very wavey and uneven, about a two to three inch gap under main door to the room, the elevator doors and it moving was heard all night, freezer had so much ice in it, the parking lot coming in had a huge pothole, third floor smelled like pot really bad, back of remote control battery cover was halfway broken, mattress protector was broken and held together by staples and several stains on it, microwave was dirty on the inside.

It was not what we expected and not how it was advertised. It was run down and not worth the price. Towels were thin and rag-like and we had to get new towels from the front desk each time we needed some. It felt like we were in a cheap Motel 8

Hotel had hot tub that was full stagnant water slimey water. Clerk said hasnt worked in some time. Hotel had 1 ice maker that was broken for the 2 days i was there. Room was fine but that hot tub should be fixed or removed and frustrating to not be able to get ice.

Staff was very friendly, constantly cleaning. Building is just old, some updating in place. Room was very clean and comfortable. However at 3am I sat straight up in bed-something/someone (lol) came down the hallway it sounded like the swat team or a transformer trying to take every door down in the process. Zero talking or laughing going on. I wasn’t even going to begin to look out there and see what the problem was. It was completely quiet otherwise, never heard anyone else. Free breakfast was ok, go early though. Was going to jump in the shower before we left but realized we didn’t have a shower curtain.

I would never stay here again. Toilets had hair, pee and dirt all over. Bathtub had hair on the sides and tub did not drain, had to wear my shoes to take a shower. Trash inside dresser drawers. Felt like the elevator was going to stall with us in it. Only good thing about this place was the breakfast. Still waiting on a refund 5 days later from checking out after one night stay. Shady people outside waiting to be let inside the back door. People hanging out in the woods behind the building and in their cars. Most likely a weekly/nightly spot. Do not waist your money if you want to keep your belongings inside the hotel and not fear of getting robbed. The whole place reaked of smoke and other paraphernalia.

The hotel smelled of smoke, the rooms are filthy dirty (we had them move us to another room but still smelled of smoke) light bulbs burnt out, beds very hard and squeak, caulking around bathroom horrible, no tissues in the room, the phones did not work. The cost of the hotel is ridiculously high. The doors as you enter the hotel are filthy and again the hotel smelled of smokes and they have signs all over non smoking hotel.

Way over priced for the quality you receive. Extrior and commons areas are very run down. Rooms do look like they attempted some updates which is a start. They could still use some more. If you are looking for just a place to crash and if it was only $50/night then it would be okay. But when your charged around $200/night the expectations of a much more quality stay are expected. Compared to other options to stay in the area they are comparable in price however those other places charging those high rates are justifed because the amenities are extremely superior to what this place has.

The hotel was so unkempt and dirty, we did not stay and promptly asked for a refund. I wish I had taken pictures. There were food crumbs, crackers, pistachio shells, coke cans in the hallway and stairwells. Cigarette butts around the exterior entrance. The room itself might have been ok, but the flooring was coming up to the point I was afraid we would trip on it. Pet friendly but there were no mowed grassy areas anywhere around the building, just overgrowth and weeds.

Convenient location. Very noisy. Chintzy with towels. Had to turn in dirty towels to get clean towels. No cleaning service during three nights we were there. We had to pile out trash in hallway and ask for new trash bags.

Stayed on Sunday June 2, 2024 We will not stay here again. Very run down. paint was peeling in many places. The front door to the place had the lock hanging off. Our room had the deadbolt, but the lock above it was missing the plate. The elevator made an odd noise, so we used the stairs the other times. The brown recluse spider in the shower was huge. And how hard is it to take a cloth and clean smudges off the door panels going in to the main lobby..and everywhere else. Very sloppy place. The breakfast was decent, I'll give them that credit. However.. we wont be back.

Got there at 430pm couldn't check in because the room wasn't cleaned yet came back at 830 pm they said it was cleaned but all they did was change the bedding and called it good there was grass and dirt all over the floor stuff on the table hair all over the couch. So ended up not staying there and still haven't go my refund yet
