Plenty of parking. But don’t forget anything because it’s not attached to the hotel. It can be a bit of a walk. I got to the hotel and paid a pet fee. Most hotels put you on the first floor with a pet. Nope not this one! I was placed on the third floor! Sorry to whom ever was below. Wasn’t told until AFTER checking in and AFTER I was given a key that the elevator was broken. I had to carry my luggage’s and my puppy up 3 flights of stairs. I would NOT stay here again. It was an ok stay. Nothing to brag about. I wish I would have picked a different hotel in the area.
4.3
The room was old, needs updates. Table blocking doors to patio.
4.3
Our room was upgraded since elevator, spa, swimming pool, and breakfast were unavailable.
4.3
No refrigerator or microwave

It is reminiscent of Bavaria. A little dated and worn but not to an extreme. Biggest problem we had was elevatir wanted to keep stopping at the 2nd floor when no one was there and it diesnt have "close door" button. Our room was comfortable. The location is great being AWAY from downtown Jackson !!!! All nearby restaurants are pricey but we expected that. They are pricey in Jackson as well.
We would stay here again.
4.3
The room was decent. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub was not working and the sauna was old, but adequate. No breakfast, ok, but no coffee except for the little pot in the room, which is like no coffee. So overall, three stars.
4.3
It did not have handicap accessible facilities.
4.3
Old and dated. Needs a rehab for $500 a night rooms. No water in room, old carpet and scratched paint everywhere.
4.3
The restaurant manager and staff were amazing. The food was delicious. The place had the look and feel like they were the step-child of a bigger corporation. It's a beautiful and fun little hotel. I hope they remodel.
4.3
This property has character, it’s clean and couldn’t be in a better location!
4.3
Quiet room. Great view.

Such a unique property for the area - it feels like a step back in time which it's charming swiss chalet vibe. Our room was very large and well appointed. The location can't be beat. Even with the cool mornings & nights, the pool was like bath water, which our kids loved. I would recommend this lodge to anyone! Thank you for a great stay.

Great location

I would have no reservations rating the Alpenhof among the best hotels we have stayed at. We got upgraded to the double room suite with king beds and our family of four could not have been more grateful. Beautiful spacious rooms with old school Bavarian charm, huge balcony out of both bedrooms looking out to the central area and hills beyond. Both rooms had great air conditioning. Overall, could not have asked for more and would certainly stay here again.
4.3
The problem with the hotel is it’s dated, dirty carpets in the room and stairs, jacuzzi had cold water, there was a power strip exposed to use the TV, etc, just not what is normal for a extensive hotel. They need to renovate.
4.3
Nasty carpet, pillows old and dirty under the cases
..
4.3
Bad food too.
4.3
Falsely Advertised as having continental breakfast and laundry. Dusty smell throughout facility. Carpets filthy, decor seriously needs refreshed.
Bed and pillows were comfortable. All front desk staff were polite and helpful.
4.3
Very nice, historic lodge. Polite staff went above and beyond meeting all of my wife’s requests. Naturally the amenities are aging but everything still works and gives off the right vibe. Warning: no fridge or microwave. Love the village atmosphere with the tram and horse ranch practically next door. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
4.3
Great room! Cool Vintage Vibe while staying clean and everything you need.
4.3
Beautiful, historic property. Clean rooms. Difficult to navigate stairs if you are hauling a lot of bags/luggage- as elevator is located up a flight of stairs. Also-- room doors do not auto-lock behind you! You have to manually lock when you leave-- which to me is a safety concern! I accidentally walked into the wrong room because my hall neighbor didn't lock their door.

Great room! Very comfortable

Great location. Very 1970s Euro vibes. Rooms even have metal door keys! It either hasn’t been updated, or if it has it was made to look retro. And that’s not a bad thing! Was offered a glass of brandy at check-in and there’s a stein for $5 beer in the restaurant. Right in the heart of Teton Village. Night we stayed had fireworks and the vibe was electric.

After staying at a cabin in Victor, ID for most of our vacation, my grandson and I spent our last night here. It was amazing! The old school German designed room was very comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent for our last night in the beautiful state of Wyoming. Mariana at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
4.3
Staff was just ok.
4.3
Loved the quaint Swiss chalet architecture, very helpful, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations (room service provided daily), renovated bathroom, great breakfast buffet at Snake River Lodge next door (I had to request vouchers), pool and hot tub at Snake River looked relaxing (although I did not have a chance to use). Best value relative to other hotels in this location.
4.3
Rooms are quaint but outdated. Minimal lighting in room and VERY FEW electrical plug-ins. Bathroom was so small you sat in the door on the toilet & the toilet paper was behind you and hard to reach. We would not choose to stay here again.
Restaurant menu was small. Food was just OK.
The property is in Teton Village which is a great place to hang out with lots to do.
4.3
Loved the rustic alpine vibe surrounded by gorgeous snow topped mountains.
4.3
Nice village complex operated by big corporation.
Great place for a short stay but be prepared to pay $$$$.
4.3
Alpenhof sits in the middle of Teton Village and is very convenient to reach. It is situated well within reach of all the Grant Teton Park activities. It has a great coffee store, Cowboy Coffee, where the service was excellent. The rooms are a bit confined and are well decorated and we found our king bed to be very comfortable. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the hotel.
4.3
DO NOT stay at this property. It is run down. Our air conditioning didn’t work and we had no hot water. Had to call maintenance twice. The room is dirty and outdated. The staff has a do not care attitude. We had paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night. We asked for a refund and the most the manager would due is waive the special tax of $97.43. We paid $887 dollars. Expedia remove this property from what you offer as hotels.
4.3
Not so good. Extremely over priced for the condition of the hotel and room. Very disappointed in our stay. No breakfast as advertised and entire hotel is dingy, run down and waaaaay past its prime. Needing everything refreshed and rejuvenated. Plaster unfinished everywhere, carpet ripping and worn through everywhere, patched paint and walls and bathroom fixtures to closet doors to ACs. So mad to have spent the money we did in relation to what we got.
4.3
Terrible attitude
4.3
Great, staff awesome
4.3
Basic property although nice.
4.3
Location is unbeaten. However, it is long overdue for a fade lift. The hot tub was broken, bathrooms dated, beds ultra firm. They get by on location and I'm willing to walk a few extra steps to be more comfortable for the prices paid.

Great staff

Incredible ski in/out
Super convenient 😊

Perfect for ski vacation. Pool and hot tub were great temps, clean, and great service!

Oldest hotel in Teton Village. I had a wonderful stay.
