The hotel grounds and lobby area was clean and esthetically appealing. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast had many choices, all very fresh! The pool area was kinda a disaster. The hot tub was broken, there was only one pool towel. The chairs and tables were scattered about, I felt like I was navigating a toddlers room. They pool was nice tho. Our room was very spacious! It had a large deep jetted tub, but all around the jets was slimy and orange, which made me believe this tubs filter was probably never changed, and I wasn’t about to soak in it. That was disappointing, I would’ve enjoyed That. Now there was a cricket in our room, he or she was very chatty all night, we did finally find our guest in the morning on the kids clothes. We shared our breakfast with it, it felt like the polite thing to do. Upon looking for our chatty guest I found all this sticky red stuff on the curtains, and it looked like whoever’s been cleaning that room has been skipping on vacuuming the corners and behind the curtains. There was so much dust on top of the curtains, you could clearly see it piling up over the years. That was very off putting. The beds were clean, and the mattresses too. I always pull up the mattress protector to check for bugs and stains, none here. The shower was not great. The shower head had terrible settings, I’d change that one out for a better one. The water stayed nice and hot tho for four people to take back to back showers.

They wanted to charge a fee of $250 dollars extra for a “deposit” on the room. Unprofessional and if they are going to charge something that much it needs to be disclosed as part of their price

Room lights need updating as lights were dim once darkness fell. Dining chairs are peeling. Need to be replaced.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting our son and family, who are based at Cannon AFB. This is a LOVELY hotel and in a great location. They honored my request for a top-floor room. The room was immaculate and furnished well. The bed was comfortable and adorned with great linens. The plentiful fresh hot coffee and breakfast in the morning were appreciated. There is an elevator if you are assigned an upper-level room. A caution about Clovis tap water - it can affect you in a very bad way. I ALWAYS bring bottled water, even to brush my teeth. I noticed the ice makers at the hotel have a filter and I had no problems with the ice. Awesome - thanks!! A night light was provided in the sink area. Also appreciated! No USB charging plugs though - so bring your own. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Clovis!

Great staff. Very spacious room. Surprisingly good breakfast with lots of hot options, including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and. Make your own waffles. Hotel is on northern end of Prince Street, which is Clovis’s main drag. Smal but useful workout room, and a decent indoor pool if you swim laps for exercise. Overall hotel facility is not just clean, it’s spotless!. We were only therefor one night

When we got there to check in we were standing for what seemed like 20 minutes until someone came to help us check in , the room was okay not exactly the cleanest and the bathroom door you couldn't even fully close it and lock it. The toilet was not very clean either. We did like that it was quiet and staff seemed very friendly , the breakfast was good and liked the location was very close to stores and restaurants.

Clean and convenient.

I have only 1 complaint. THE SWIMMING POOL. We got this hotel for our Grandkids to swim, but they put chemicals in the pool and couldn't swim. Who does that! Especially on a weekend! Disappointing!!!!!

Clean rooms

Entire hotel needed new paint, halls and rooms. Had a smell, not great. Beds were clean and comfy. Ac was noisy, walls thin. Never stay here again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable

Surprisingly good. This may have been the last available room in town so I took it. The mattress was good (which I find rare even in expensive hotels). Nice soft linens and towels. The room/common area/halls were very clean (also rarer these days). The desk clerk was cheerful and kind. It was also quieter han I guessed it would be. Quite happy and is stay here again on purpose.
