Very clean! Disappointed about the pool not being open 😕 Nice stay though.. fabulous breakfast!

The beds are older. The bottom sheet is too big for the mattress. The tub drain is slow. The bathroom outlet doesn’t work (yes I tried reset on both the GFI and hair dryer). The front desk didn’t tell me about the grab and go breakfast but did tell our friends. Parking is in back and there is no light up to the entryway. The unique elevator bell was a throwback to the olden days, if you remember them.

The rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. The day and evening staff are excellent. The late night staff is not as customer service orientated. I would stay here again if the need arises. This is the only hotel that I've stayed in (in the last 10-15 years) that doesn't have coffee/tea available 24-7. The lobby is dark and could use some updating.

Just a bit outdated

Great about giving me an hour check out extension. Greatcto have the very good gym/spirts club access.

Cigarette butts out in main entrance garbage barrel over full dirty rug in breeze way no menu in room or room service can be a nicer place where I've seen my last 3-4 stays

Extremely easy/seamless process to check in/check out. Staff is friendly, informative and helpful. Theres an onsite restaurant that I wasnt able to try but the continental breakfast was AMAZING!!!! You wont regret staying here.

One night stay. Large room, clean and serviceable. Bed was not comfortable, overly soft and worn.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. However, the best feature was the in-house restaurant, Clark’s Pub and their Regency burger. One of my 5 best ever. I left a 5-star review on Yelp.

Room was very wet and humid. Sheets never really dried within the room. Smelled fine. Very kind staff. Breakfast cold was free. Hot breakfast over priced

This property is one of the older hotels in the area. It’s clean but it hasn’t changed all that much in 30 years

This property need total renovation. Old and smelly.

The gentleman at the check in desk was so kind and efficient. The room could use some updating. The common areas and hallways were too hot.

The room and the hotel in general were both very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back for another stay in the future!

Got to the hotel only to be told that the pool was being worked on one of the biggest reasons why I stayed there was for the pool said something the next morning and was rudely told that it says in the email and on the different travel site that the pool is not working I did not see that but they should tell you that before you check in and give you the option of staying somewhere else

Eerily empty throughout a 5 night stay. Mildew smell. Hot breakfast offered 1 day a week. Bar and restaurant open 1 night a week. Air conditioning not working in bar area. Fruit flies in bar bottles. Pool out of order. Parking lot in poor condition.

I was disappointed that the ‘Hot’ breakfast was not complimentary as it is in most of the other Hotels I have stayed at recently.

everything was closed down on the 4th of july weekend. no pool, no bar, nothing to eat. you only find that out when yoou check in. stories of a haunted place but really....the electrical wiring if not donw right. lights flashing w dim button and tv shutting off. can all be explained my emf. making people see and think there are hauntings happening. there was an experience in one room. We met the man outside and he was very scared about spending the night in the room. they Refused to switch his room when the place was empty. the staff follow up w their own experiences. check your wiring...it needs attention. the room are very outdated for a recency. i grew up in westford and came back for family. everyone of my guests thought it was a dump. will never stay again. not haunted...wiring needs to be fixed!! old metal keys still? carpets in rooms were stained and you have to request cleaning of your room the night before. who does that anymore? who shuts down everything on the 4th of july? under renovation we were told. we know a couple bartenders who are only working a couple days a week? It seemed to me and my guests it was going under. Make some changes and you may be able to get customer clientele all week and weekend. as for me, never again

It was a very nice hotel.

Older but very nice and well kept hotel. Very clean. Pub/restaurant was very good. Only complaint was after making non refundable, no cancellations reservations an email came from the hotel 2 days later stating the pool was closed for renovations. After seeing the pool area under construction it clearly had been closed for awhile. This should have been stated up front so a person could have decided about whether the pool was important to them and make other arrangement’s.

Solid hotel. Nice surroundings. Amenities are great. Full health club with every workout machine and free weights available with steam, sauna and racquetball courts. Restaurant food was great, but service was poor. Pool was closed. The hotel is dated and needs some upgrades in carpet, some fresh paint and lighting. I’ll stay there again, but I’d sure like to see it spruced up more.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone, from check-in to check-out, and especially the pub staff, we're awesome. It's a lovely, traditional hotel with all the amenities. I'd stay again.

Very dated

No issues at all... we stayed here while passing through to a further destination. It was easy to find, clean and service was friendly. If I'm ever in the area, I would consider staying here again.
