Room was ok for a couple of nights if you only need it for sleeping. Room was clean but had a musty smell.

Great little room. Host was more than accommodating given the fact I accidentally booked a smoking room. He was able to re-arrange a few things to get us a non smoking room. It was so very appreciated. our room was clean and neat. Every day we were provided clean towels and our beds were neatly made. May not be the nicest area in town but this place is a gem.

Always a great stay for a great price at Knights Inn in London, Ontario! This is my go-to hotel when I’m in London. The hotel is in a great location, being close to Argyle Mall and many other shopping and dining opportunities. The rooms are comfortable, always clean and tidy, the wifi is excellent, and 32-inch flat-screen TVs are offered. There is also a guest laundry room, an amenity not commonly found among budget-priced hotels. The staff are always highly pleasant. I will keep returning to Knights Inn!

It was exactly what you would expect for the price! Comfortable, did the job, had good cable and Wi-Fi. All you need for a simple stay overnight.

Nice place. Way better than American Plaza Motel. Bed mattress springs were pretty stiff. Slept on top of the 6 comfy pillows. No breakfast like in the lobby photos.

1:30am check in after a long travel day to lift up the pillow to find the biggest bed bug.changed rooms and spent the rest of the night worrying about what else was going to happen. Not very relaxing.

Staying at a hotel or motel is all about value. For less than 100 Canadian a night for two nights this motel gave us a spacious room with comfortable beds and all you might expect at a more expensive place. It is an older property on a busy urban street, but it is clean and well maintained. Good to know a property like this, well maintained, can offer a reasonable price. (Fridge and microwave too.)

This is a budget motel. The front desk attendants werent friendly at all. All though the housekeepers were kind. We request a bathtub stopper around 9am and they said they couldn't give us one until 11am. So we waited, then called back at 12:30 for the girl to get upset with us. They advertised a bathtub in the room but get upset when we want to use it. The beds were okay, but the wifi was awful. Couldn't stream anything on our phones/tablets such as disney, netflix, prime, ect. Its a cheaper motel but probably our last stay. My partner had a constant fear they saw bed bugs as well.

COULD do with a kittle and supply of TEA COFFEE, and water, Microw oven is not good in the room. Outside-looked nudity needs a sweep, Need a notice to say how to open the water taps. like people from the UK or Spain

Extremely clean but also needs a furniture and fixtures reset. Comfortable bed, but overall it was kind of shabby and no way to adjust the lighting. Staff was amazing and responsive which makes up for the shabbiness. However, it fit the budget and there was no evidence of pests or other unwelcome creatures and the bathroom was incredibly clean.

Really great for price! We wish something could be done for the immense amount of red beetles that stayed at our front door in the evenings as it was difficult to come in and out, and they got in alot, and a couple dead ones were already in the bathroom and room when we got there. Other than that yes being okder place there were stains around lighting n some on bedding (but bedding smelled bleach clean :). Sadly the check in manager man was very stand offish probably due to maybe past experiences in that area. But housekeeping did come by and offer fresh towels and took dirty ones :) Overall i would go back for sure :)

our room smells smoke. washroom is not working well. the toilet bowl is not flushing properly and the shower knob is not peoperly working. the owner is not accomodating. I will not recommend this motel to my friends.

A great little motel. Terrific service. It isn’t in the greatest neighborhood. It was just a commercial area was a little bit dirty, but I certainly felt safe walking alone at night. I would recommend this is a moderately priced motel.

Convenient, reasonable priced, a few restaurants near by and a Tim Horton’s a few steps away. The TV was not working properly but they have started to renovate the rooms with new flooring. I would stay there again. That was my 4th stay.
