Staff were very friendly. Housekeepers are very nice & do a regularly check if you need anything. The room was small but very clean. Overall, the place is more on the noisy side, inside & out. The parking lot is not spacious & was nearly full every night. During the weekend, a family group made an argument ruckus in wee hours of the morning on my floor but the overnight staff were aware and handled it very fast. It sounded like there was a police officer who arrived to make sure there would not be any further incidents.

Was thinking that room have no carpet as the picture, but have a carpet. Air conditioning was noisy and smell humidity.

The toilet leaked, the lampshades were nasty and dirty. Called and asked for an extra towel, went to the main desk 40 minutes later. Breakfast was very limited. The furniture looked neat to hell. Wouldn't waste my time nor money there ever again.

The room smelled so much like old cigarettes and other smells that we had to purchase allergy medicine, room deodorizers and fabric sanitizer. Luckily we were able to open a window to air it out more. The tv was also in poor quality with 8 lights constantly lit under the screen obscuring the show. Probably should have asked for a room change, but decided to deal with it for the short while.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place if possible. If you can, sleep in your vehicle instead. I wasn’t expecting luxury, just a basic, clean room for the night. Unfortunately, the room smelled like a mix of urine, armpit, and feet. The carpet and bathroom floor were sticky, the toilet had stains both inside and on the seat, and the desk chair had pizza crust and crumbs on it. There was a thick layer of dust on all surfaces, various stains, and the bed sheets were stained and covered in hair. Absolutely disgusting!

Easy peasy check in the lady at the front desk was very friendly she explained everything thoroughly only one thing that I didn't care for was that the blankets on the bed had a few things otherwise everything else was great the pool was to a perfect temperature the suana was great had a perfect time

Her room was very small and it smelled like urine in the carpet and just a damp feeling in the room all night and the breakfast they have is strictly a curb breakfast Donuts waffles no meat anything like that skimpy

Exactly what I was expecting for the price. Pool is a little small, and the hot tub could be a little hotter. But what made me rate this hotel so high is the staff. Just very friendly, the front desk would ask how your day was and it was just a nice change of pace.

A place to sleep for the night. Not much extra. The guys drinking in the parking lot certainly didn't add to the atmosphere or make guests feel more comfortable. Would not stay here again.

I liked the updated decor. The nonsmoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the lobby and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and the pull out bed was impossible to sleep on due to its condition.

Everything was fine, staff very friendly and accomidating. I would like to see grab bars or mat as tub had high sides and bottom of tub little slick, that made it a little hard for older people to get out of. Bed was good and comfortable. We would stay there again. Good price.

I actually love this super eight hotel we’ve stayed here a few times it’s clean and quiet and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to also have hard-boiled eggs at the breakfast and let the breakfast extend until 10 o’clock.

Staff were pleasant on check in. This is the only good thing I can say about our stay. The room smelled musty and like stale cigarette smoke. The AC unit added to the smell. The hot tub water was green/brown. Looked like a health hazard. Our hallway smelled like weed. There were men tailgating in the parking lot with liquor bottles and smoking at night. I was traveling alone with my child and felt very unsafe arriving back late from our outings. I inquired about changing rooms or getting a refund because the reviews did not align with the accommodations I was given. I received no reply. If you are traveling with a family I would not recommend this hotel!

Guest services actually asked me if we preferred to be on the main floor or the second floor, which never happens. The hotel was clean and updated. The pool was nice and having a hot tub was a nice option. It took two cycles for the hot tub to heat up. There were signs of its age in a few places in the hotel, specifically the exterior (side) doors, draperies and bathroom ceilings. Apparently Marijuana is legal in Minnesota, we could smell it in the hall.

We did online check-in but had to do the whole process over again. The hotel states there is a coffee maker in the room but there isn’t. The bathroom and floor could have been cleaner—hair on the floor. Everything seemed decent.

Breakfast was free - not a huge selection, but good enough. Didn’t have good outdoor seating. Fortunately we had some of our own chairs to take on a concrete patio outside the pool. Took a few chairs from the pool too, then got told we couldn’t do that (which then they should supply some outdoor seating). Place was priced decent.

Absolutely horrid. Pulled in and my husband asked if we had a refundable reservation. There were homeless drinking and sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Got in and whole place smelled of smoke and chemical (and hubby indicated weed as well). Asked to see our room. Guy showed us a dark room but I had no reception on my phone to see if we could back out. Neither cell service nor Wi-Fi worked worth a darn. We Accepted the room and wish I hadn’t. Beds were iffy, carpet was dirty in and out of the room, the room stench got worse as the AC ran and I had to wipe every surface before we set things down. Tried the pool. More regret. We think they’re using straight bleach. It bleached my son’s new watch band (was green, now tan) and it caused physical pain to my youngest to both her eyes and groin area. Woke up congested from the smoke in the air all night. Breakfast was pathetic. Juice was either spoiled or watered down. Waffles, bagels, and tiny cinnamon rolls. Some sad looking fruit. I ate nothing. We checked out despite having a second night reservation. Front desk told me there was nothing she could do and I’d have to figure out my refund through Expedia. Don’t know how the reviews got this to an 8+ but avoid at all costs.

We liked that it was newly painted, but the floor and knobs eta had paint drops everywhere. Our blanket on our bed had 3 cigarette holes in it and other peoples hair.

Very clean and comfortable room. Looks to be recently renovated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will stay again when going to a concert at Mystic Lake.
