It was a great choice, convenient, great location and just what we needed while in the area. Very clean and great kitchen space.
4.3
Great condo in a beautiful location. Centrally located to Vail.
4.3
Eagle Point Resort was conveniently located to Vail and Avon. Close to grocery store, walking/bike path. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Adequately appointed with kitchenware if you wanted to cook

The property is a bit older and not that modern but very nice and people are friendly and helpful. There is an indoor and outdoor hot tub, and pool that is both indoor and outdoor with a garage door type closure that makes it indoor / outdoor side of the pool. Their shuttle will drop you off in Lionshead village in Vail, and pick you up when you are done skiing for the day so you don't have to pay to park. The unit was nicely decorated, had the minimum items in the kitchen to be able to do some light cooking and eating in house, and the bathroom was spacious in the 1 bedroom unit. Parking is tight when it's full, at 1 car per unit, but I was on an off week and no issues on parking. Overall a great place to stay a little way from Vail Ski Resort with a shuttle that will drop you off there.

This unit is essentially a one bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining area. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the bathroom is equipped as one would expect. The square footage for the price considering this location right in Vail made this an excellent value. The two things that disappoint me regarding the property are the fact that it is feeling a little tired and smells a bit moldy inside and also the exterior window, for the living room is tucked back in a dark corridor, so there is very little of any natural light that enters. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and everything worked perfectly. When I first arrived, there was not an available parking spot due to sloppy parking by other guests. Spots did open up though and I was able to park in the lot for the nights that I was there.
4.3
Pull out was horribly uncomfortable. Ceiling Fan was missing a blade rendering it useless. Shower head was supper cheap and strayed water all over the place, it was hard to get a good rinse. For the price I would expect more.
4.3
Clean, well-appointed condo.

Customer service was really bad. Most of the desk help were very rude and unhelpful. Had no water one day, bus was unavailable one day ( we were not told), tv worked with no guide to see channel selection, had to move from one room to another to get a properly working tv, phone in the room never did work. Property has potential, but needs staffing changes to even become adequate.
4.3
The 2 bedroom rental was on the 2nd floor. There was an elevator and very comfortable stairways to get up and down. The rooms were spacious, two full bathrooms, large family area. Quiet at night, beautiful scenery around the property including Gore Creek, a walking/riding paved pathway to town and free bus down the street. Employees are friendly and helpful. Stayed for one week. Totally enjoyable.
4.3
Staff was super helpful and friendly. Our unit was very clean and our bed and sheets were like heaven. Very close to public transport and quiet setting. Pool and hot tub were great after a day in the mountains and town.
4.3
The front desk person on check in was rude. We arrived early and understood that check in was not until 4 pm. We decided to stop in and see if our room was ready by chance. It was not. The person at the front desk very sharply informed us that we would have to come back. We left and came back an hour or so later only to be told again our room was not ready. The entire matter could have been handled in a pleasant manor and was not. We sat in the other room and watched as 2 other parties checked in...prior to 4 pm.

You get charged a “resort fee”. Not a resort a hotel. Loudest most uncomfortable place I have ever stayed. A hotel is quieter. No A/C. Ceiling fan was wobbling off the ceiling looked like it would fall down. Beds were like bricks and got no sleep. Pull out sofa bed you felt every spring and bar. Shower wasn’t even screwed on all the way. Lamps didn’t work. No interior locks on door so the maintenance guy just came right into our room before 10 am check out time without knocking. Heard all traffic from road all night and even with blackout curtain in bedroom it still shown in our face. No information on places to eat, things to do, or bus schedules to vail. I will never go back and want to warn others not to waste their money.

Very good stay. Very good location, friendly service.

We have been coming here for years and we love it. It is an older building and getting a bit outdated. But it’s always clean, nice and the staff are so helpful. We keep coming back for the memories!
4.3
Incredible value. Excellent clean, functioning kitchen, and the hot tub was really clean. Quick trip to get to the gondolas. Planning on booking again next summer.
4.3
Clean and comfortable
4.3
Convenient location, nice rooms
4.3
Air condition wasn’t working

This place is very comfortable and clean. It is older, but is still nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is adequate. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is quiet. The creek and trail close by are beautiful.
4.3
we paid to hotel.com, but they charged me again
problems not solved yet
4.3
Nice roomy rooms and very clean! However there was no AC in the rooms and we didn't realize that before we booked. At night it was hot even though it was chilly outside because it was too noisy from the highway next to it to keep the window open.
4.3
Very well maintained. 60s style. should not have a resort fee as it is not a resort. Not easy walking distance to Vail downtown. Well maintained
4.3
We were not told prior to arrival that only 1 car could be parked in the lot and then we got a parking ticket parking on the road, even though there are NO signs that say you cannot park there. These places are old and run down. The floors are TERRIBLE!!! The details are outdated. Towels don't even match. It was ok, but not great.
4.3
Front desk guy was super helpful with tips where to eat dnd how to get to various places. Condo was nice as big!
4.3
The property was great. Nice sized one bedroom condo. Had to drive to get to restaurants and other activities but we knew that ahead of time. Only downside was the refrigerator was noisy and ran almost all of the time. But we would go back.
4.3
I would suggest installing window fans.
4.3
We did not stay at this place. It was hot in Vail that day & they don’t have A/C, which I missed in the description. Room was hot & stuffy, couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work, window wouldn’t (or couldn’t) open & the portable fan my son found in the closet was old. The property could use an upgrade & the room, too. The person who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all. When I told him we were not staying & to check us out he snapped ‘I can’t check you out!’ So, I lost $200 & had to pay for another hotel!
4.3
Condo was very well maintained. Staff was friendly. when we returned to the property late on the second night there was no parking. when i called the after-hours number i was told i could park as some parking garage in Vail Village that was no were hear the property and they didn't now how i would get to and from the property if I did park there. Other cars were also driving around the property looking for some place to park. If you are staying at this property during the summer, there is no air conditioner only ceiling fans and a fan to put on a table or counter.
4.3
We had a great stay here. The room was large and very comfortable - loved having the kitchen, but the staff was the best part! We had issues with our car and ended up having to get it towed and Lynne at the front desk went above and beyond helping us! She was so nice and accommodating and really made our bad situation so much better. We will definitely be back!
4.3
We stayed here on probably the hottest day of the year. There was no air conditioning, the rooms were closed all day, and they remained stuffy throughout our stay. The amenities were nice, but the pool/hot tub hours were limited and did not open when the sign stated they would open. The building is surrounded by beautiful walking paths and a creek, but all the rooms face inward without any view. We waited 20 minutes upon check in for someone to come to the front desk. The main beds were very comfortable. The pullout couch was not. If you get a good deal, it’s worth it.
4.3
Spacious, Well-equiped, but Old and non-allergy friendly suite. So many rules! Friendly staff.
4.3
If you have kids find another location. They advertise a swimming pool but restrict its use to those under 18.
4.3
It was basically just an overnight stay. The area scene was lovely and wish had more time to enjoy.
4.3
Television sets are severely out dated and outdoor amenities are aged as well. The price is reasonable but don’t expect a modern stay.
4.3
Nice people and a value for the price.
4.3
The check-in and check-out were easy and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and very roomy, the king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The pool was refreshing and the area was nice and quiet - this property is NOT a resort.
4.3
Near Vail Village…great location with windows opening over a beautiful mountain river. Some dishes weren’t clean, but otherwise, this was a great spot!
4.3
Had a great stay here, wasn’t sure of it because of some of the reviews. But it ended up being the perfect stay. No complaints just be careful the check in/ check out and other details vary between Expedia and the resort. There’s also several numbers for this place, as of yesterday the Apple Maps number is not the correct number. Lastly I got there after hours, the process is easy.. but the phone you use to call is a little hard to hear.
4.3
It is a nice place to stay for a two-day adventure in Vail.It was clean, quiet and affordable.
4.3
The room is very clean and is equipped with items for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the roominess of the place, from the outside it appears to be an older condo-type resort. However, the inside provides a living area....nice kitchen and eating area....roomy bathroom....and bedroom. The place is near the walking/bike path and easy access to the Lionshead area for restaurants and shopping, of course winter sports.
