This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We booked it for the Sunday evening of Easter weekend. We arrived about 14:50 to be told we had been given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We were then shown to seats in the bar & given a glass of sparkling rose each. Following this we were taken to our Roman suite which was spacious & luxurious. We were impressed with the selection of toiletries & the two shower rooms meaning we could get ready at the same time. The Lindt chocolate bunnies were a nice touch. The spa was incredibly clean & the attendant was welcoming & accommodating showing us a quiet side room with available day beds to relax on. There were plentiful towels & the sauna & steam rooms were particularly quiet which was brilliant. The pool was a little on the chilly side but cool enough for swimming laps. Dinner was fantastic, we were greeted with a handshake and treated like valued guests throughout. We started with local bubbles and enjoyed the set 5 course menu. The staff were really attentive, kind & very generous with the cheese as we said we would share one & a pudding. Following our meal we went upstairs to the bar where they had a great range of whiskey & little Easter eggs on the bar. We slept well under duvets that felt like clouds. In the morning we enjoyed the Nespresso coffee & truffles before heading to breakfast where the selection was impressibly vast. Thank you so much for your hospitality and providing us such a memorable stay :-)

One of the few hotels with an excellent service and kindness from the staff.

I had a shot but great stay. My lasting memory is of the attentive and courteous staff.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice

WOW would not be enough to describe this hotel/resort. It is sooooo amazing, starting from the moment you arrive, greeted by the most friendly staff, then to the best room you can expect. Then there’s the view, the spa, the wellness center, the food. We could not have asked for a better place than this!

The guest advised that their stay was very enjoyable and everyone was very helpful. Thank you

Seamless, an overnight stay in a lovely hotel

It's not an awful hotel but it's outdated and overpriced. It reminds me of a low budget ceasar's Palace in Las Vegas.
Room service is limited and low quality, the staff also don't understand the basics of hospitality.
Can't recommend this.

I have stayed at Victor's a number of times, and this was the most pleasant experience my family and I have had there to date. 24 hours of great decompression with their perfect facilities and staff. Recommend it wholeheartedly. Good 90 c sauna, 8 c cold dip, excellent family pool area.

The staff at this property could not be better. The hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful place and the Schloss and new hotel are just beautiful. The staff from the reception to the wait staff could not be better. So helpful, professional and treated us as very special guests. Facility amenities are also 5 star.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and wish we could've stayed longer than 1 night. we ate in their bistro restaurant which was good apart from the vegetarian curry, very bland and carb over-load ! Every member of staff at the hotel was brilliant. They greeted us with a glass of Rose wine, the best I have ever tasted which is from their region ( FYI Q Vee secco Rose) only fault mobile air-con unit in room was very noisy.
4.5
Great hotel in beautiful location of Mosel river. Large free car park, good internet, comfortable rooms. 20 min drive from Luxembourg Airport and the town, good location for business. Nespresso machine in room would be nice, otherwise well equipped rooms. Quality spa area, recommend for business and holidays.

Hotel is old not like picture showed on websites. I booked two rooms, located separately far away. I arrived at hotels around noon, but two rooms couldn’t not be closer.

Very old bedding and styling in our room. No air conditioning and noisy due to wedding party. This hotel is not actually at the castle, and while it has many amenities, it was not a comfortable stay. Some more expensive rooms have updated interiors and air conditioning units. Good pool though.
4.5
There was no air condition in the room and the stay was very much unpleasant.
We were moved between rooms from a moderate one to a worse one.
The charge for adding A/C for one night was high.
Service was good and breakfast is excellent.

The location is perfect. We enjoyed our wellness very much.
Ecxellent place for relaxation.

Really nice place and the area is gorgeous. The suite was roomy, plush and with a nespresso machine. We only stayed one night, though really enjoyed the grounds and watching the sunset over the hills nearby.

The entire staff was fantastic! They couldn’t do enough to help make your stay pleasant

This is an upmarket hotel well placed for the Moselle wine trail and Luxembourg. The facilities are exquisite with a nice indoor pool, an onsite spa and outstanding views across the valley. Staff are helpful and attentive.
4.5
The hotel staff excels in polite and attentive service.
The toilet was way too low. Duvets only, so we took the duvets out of their covers and only used the latter in order to be comfortable.
The grounds need attention.
We bought a supply of Mosel wines from the neighbouring vineyard.

Had to upgrade room to get Air Con. Restaurant on-site was ok, but only ok, however bar area and bar server were brilliant.

Found this gem and wasn’t disappointed. I would’ve come just for the pool; the spa is icing on the cake. Splurged on a massage and facial—absolutely wonderful. Jana succeeded in making me look and feel 10 years younger. The hotel is in the country, making it a true resort in my opinion. If you seek to relax in tranquil serenity, add this place to your list. Breakfast is included, but you could be fooled into thinking it is for an extra fee—a bountiful buffet that varies daily, and your choice of tea or coffee (good coffee) brought to your table, either inside the restaurant or on the terrace. Luxembourg’s Müllerthal Trail is 40 mins drive away, and a worthwhile excursion for those looking to explore. Jogging trails surround the resort, allowing for scenic workouts, or an evening stroll. Rooms come with robes hanging in the closet, instantly setting the tone for your stay: relax and enjoy. Rating is 4/5 due to spotty free wifi (could not video chat), no bars of soap in the bathroom (only a dispenser of hand soap) and admittedly a very picky pet peeve—the bar could not make an Irish coffee, but was slightly redeemed by having Ardbeg whiskey on hand. Also, the electronic key system for the rooms will take you a few trys to figure out; hotel staff are very helpful though. An excellent getaway and a place I hope to return to!

We stayed in June for 3 days as part of a short trip to the Moselle. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They organised free bikes for us to cycle along the Moselle and also gave us maps and directions for walking in the vicinity of the hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything was maintained to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Real German hospitality at its best !

Deserved of all previous reviews! Wonderful hotel with first class service! I couldnt highly recommend this hotel enough. Exemplary in every aspect of what makes a 5 star hotel, a 5 star hotel.

Nice place, not many people. Pool is very small but the extra services like cleaning car windows overnight and fresh cut fruits while relaxing made this a very positive experience.

a nice peaceful rural setting - I was working in Luxemburg and this was the nearest hotel at a reasonable rate - well worth the 25 minute journey to reach it. The swimming pool was great as was the evening meal and breakfast

My family and I had a relaxing time at this incredibly beautiful hotel. The view of the valley is absolutely stunning. Service was 5 star, breakfast was incredible, only 25 mins away from Luxembourg.
