Lovely hotel staff, views of the harbor, bottle of Prosecco in the room as a gift. Great terrace for breakfast and sitting to enjoy the views.
4.3
Located down by the marina not at the top of the island, but walkable to the public beach area and many food options. The shower was quite small, but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The daily breakfast was delicious and our service was excellent. Great views from the hotel!
4.3
Location is good Near the Port you dont have to walk with you have luggage but can be little noise.
4.3
Good hotel with great customer service
Breakfast has tons of cakes but not enough fruit. Pillows are bad but I asked to bring more pillows and they came with 6 different kinds, which was nice. Restaurant had good fish dish. Don’t order room service: the pizza we had, was the worst pizza we ever had. Overall is fine, 1 minute walk from ferry station

Fantastic staff, manager and property all round. Thank you for amazing experience!

This is a great hotel for those who need easy access to the port. Most of our plans were around the main piazza so we had to take the funicular a lot which is fine because it’s close to the close but the beach near the hotel isn’t very nice. The staff was wonderful here and the breakfast was so good! Subtracted a star because the shower is miniscule - felt smaller than a phone booth and was uncomfortable to use.
4.3
Great location, view, and service. The staff go out of their way to help you and guide you. Antonio, Flavia and Joel made our stay extra special with their assistance. The breakfast on the rooftop with the view of Marina Grande is a treat in itself. Super convenient for access to the ferry, bus stop and funicolare. Our room was a great size, impeccable, and had a terrace with two loungers, which we enjoyed so much. Highly recommend if you’ll be going to Capri!

Fabulous hotel, perfectly located to get into town and to the beach.

Very nice hotel.

Very friendly staff with excellent rooms and convenient location to marina!

Great location walk to everything great restaurants shopping tram beach clubs all within walking distance. Beautiful rooftop that overlooks the harbor.with all the boats coming in and out. Easy peasy great spot!
4.3
Very convenient location, just a short walk from the port. Taxi stand, cable car station, bus depot and ferries conveniently located near the hotel. Hotel Room for 3 adults was very spacious and comfortable with a great view. Views from the terrace are terriic. Food and service was excellent. Would absolutely stay here again. Spent 2 1/2 days in capri and we were able to experience all the island had to offer with relais maresca as our base.
4.3
Staff was very helpful and friendly, even sent bottles of champagne.
4.3
The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. They were so helpful and always available for help or to answer our questions! You can’t beat the location overlooking the Mediterranean.
4.3
We enjoyed our stay in Capri, thank you to Antonio for giving us the best recommendations. All the staff did an excellent job, very courteous. The restaurant is great. You can’t get a better view of the Marina Grande with this hotel. Best way to see the island since transportation is right around the corner. The best 3 days so far in our Italian adventure. We booked the room with the outdoor porch, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. We highly recommend and will come back for a stay when we come back in Capri.
4.3
The hotel is clean, bright, modern, and located right on the marina. It was a perfect choice. Our concierge, Antonio, was very helpful and friendly. Would love to come back.

The service was superb. When we walked in to check in, we were met by the Hotel Manager Antonio Nocera with a big greeting. He shared with us the workings of the hotel and areas around it. The check in service people were always pleasant and helpful. We had drinks at happy hour each day and also enjoyed a late dinner one night. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and great service. Happy hour and dinner were served by a wonderful gentleman Anu, from Sri Lanka, who always greeted us and provided the best service. Overall, great hotel with a close location to the port and easy access to the cable car which took you up to the town of Capri and the shopping areas.

The star was superb and the property was top notch.

The manager, Antonio, gave us a very helpful orientation at check-in and was always available and ready to assist throughout our stay. All of his staff at the desk were friendly and willing to take care of any need. It was especially helpful that they had bus and funicular tickets available at the desk, avoiding an extra wait in line.
4.3
Relais Maresca was a great spot on Capri close to the port. Easy for first timers, close to beach, and clean.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean atmosphere

I’ll be honest, I think they gave me the worst room they have so it’s hard to give the most accurate review. I could hear everything happening in the lobby, my “terrace” was just a little area outside my room with no view and some little geckos on it. The back room was up some stairs and I think my knees are just now recovering. But the room was nice and clean and they had every possible amenity. Here’s the real tip for Capri… don’t stay on the island. Get a room for a third of the cost in Naples and do a day trip. It’s enough time to see everything unless you plan to hike or want to just relax at the end of the night.
4.3
I would like to express my appreciation for the attentive and courteous staff at this property. Its strategic location near the ferry terminal, bus stops, and the cable tram to Capri Island makes it exceptionally convenient for travelers. The cable tram, in particular, offers direct access to Capri Island, and from there, one can opt for a cost-effective bus ride at $1.50 per person or a convertible taxi at $25, as of September 2023.
However, I have rated my overall experience with four stars due to a minor concern regarding the cleanliness of the towels. Although they were generally clean, I did notice occasional stains and traces of women's hair on them. I was informed that the hotel sends its laundry to Napoli, but the quality of this service left something to be desired. Addressing this issue promptly would undoubtedly earn the establishment a five-star rating from me.
In conclusion, I would consider returning to this hotel in the future if I were confident that the towel cleanliness issue had been resolved. The hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by its staff were undeniable highlights of my stay."

This is a super cute beach hotel located right on the Marina Grande. It’s convenient to stay here for a night or two because it’s right by the ferry. Capri town and Ana Capri is reachable by cab, or bus or funicular. The staff at the hotel is friendly, the manager Antonio is the best! He makes you feel right at home from the minute you enter. The hotel is cute, beachy and clean. Rooms are a decent size. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was located in a good area. Entertainment was in abundance the beaches were within walking distance and the food was great. The hotel staff knew everything about Capri and the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
4.3
Excellent location and property! Definitely a home away from home. Antonio and Marianna spoiled us with so much friendliness, hospitality and service. Immediately, Antonio gave us the info of all things Capri with such a welcome and enthusiasm. It’s a cute, boutique hotel just steps to/from the ferry port; the cable car to ride uptown Capri (trust me you’ll love this convenience) and the hotel sells the ride tickets so you don’t have to stand in another line. This perk felt exclusive but without the exclusive price. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with good breakfast and beautiful views. We’re glad we stayed here. Our kids loved it. This hotel is one true gem and the all the staff were friendly and super attentive.
4.3
We stayed for one night, and Antonio did a beautiful job, welcoming us with a snack and giving us an overview of the island and his recommendations about what to do during our time there. He sat down with us had a map and reviewed the different transportation options, it was extremely helpful.
The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
The restaurant and the quality of the food were very good, both for dinner and breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Small gestures such as flip-flops that match the color of the room, decor, and champagne, were very thoughtful.
4.3
From check in to check out was as close to perfect and smooth as possible. I will definitely return and you couldn't ask for a better location.
4.3
The property was conveniently located by the ferry. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was wonderful, especially the manager Antonio who made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect stay in Capri

Great boutique hotel the staff very helpful… recommended

Convenient for most everything. Gorgeous sea views. Lovely breakfast setting. Horrific transportation and not very helpful when in a bind.
4.3
This was a perfect location in Marina grande close to ferry port, as we were only in Capri 2 nights and had a boat tour so we wanted to be close to the port. My husband and I were visiting on our honeymoon and the staff provided complimentary champagne in our room with a personalized note from the manager, Antonio. This is a beautiful hotel but Antonio’s joy for his guests experience and assuring they know the island is what made this stay superior to others on our Italy trip. He is so kind and clearly cares about what he does. The room is also beautiful and we had the balcony view of the water. The breakfast each morning we had was convenient and delicious. Grazie mille!
4.3
Absolutely gorgeous hotel and room! This was our favorite hotel that we stayed in our 2 week trip to Europe. We got the Superior Room with Balcony & Sea View of the marina.
The room & bathroom itself are very spacious compared to other Italian hotels. The room was very clean apart from some hotel flip flops that were left in the shower - those had mold.
The staff was super friendly, met us at the ferry and helped wheel over our luggage up to the hotel. Keep in mind, you have to either go up a set of stairs or go up a little bit of a windy road to get to the hotel from the ferry. They also provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne.
The breakfast here was delicious - definitely take advantage! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and gift shops, as well as the taxi stand to take you around the island.
Absolutely recommend this hotel and we hope to return one day!
4.3
Great hotel in a perfect place for dining shopping and the full Capri experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again. Rooftop bartender could have more knowledge of cocktails bit yo be fair the usual cocktails were on the menu and looked delicious. I went off menu and asked for a dirty martini
4.3
Upon arrival the manager was more interested in selling us on what they offer than getting us our room after a long day. When I asked for two beers, I got the look of death, and he said he wasn’t sure they had any. They did, he got us our two beers, and before I could take a sip they were asking for us to pay as if we were leaving not arriving, lol. 3 people asked us to pay, even after I signed the bill. Would’ve been nice if they gave us our beers room, and later explain what’s offered, and not act as we were going to skip the bill on two beers. The room was great, and our balcony was nice with great views of the ferry dock and Vesuvius in the distance. I do recommend the hotel, but the staff needs to be guest oriented to our needs, not theirs.. 🇮🇹😎

Great location
4.3
The property is conveniently located right up the stairs from the port area, and the bus and funicular ticket stand is right outside. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Antonio took some time to explain the island to us and where to focus our time during our brief stay. We stayed on the top floor with private terrace, which overall was great as the room was spacious and we could see the sunset and sunrise. The property overall is not as new and sleek as some higher up on the island. But, the location and welcoming staff made us happy.
4.3
Tiny Room, we can’t be able to open our lugagge, is súper basic, the Room in general is terrible for €400 per night, breakfast is imposible, we go other place to have breakfast for the second morning, we will Not come back and Not recomended at all.
