The bathroom faucet was broken so the temperature of the water was stuck on ice cold. Couldnt even shower. The pool looks disgusting and the hot tub is barely luke warm. Would not stay here again.

The bed was comfy. Hottub was a disappointment. It was drained and refilled the day we arrived. The next morning it was still luke warm. If u book because they have a hottub and your body needs it I wouldn’t stay here.

The room was okay, staff was friendly and helpful, but the property is very run down, pool is old and feels very dirty, the water slide was turned on in half hour increments so had to get lucky when you were in there. There was also caution tape up everywhere around the slide, not sure why. The continental breakfast was inedible, and we were the first ones eating just after it was made. Seemed like it was made the night before and was barely warmed in the morning. Overall, would not stay again.

The beds were not comfortable, the swimming area had tiles falling off the wall and it looked like dirt coming in. Above one of the entrances to the pool, the ceiling was falling down. It looked as if no one seemed to care about the place. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was gross, eggs out of a carton, sausages were terrible and there was no waffle maker as advertised in the pictures online. Won't be staying here again.

We arrived at 1am, so exhausted and just went to bed. Beds were comfortable. Got up in the morning to go fet coffee in the breakfast room. The hotel grounds were horrible, garbage everywhere. The gardens were all overtaken by weeds. Overall nothing looked like anyone cared about the property

Property is so run down and repulsive. Worst stop of our whole trip. Would not recommend to anyone. The pool looks like a dogs bath and smells even worse. Just overall a waste of time and money.

Really excited for the pool and water slide to find it in gross condition and not really looked after, we swam for a short time and all ended up really itchy and having to have multiple showers

The room smelled bad. The pillow cases weren’t on the pillows when we got to the room and the pillows were basically just bricks. Everything in the room looked old and run down - the hair dryer looked like it had caught on fire. The pool looked like something out of a horror movie - the walls of the pool were stained, the floors were black and dirty looking, there were tiles falling off the walls and it looked like there could be mold.

The air-conditioning was terrible. Our room was so hot that outside was cooler in 35 degree heat. Won't be staying there again. The bathroom floor was dirty and the corners and tops of the heater were not cleaned in a long time.

This is a basic motel with the Ramada . The pool was not maintained properly. Its the same breakfast everyday with not much variety.

The air conditioner is non-existent with zero controls in our room during a heat warning from BC health. 34 - 40 degrees. The pool was so disgusting and in badly need of repairs. The front desk said it was still okay to use it so the kids swam in it before we realized how bad it was.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of variety of foods were available for breakfast. The swimming pool area has gotten a little run down. Nonetheless, our kids enjoyed swimming and the waterslide in particular. The water was a nice temperature and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The pool is disgusting, black mold visible and you can smell it. The tiles are falling off the walls, the pool itself is dirty. The room smelled like second hand smoke. It was a convenient location but we wouldn’t stay again.

We come for 1 night at the beginning of the long weekend, and I was throughly disappointed. We got into our room and it smelt musky and gross. There was hairs on the pillow and under the blanket. We then went for breakfast the next morning and the eggs were cold, which is expected sometimes as people leave the containers open. We then went to the pool that morning as well and they had mentioned the night before the slide is always open but it wasn’t open til 2 hours after the pool opened. The pool was full of kids who all wanted to go on the slide, and there was no working slide til 10am. And if you’re only here one night, that is unfortunately not the best option for people. As lots of kids go in the morning. So for 190.00 a night I am very dissatisfied with this hotel, and I won’t be coming back. Which is a shame, with 3 kids and my husband working in Merritt, we planned on coming and visiting more.

The staff were good. The air conditioning was problematic . In the even of a fire, being on the upper landing, our window had a safe guard on it. If the door was blocked, we would haven't been able to escape.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. I booked a king bed room for two adults and a small non-shedding pet. When we arrived we were told we had to change rooms to a queen bed. Wasn’t pleased and the cost of the room wasn’t adjusted for the changes.
