Horrible. They have a full on disco on a patio downstairs, right below the water side rooms. It started about 10pm and was over about 4:30 am. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Guests were pissed, to say the least. I gave the manager a full piece of my mind and there was a lineup after I was done. He said he has no control. I had to fly a jet halfway around the world starting that next morning on little to no sleep. Well I can control where I stay and it won't be there again. Nothing special about that place anyway. Never felt so unappreciated by a hotel in my entirecareer.

We at dinner at Re Mauri Michelin restaurant. The food and service was amazing 10 out of 10

I didn’t realize what the view was it was misleading . In the pics it didn’t show the port .
2.0 / 5.0
This property did not disclose that it is literally located at the port! Plus the live band playing until 1am where our room was is completely negative.

Rooms are nice but the bathrooms were not great. We had a jacuzzi but no shower. Jacuzzi was in rough shape. The shared areas were very nice! Dining area was great. Free breakfast was really good. Lots of beach confusion, plus… you need to pay extra to use the beach. Elevators are very difficult to maneuver. Two of the guys on staff were excellent and helpful! There was a woman on staff who was not very unhelpful. Avoid the view of the shipping port. A lot to like but a lot to be careful about

Amazing hotel, property, location and staff.

Noisy disco at night. Parking is a challenge. Big fiasco to go to beach. Must go to desk, pay etc.

If we were in the 60s, this would be the state of the art place to go for. But we are not.. Location is simply stunning. The only downside is that when you enter the room, everything is old, but not in the "vintage old" kind of meaning. Air conditioning is far from being even acceptable. Rooms have a lovely balcony, however you don't feel like having a breakfast outside: cracks in the walls, old doors (you even need to use a key to enter the room...), lifts which have done their time. It's like you are into two different places at the same time. And to keep a place like this clean, it takes really a lot of effort. Bathrooms are desperately in need of a facelift.
A touch of renovation would make this place really a stunning one. Staff is amazing, especially the bar and the reception. Breakfast is average, unless you have a sweet tooth. In this case, it is sheer heaven with cakes, pastries and the like

Big empty hotel, take ear plug, there is a beach bar just below the rooms. Noisy until 1am

Very outdated property. Conveniently located near the Amalfi coast and with access to the beach.
Has a free parking space

We were traveling across Italy , and we stopped there for two nights as we thought this hotel looks absolutely amazing from the pictures and had a gym and access to the beech ! We couldn’t be any more wrong .
We booked very premium room apparently , soundproof , sea view etc.
The only amazing about this hotel was the bed - best bed we had slept in! But the view they don’t tell you , that you looking at sheping container yard and it’s loud !, there was parties outside our window each night until 1 am which we couldn’t sleep at all cos of it ! No soundproof at all . Another thing only one window had curtains so the room was extremely bright at 5 am already!
The gym ! As normal active tourist do they go to gym in the morning before breakfast , and they go explore as we planned to , explore Amalfi coast .
When we went to the gym at 8 am the gym was closed !!!! We were told at the reception that the gym isn’t opening until 10 am ha ha which is after Breakfast? What’s the point ?
When we got to the gym there was no air condition there and just glass wall facing sun which was roasting !!! Machines didn’t work and the jacuzzi area full of soil , leafs and lots of weed like it was abounded by Jurassic park long ago !!! Walls falling apart on the ground - just joke
The access to the beach !!
They trying to scam you with it
We arrived around 2 wanted tho to the beach around 3 and they don’t tell you the sun is gone by 5-6 and they trying to charge u even 30 e pp for chair

This property is not advertised accurately on Expedia. Book at your risk… loud parties until 5am every day with no warning at check in. €30 per day per person to use beach, even if you don’t want a chair and umbrella they force you to keep walking and follow you! The rooms old and not sound proofed, hearing people in the next room using the toilet is not pleasant. The air conditioning is not in your control you can only control the fan speed the hotel control the temperature and they had cooling turned off most of the time. The first night of the stay there were six power cuts constant back on two minutes later off with the emergency light bringing huge light levels at 2am. The food was ok, the view is nice if you’re not facing the container port which they don’t show on the images. One redeeming feature is Vietra sul Mare which was lively and only 5 minutes walk.
If you want to be near Amalfi or Sorento don’t stay here. Overall very very poor and would never ask anyone to stay

My 2nd visit. Easy access to main train station and the port to
Catch the boat to almafi , positano, minore etc. several buses passing outside often.
Lovely village of vietri with good local restaurants and boutiques 5 mins walk.
Great staff and rooms with balconies
Will come back again.
Thank you

There is a party every night on the beach, don’t believe what reception say that it’s just Friday and Saturday. The party Saturday night went on until 05:00 then there was a wedding party on Sunday and Monday nights that went on beyond midnight.
If you are a light sleeper I suggest look elsewhere but if you can get past that then the view and room make up for it.
We stayed in a junior suite and they are far away from the party so hate to think what the other rooms were like. The other thing is make sure you have a view over the beach not over the shipping yard!!!

This was falsely advertised: there was no pool, the view is a dockyard and not the beautiful sea you see in the photos and it is completely run down. We stayed for an hour while finding another hotel. The hotel staff were rude and did not accommodate our needs. They put us in a room that was unclean and unkept. The shower floor was cracked and the suite we paid for wasn’t given to us. We paid extra for a sauna, not to receive this room. We also arrived and were told there was going to be a party until late and we would hear the noise - turns out these are weekly events until 5am… not impressed and expect a refund because this is complete false advertising - do not book, it’s a complete scam!!!

The walls are not sound proof/ can hear people in the next rooms snoring or going to the bathroom
There was an incredibly booming loud event on the property that was like you were at a rock concert in your room until 4am. Oh and we had to change rooms as we were put into a room that hadn’t been cleaned
Would not recommend this hotel at all. The only thing and I mean the only thing that is good about it is the location to walking to vietri sul mare

The view was nice but service was bad and transportation is bad the give you 2 different prices and power keep cutting off and no communication for the inconvenience

We arrived and met by the concierge who was extremely helpful, check in was easy, the place was clean, friendly, and the concierge even helped us book a boat tour and taxi when leaving. They could not have made this a better stay!

Four front desk staff ignored me trying to check in and last one finally called someone from back to check me in. Heat air system had been turned off by hotel office. Next morning no hot water because hotel had hit water turned off in that area. The most apathetic service staff ever at breakfast. The beach was total mess and not useable, even elevator to it turned off

Facility was beautiful. Very clean. Dinner tasted bland. Breakfast was great. Bed uncomfortable. You pay for location and it is beautiful

There was a lot of clean towels and they were huge. Didn’t like the plumbing and drainage was slow, especially in the shower and sink. Getting to and from the rooms were a little confusing. But overall it was a great stay.

The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and while they tried to help, we reported numerous problems over the course of our short stay, only some of which were addressed. Positives: great location, friendly staff, close to old Salerno and the historic shopping area of Vietri with its quaint ceramics shops. And the hotel contains a Michelin 1-star restaurant, which was great. Negatives: the property is old and tired. It really is in need of a major upgrade to bring it up to contemporary standards. Our room was reasonably clean, but everything was faded, broken down, and out of date. The internet in the hotel worked only intermittently, for example.

We chose this hotel because of the location, reviews and private beach offering. BUT what was experienced by us was not what the reviews and hotel advertised. Both Friday and Saturday night there was an outside disco Party from 12pm to 5am!!! It was extremely loud and when we called the front desk absolutely no apology was given. The front desk was extremely unhelpful when I called to say our fridge was not cold at all. All they said was that’s the best they have. The beds were the hardest I have ever slept in and when you add that with the loudest beat music, there was no sleep for us at this hotel. Would never stay here again or promote this hotel in any way. The Private Beach they promote also had a use fee which was as ridiculous.

I did stay at the old part of the hotel , the shower was horrible , go water everywhere. But the new part of the hotel is very good . Also restaurants are very good !

Amazing food in the restaurant. Lovely accommodations but the club bellow the hotel kept us wake all night with the loud music.

The hotel is very dated. There is a disco on the beach which blasts music until 4am. Impossible to sleep in the room.

Party loud noise
1.0 / 5.0
We stayed 5 nights and from day one there was loud music from a private party or from the Hotel beach club that would end until 4 am. We complained to the staff because it was very loud as if it was outside our window. They offered us earplugs! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Decent hotel. You're paying for a view. For the cost of the hotel, you think it'd be free to use the hotel's private beach, but it's 20 euro a day, per person even if you don't want chairs and umbrella. It's 30 euro if you want to be close to the water, per person.
5.0 / 5.0
Great place to stay if you have a car or some sort of transportation. The bus service is convenient but not very frequent or reliable.

Staff was very helpful getting transportation. Room was nice and clean.
