The check in person was very friendly and nice. When i got to the room, there was dirty tissues or rags on the counter top near the stove. I went to close the shade and there was some guy out front my window jumping up onto the electrical box. Scared the crap out of me. The neighbors next door where loud and noisy. Banging around the doors or cabinets, loud music, jumping off stuff causing my bed to shake..etc I called front desk multiple times and told them about what was happening. After they talked to them, there went nuts and made even more noise. I asked to be switched to a different room and was told i would have to pay more out of pocket in order to move. Woke up to some guy smoking pot outside my room and the neighbors still making noise throughout the night. This was the worst night ever and got no sleep. I had a show to do the next day. I told the front desk person that i would never ever stay at this place again. She told me the could have moved me at no cost and the other person never reported my complaint. Then she said she would talk to management to see what they could do for me. That was a lie, still haven't heard back from them. Stay somewhere else, dont waste the money!

The 1st room we were given had dirty towels on the bathroom wand some dirty men’s socks rolled up next to the bed. There was also an empty large screen LG TV box in the room. I called the front desk immediately and after she came up to inspect the room she immediately gave us another one that smelled good and was CLEAN.

There was no room services for the 5 nights we stayed, the bathroom seat was wobbly, hair was found all over our bath tub. No hair condition or lotion avail. Breakfast was sad, coffee gains in the coffee, oat meal packets, and muffin. No warm food or fruits or yogurts. The room AC unit blew scented freshener, very overwhelming.

Would definitely recommend or stay again if needed. Extremely reasonable price for the included kitchenette , clean bathroom , good size tv, and comfy beds. Everything was clean as could be. All the staff I came across were awesome as well , very helpful I was explained everything about the property policies, amenities, easy in and outs regarding entrances exits, etc. I only had a small issue with my room cards ( I think I demagnetized them accidentally with my phone and belongings and such) and was immediately given two brand new keys no questions asked in a jiffy. 10/10 for anyone looking to explore the area in a spot close to all attractions but want a quieter immediate setting.

One of the front desk women was completely rude. I went down to ask if we could have more wash clothes and she rudely replied “we don’t have any” and walked away from me. Didn’t apologize, didn’t say they were being laundered, didn’t say let me go check to see if I have any. Just plain rude. The refrigerator had a knocking noise that kept us awake throughout the night.

The room was advertised with breakfast included, coffee and granola bars are not breakfast. The staff onsite were helpful and pleasant, but they seemed verry understaffed.

We had some confusion with our reservations a hour after we checked in on Friday but Stephanie the manager straightened it all out when she came in at 1100 AM on Saturday much to my relief. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Two-double room on 4th floor was spacious and clean, if a little spartan. Staff were friendly. Some road noise and can hear other guest rooms a bit, but not too bad. The surrounding area is bland and unattractive, but East Side/Brown/Downcity are only a convenient ten-minute drive away with all the nice stuff there. Wifi was good. No problems with our stay. I'd stay here again.

Check in was great, staff were good. Walked into our room and the smell was horrible (wet dog smell). There were a few ants in the room but luckily after those were taken care off there weren’t any more. Asked for more blankets and was told there are no more but after asking again, they gave me a few more blankets. If you need anything, you have to go down and get it yourself and was told “there’s no staff to cover the desk”. If you need more towels, was told to bring the dirty ones down to exchange for more. That part wasn’t a huge deal but overall the cleanliness and odor was unacceptable. “Breakfast” was an assortment of packaged oatmeal and coffee. Hotel was noisy, lots of noise from traffic outside and inside from residents. So much noise from above us late at night. Luckily we were out and about most of the time, but definitely would not recommend

My room was clean the staff was polite and helpful when asked but what I did notice as to why I gave 2 and 3 star because one the breakfast area stayed dirty with the same crumbs on the table from the day I got there on Thursday till I left Saturday the muffins was stale I work in hospitality as a food and beverage manager and I was not happy about the conditions regardless to Covid not being a topic anymore who knows when something else will come and to not wipe down your tables for days is gross!
