The first room was too small
I asked to move into a larger room which was promised and then we were moved to a junior suit which was at two level story bed room and bath was upstairs and the sofa which would get into a bed was downstairs BUT there was no bathroom or even a mirror downstairs all closets for clothes were downstairs as well
Not a good plan for three older ladies BUT location was great , staff were real friendly
They knew from beginnings that we were three people and we paid a huge payment for the room I booked

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as to other cities on our trip. The room was upgraded free and was so very nice and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was so easy! Would definitely go back!

Nice room but I didn’t like the breakfast

Not a 5 star hotel. Very unpleasant staff

They were great. They gave me a free upgrade to a Jr. Suite. Besides that, beautiful hotel with a great location!

Conveniently located in the heart of the old city next to all monuments & museums . Kind welcome

This hotel is right next to duomo, very convenient shopping and access and night life. But, if you like quiet and less people traffic, this may not be for you. Otherwise, this hotel is amazing, beautiful and close by many sightseeing spots.

Just nice hotel well located, not 5 stars given the rooms and quality of food. Breakfast : 2 croissant’s and a cappuccino cost 45 euros

The Staff was Excellent! Michael and Ricardo were very helpful with activities in the area, dinner reservations, directions to little local spots to have great pastries and coffee.
Thank you tie making my experience in Milan so wonderful!

Don’t stay anywhere else in Milan! This place is amazing!

Wonderful location and super convenient. Room was nice and rather large for the area. The hotel is very small, which is nice. My only complaint was the bar was located on my floor and it was very loud.

Noisy, smells and staff non accommodating

Great stay. Staff were amazing, room was clean, and they upgraded me free of charge. I wish I could stay longer.

Great boutique property next to the Duomo. Very easy to walk to many places as well as trams to other areas. Very nice property, very well designed, laid out and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and pleasant throughout and were very helpful with any questions. I don't think you could find a better place to stay while vacationing in Milan. Parking close by if needed.

Great service.
2.0
Very disappointing and outright strange, it started with a sliding bathroom door that did not lock, clip or even close. It went on when we went to leave the room for dinner the room door did not close OR lock!!! The strike play was broken (see picture) and had to be manipulated to get the door to lock. The doorman had to instruct us in how to get the door to close and lock, a bit tricky! The room was a VERY expensive “family” room for 3 that was the size of a postage stamp, again see photo. On the plus side, the location is incredible, the breakfast buffet was perfectly acceptable. The staff was pleasant and responsive given the intrinsic problems with the room. A 3-4 star hotel that likes to think it is a 5 star, it is NOT.

Location couldn't be better for shopping and sites. Asked for a room upgrade at check-in and got a suite! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were wonderful.
Not a single complaint here.

The roof top bar is booked for private function most of the time. As hotel guest, I never get the chance to use the facility.
Other than that, the hotel is clean, spacious, good service crew, and good location.

Great hotel in the best location. Very avant-garde and funky.
Staff, especially Igor are all fantastic.
We have stayed at various hotels in Milan over the years, but Sina The Gray is our hotel of choice.

Perfect centrally located, quaint boutique modern hotel with all the amenities. Staff, especially Mr. Igor, was very helpful with great restaurant tips. Great value for money! Would recommend.

Great location and nice staff. Room was very nice but bed was very firm and bathroom lighting a bit dim. Interesting layout and very helpful staff quick to please. It would have been nice to have felt a bit more festive for New Years with a welcome drink or something for guests. The small bar felt like it wasn’t meant to be used and was empty.

The property is located in a prime location, but the rooms are too dark for my taste.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Really nice room with all necessary amenities. Location: Can't be better.

Very close to everything. Beautiful view. Nice breakfast. The staff on the front desk howerever need alot of work. Was there for my birthday and the hotel did not even send a note or anything to the room. Almost everything we asked about at the front desk we were told we could look it up online. Coming from a hospitality background, they could use training in order to be more helpful. There was one girl at reception however that was pretty good.
Also, if you arrange a transfer, ensure you know what airport you are flying into as they have three. I told them my flight number but they sent the taxi to the wrong airport and I ended up paying $135 euros for a taxi I never took.

Amazing room and great desk staff. Bartenders not very knowledgeable but the area and room is first rate. Highly recommend lots of great small touches

The staff was so welcoming when we arrived. Our rooms weren't ready but they took our luggage, gave us a map and helped plan the next few hours of our day. When we were back our bags were already in our room...they made it so easy!! Great location, and I would definitely stay here again.

Central location so you pay for it. Very noisy but I did pick a busy place. Primarily I chose this hotel as it has a really nice looking roof bar but it was closed which is not the booking form. Not sure I’d give it a 5 star rating as it has zero facilities not even a tea/coffee facility in the room. Small bed, tiny uninspiring bar in the lobby, no tv channels though I didn’t come to watch tv. Not worth the money in my opinion. With hindsight we would have stayed in another district we found away from the hoards in this area.

This was a special excursion of culture, food and shopping! Hotel staff were amazing - attended to all my needs: booking Scala ballet tickets, shopping advice and recommending / booking restaurants! I was email with them in the run up to my visit and they were very very prompt. Well done. The room was perfect, I even had a balcony. Breakfast was good, restuarant in-house is smallish. Gym was great. Location of hotel excellent. I can’t recomment enough this hotel. Perfectly priced for amenities, location and the staff. Airport transfer service is also exceptional. This was a 5-star trip for me and I’m desperately looking for get back.

Enjoyed a lot - nice design hotel!

Really nice funky hotel, great service staff. Incorrectly we thought breakfast was included as it had been at the other four hotels we’d stayed at in Italy but it wasn’t. When I asked the front desk about this the young lady comped us one breakfast which was very fair - I hadn’t asked her to do this. The hotel is located within a few meters of the Galleria and pedestrian zone so the crowds were a hassle but not too difficult. On the flip side, it was very well located for touring. All in a good stay.
2.5
Excellent location next to the Galleria and Duomo, can't get more central than that. Reception is lovely and helpful. Room is comfortable and fitted with useful electric operated blinds. You get a mobile phone to use during your stay!
