The Dining area needs more room, as well as the tables are pretty small and very close to each other as no room to move. You definitely need a toaster as most Canadians and other travelers need their bread toasted. Besides your bread was like a rock.. The choices were not that bad in terms of breakfast. The rooms were very nice. Satellite TV could use more English Channels on the TV as I only came across 1

Charming and nice hotel right next to San Marco square and a short walk from the water bus station near San Marco. Convenient location. Front desk staff was very friendly and provided multiple options and routed maps to show us interesting locations. Would stay again.

Love the hotel. Would certainly stay there again. Our room was very small but was very functional. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. The young lady at the desk helped us with recommendations for nearby sights as well as setting up our transportation to Ravenna to join our cruise.
Perfect location in the heart of Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel Firenze!
The room was very spacious, all the facilities were clean and functional. The view was right to the Dior shop.
We also took advantage of the possibility to have breakfast on the roof top terrace, which was amazing!

The neighborhood was extremely noisy. We could hear people talking and laughing loudly till 2 AM. If there were not for the thunder storm, they might last all night:-(

The room was small, but perfect for a single.
Choices for breakfast are limited, but of good quality.
The area can be a bit crowded and noisy, but very close to San Marco and very well comunicated.
All facilities were very clean and personell were helpful and very pleasant.
Should you choose to stay near San Marco, I think this hotel is a very good alternative for a more moderate price than other establishments.

This hotel was close to shopping, dining and tourist spots. I liked how everything was a few minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and our accommodation came with free breakfast which was average in my opinion. The hotel, dining area and room was just very small.

The staff at the desk could not have been more helpful. They were delightful and helpful in every way. Housekeeping also were not only spot on with their cleaning but always pleasant and polite in the public areas. Breakfast was good but coffee would have been better had it not been instant especially as the coffee served us throughout Venice was superb.
Thank you Firenze for a marvelous visit!!! We’ll be back soon for our third visit.

I just loved staying at this hotel. Small boutique style. Perfect location without too much noise. The staff were amazing, so helpful and with excellent local recommendations. The room was comfortable and cozy. The cleaning staff left little sweets after every clean.it really put a smile on my face. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Venice. I will definitely stay here when I return!

We got stuck I. The smallest room on the planet. Not any room for a carry on to open. Had to put the tv table together with nightstand to take 2 carry one. Staff refused to move us - super rude man. Breakfast was a total inconvenience to all guests - had to wait for staff to serve in buffet style. Both of us hit our heads on the bed sconces. Bed cover and blankets were old and stinky. Closet was so small, had to remove most hangers to place 2 items inside. Refrigerator tiny and super difficult to access. Safe opened up which was a further inconvenience to access hanging items. Will never stay here again - and most of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Italy were great! We were told all rooms were as small as ours, and we noted that other rooms were much bigger - again rude man at lobby. My concierge was very nice! Sara was amazing by providing directions.

Considering this is a 3 star hotel the service my wife and I received was better than service I have received at many 5 star hotels. The team in this hotel are amazing, full of knowledge and always there to help.
The hotel is in a great location. Seconds to St Marks Square. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

This was my favorite place we stayed in Italy! Beautiful hotel. The room and bathroom were really nice, but the best part was the excellent service. The two gentleman working reception were very welcoming and so kind to spend time making recommendations for what to see and where to go. They gave fantastic information. It was also nice to have the bar service available anywhere we would like. They helped us call a water taxi for an early morning pickup, which was just 3-4 minutes of a straight walk from the hotel. It's conveniently located near one of the most famous squares and is in a district with high-end shopping and plenty of dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Firenze was excellent. The staff there are amazing and very helpful to ensure that your stay in Venice is enjoyable and welcoming. Everyone at the front desk was a total professional and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location near San Marco and everythin is walkable to see. The water taxi dock to get back to the train station is a block away and very convenient.
The rooftop terrace offers very nice views of the area and the breakfasts each day were good. The rooms are a little on the small side, however quite comfortable, adequate and beautiful. It is a bit noisy out side the hotel in the morning with the delivery people moving carts and goods around early but thats the nature of Venice. Would absolutely stay there again next visit to Venice! thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really loved this little hotel just off St Mark’s Square. Reception service very helpful and rooms, although small, are very charming. Would definitely return.

The location was convenient to all major sites and a very short walk to the lagoon and water transportation. The desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Very Venice. Look for the hotel sign on the walk just opposite Louis Vitton!

Hotel Firenze was in a great location. It was close to high-end shopping and great restaurants. The room was bigger than many European hotels provide. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and had an amazing shower head. The beds were really firm. The front desk people were extremely helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here on a different trip to Venice.

Excellent location, great, friendly, and hepful staff, nicely decorated room with Murano glass chandelier and tasteful Venetian style furnishings. Overall a good stay. The only major downsides were that frequent noises from other guests in adjacent rooms, from outside, or from working staff ocassionally made it difficult to sleep or fall back asleep. The rooms and windows / doors need to be much better insulated with better soundproofing. There is also no air conditioning, so we needed to open windows to stay cool. However, these windows lacked screens and we had several buzzing and biting mosquitoes enter the room while sleeping. The bathroom is also a bit cramped and the toilet was tightly situated in the corner by a window, making it hard to use for anyone that is tall or large. Breakfast room is also quite small / cramped and you can only have buffet items served to you by staff. The staff was excellent, however, but it was a bit awkward and uncomfortable. There is a very lovely roof terrace with beautiful city views, but largely vacant and you need to call for any food or drink service. Overall a decent 3 star hotel, but you are mostly paying for the location. Truly one of the best and most central locations in Venice for sightseeing! Steps from Piazza San Marco.

This is a gem of a hotel, just a few steps away from piazza San Marco. The rooms, common areas, and breakfast room are impeccable. Service is extraordinary and detail-oriented. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. Special shoutout to Mattia who besides being extremely professional and helpful, will give you all sorts of inside tips including where to get authentic local food or the best gelato.

Close to main areas. Very tiny. Rooms and lobby super small. Breakfast was a strange set up, where you had to point to what you wanted, maybe from COVID? Nice front desk service
