Fantastic location and the location was well kept and clean. Excellent pool and whirlpool condition for the kids, and an amazing breakfast selection every day. The staff was exceedingly professional and provided service that was above and beyond our expectations.

The moment we walked in the hotel, the first thing I noticed was the smell. I don't know what they use to clean but its heavenly! The place is beautiful. My family travels all summer for my son's baseball games so we stay in a lot of hotels. We all agreed this is our favorite! The girls at the front desk are amazing, the rooms are clean & modern. The bathroom is spacious with hooks for hanging apparel. We really enjoyed the swimming pool after being outside in the heat all day. It was cold & refreshing. The hot tub is HUGE! And the breakfast! Oh my! It's the BEST! I just can't rave enough about this location. You'll be happy if you stay here. I know we'll be back next summer.

Hotel room was clean, had all the needed items, fridge, coffee, toiletries, iron with board in room. Front desk staff were very attentive and welcoming. Pool and hot tub looked nice though we did not have time to use them. Breakfast was good too. This hotel was close to the water and short drive to Newport at half the cost of staying in Newport at peak season.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast very good and plentiful options. Staff very friendly. I was disappointed that there were not bins or places to recycle plastic bottles or other recyclable items. Given the natural beauty of RI, it seems it would be a priority. I realize this may be a county/ state issue. Thank you for getting rid of the small bottles of shampoo, and shower gel. Also, very quiet at night and appreciative of that .

Pool too cold, remodeling the floor we were on without telling us. It was very annoying to keep having to get let into pool by getting the front desk person to let us in. Tons of damage in room that I had to make sure I took photos ahead of time. Overall just wouldn’t stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and check in/check out was easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a variety of option. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus. The fitness center was nice with new equipment. It was centrally located to Newport and Providence. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was okay. When I booked it, I didn't realize there would be remodeling going on. I would have booked somewhere else had I known. We travel Rhode Island several times a year. Once the construction is done, we will consider staying there again. Definitely won't when we come in May.

First impression… bad septic odor in improvised lobby. Room could not have been better! Breakfast in improvised meeting room small but well stocked. Hotel was under construction. I would return again. Staff was great and very helpful when needed

I showed up an hour early and the person behind the check-in desk was very rude to us and very direct. I’ve never had a place that didn’t let me have a little bit of an early check in or even the offer to use the pool which was denied. The TV in the room sucked it was or dish but I couldn’t stream anything from my phone onto the TV because they won’t buy a smart TV. All in all I want on this vacation as a staycation for my son and his cousin and we want to use the pool and watch the movies and we couldn’t do either place is probably fine if you’re going to destination like being a tourist or wedding, but certainly not for a staycation locally

Currently, the property is being remodeled, so there is quite a bit of dust. The debris from the remodel is being moved in the main elevators. So it's a bit messy. Other than that the rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

This hotel and staff was PHENOMENAL, BUT this hotel doesn't have double room king bed rooms. I was expecting a room with a king bed and a little sitting area with a couch. But the staff was great and informed me this doesn't exist. Also Travelocity said this hotel was 12 miles from the Ryan Center(the reason for my staff) and it's actually 30 minutes.

My parents come up from NY with our dog because my apartment does not allow dogs. Beds are comfy, breakfast is good, close to places to eat. Special thanks to Matt overnight who at 4am helped my elderly Dad stand up in the room after he fell. Also for staff loving my dog and giving him a treat!
