The property is out dated and there is no air-conditioning. It was cool in the evenings so we would open the window. However, we were unable to leave the bedroom window open at night because they were actual door to a balcony and we stayed on the 1st floor. Did not feel comfortable leaving those open for safety issues. The shuttle schedule was a little confusing at first but it is a decent place to stay if you are doing Disneyland and will not be staying in the room much. It felt more like a hostal than a hotel. Also, my reservation said 3 double beds and when we arrived we were told they did not have that type of room. There was a double bed in a bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room, and bunk beds in the other bedroom.

Not worth the price. They charge the same prices as the other Adagio with the same name that's closeby yet the two are not of the same quality. You have to walk few minutes to get to the shuttle which has limited trips too.

Apartment very worn, needs a major refresh. Carpets very dirty, bathrooms grimey.

Good basic hotel for a Disneyland paris trip. The shuttle bus is really useful and the rooms were big enough for what we needed. Having the kitchenette is always helpful too!

Rooms are ok but just need a makeover. Location is great with bars and restaurants 2 minutes away. Shuttle service to Disney is perfect taking less than 10mins to get to the parks.

Enjoyed our stay at the adagio. Well located very near val d’europe and an excellent base for going to Disney.
Surprised by the size of our apartment. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and a handy kitchenette.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms need an update and carpets need cleaning/replacing but overall we were happy with our choice

Great place to stop over before we carried on to Disneyland. Accommodation was good for what we needed. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby too!

The property was very dirty and smelly

Excellent location well equipped accommodation with a pool. Close to Val D’Europe shopping centre. Shuttle bus transfer which runs regularly to the parks. I would definitely return here if visiting Disneyland again.

Ok for one night. Double bed was broken and the balcony door didn’t shut properly so it was very draughty. Location was very good and kitchenette was well fitted

Tired looking motel, don't stay , no Internet , and beds not comfortable - stay at a reputable chain ie Hilton, Marriot - you have been warned

The hotel is old and the rooms look like they haven’t been updated for 100 year. We asked for a cot in the room which was given to us to carry to the room ourselves even though we had our hands full with luggage and a child.
It is motel style where you have to outside to get to your door which is a big metal door that looked like someone had a gunfight outside of it.
Once in the room it stank of cigarettes so strongly I wanted to vomit. The carpet looked dirty than a nightclub floor. The microwave was from 1960 and we went to use a plate out the cupboard but was full of dirt in the cupboard and on the plates.
I sent to the bedroom to set up the cot and had to move the bed to fit the cot in, after I moved the bed it looked like blood stain on the floor and there was loads of dirt under the bed I can only assume the cleaners have never moved it in their life.
I have stayed in hostels that are nicer than this hotel.
The only things this has going for it is that it is right next to val d Europe shopping centre which is a great place to go shopping with lots of nice restaurants.

Reception team were very very slow and only ever one or two floating about. My room had filthy carpet, chipped paint all over, no bed!! Only a sofa and a trundle bed, the kitchen area was nice and clean, large clean fridge.

The room was old. Stained carpet and paint peeling off walls. Was not properly cleaned which was off putting.
Receptionist tried to charge me for breakfast which was already paid for. No info given at check in.
Don’t bother with breakfast, €16 for brown bananas and a bit of bread.
Worst place I’ve every stayed.

rude staff upon arrival.
Room adequate and near Disneyland- which was its purpose.
No cooking equipment despite it being a fully equipped kitchen, I approached the reception and they said they’ll find something for me to cook with ie saucepan, this never happened so we couldn’t actually cook in our “fully equipped room”
Almost left on our last night as the next room we’re up partying, music blaring, screaming and shouting. I was too afraid to go down to reception and pass the room at 1am, leaving my kids asleep, so I emailed the hotel. I’ve never received a reply or acknowledgment but I did however, hear a man’s voice banging on their door about an hour later- possibility it was the receptionist or another annoyed neighbour? This stopped around 4am in the morning and I finally went off to sleep.
We had no clean towels, rooms weren’t clean for our duration, no extra toilet roll, no cleaning products (we bought our own luckily) had to ask the cleaner when she was cleaning a room nearby for extra loo roll.
I wouldn’t rush to stay again
One of the night staff kindly gave me some milk as I mistakenly bought yogurt instead and the kids needed some.

Staff were really accommodating and nice
The place is tired and needs work it’s clean but stained carpets etc
If your staying for the parks it’s perfectly fine for the price and free shuttle

We are just back from a stay at this hotel (two parents, a three year old and a two year old). The foyer, reception and communal areas are very nice, clean and modern. (Pool has no shallow end) The rooms however, are worn and a bit shabby in places. There are signs saying hotel is undergoing a facelift but I didn't see any evidence of that.
Our first room was great, compact enough (great for us with two little kids to keep an eye on), spotless beds (one double, one pull out), spotless sheets, pillows and blankets. Kitchen had everything we would need too, and spotless. We had a serious issue with the shower on our first morning, it soaked the carpet in the adjoining bedroom through the wall. Staff were great and sent a technician, who couldnt fix the issue and we were told we would have to move. Given that the rest of the room was ideal for us (even the bits of wear and tear made it more relaxed for us with small kids who play on couches etc), we asked if we could stay put and just use the bath instead of the shower and we were told no problem. However when we came back from the parks the following day our roomkeys didnt work and staff told us we had to move after all. This was unfortunate and it disrupted a full evening for us. They moved us to a much bigger apartment, with a stairs and while I appreciate the thought, it felt less safe for our toddlers. But it too was clean and comfortable.
Staff were wonderful and the value for money was great. Easy walk to Disney.

It’s ok for the price but could you with hairdryer and essentials but ok

Not particularly clean.

Great location, close to Disney parks; 15min walk from RER station and access to central Paris; limited eating options nearby; pool clean and good facilities; room accommodation less than expected; two narrow single beds and an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed

The appearance of the foyer decor was fascinating. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Especially at least 2 language.

We were surprised to find that there was no double bed but rather a double sofa bed. The air vent was noisy and dusty. However the hotel location was great for visitng Val deurope and was convenient for Disneyland.

We did get a room on short notice, and the staff was super friendly! Perfect for going with kids. Only downside was to little toppings for slices of bread. The location is perfect 👍

We had problem getting in touch with the hotel before arrival. Out plane was delayed and we wanted to make sure we still had the room. Everything was fine and it was a 20-minutes walk to Disneyland which was super nice.

The dishwasher didn't work, there was only a hob and a microwave to cook with. The apartment was not clean and wi-fi and other codes are changed and not communicated to you, you have to find out. I was very disappointed and won't be returning.

I normally do not write reviews but this one I would like to write a review based on our experience at this property. Hopefully my review can help other travellers and especially those with small children. We stayed at this property from april 22 to 24, 2023 while visiting Disneyland. The hotel is super outdated and the rooms are so so old with very dirty carpets and beds. On the first day when we checked in, I was really unhappy with the room and the beds and sofa in the room, they were very dirty. We unpacked and at night i gave my kids bath, I was so hesitant to sleep them I was looking around the room and looked up the ceiling there bed bugs in the ceiling. My husband went down and let the reception know. They staff were nice and I could see they were embarrassed themselves too. They changed our room to another room. It looked like an apartment room, had a room upstairs two bunk bed and one sofa bed in the living room. We were so scared we couldn’t use the bunk bed or the upstairs bed room. I did not open my suit case, I kept all my stuff on the table I was scared to keep things on the floor and bring bedbug home with me. God know even if did :(
The first night we couldn’t sleep properly. In the morning we went to Disneyland came back really late at night and so tired
We slept little bit and checked out at 6 in the morning the next day.
this hotel is within a minute of walk from the mall and other amenities but I still think it’s not worth the price.

Hotel is perfectly situated close to shops and Disney.
When we arrived they gave us a room key. We went to our room and there were already guests in there. This then made me worry about leaving any valuables in our room as we had so easily been let into an occupied room. The room itself was basic but the carpet was so dirty. Under the bed was empty pop bottles and tissues. It hadn’t been cleaned properly. I spoke to the reception who said there were no other rooms but they would move us the following day. This never happened.
The staff were pleasant but these apartments need a real boost on cleanliness. Other guests all said the same.

The location is excellent, it closes to the shopping mall,Disneyland and the bus stop.

Very outdated hotel with careless staff.
You have to wait for very long time at the reception to check in

Great location next to huge shopping center, bus close to hotel for Disney. Basic amenities, bare minimum in rooms.

The property and staff were excellent. I’ll be booking this hotel again in the future.

Location is great for Disney.
But this place is run down! Not to mention it wasn’t cleaned properly and no one came to remedy that. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

Adagio Marne Le Valee is always a convenience place to stay for Disney, close enough for a free hotel shuttle 5 minuted into Disney but far enough that you can have a nice evening meal in a non-Disney restaurant, close to a good shopping centre too.
5.0
I love how close it is to Disneyland, and they have a free shuttle to the parks. Also having the mall next door is convenient with a lot of places to eat at.
