We started out by having to ask the staff for toilet paper and to fix the toilet seat, luckily they were in the hall and available. The TV did not work and called the front desk, waited 90 minutes and still no one showed, called again and no one answered. Never was fixed. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean . Also, it was very quiet.

The breakfast was excellent my only complaint is that I was given a check in time of 4:00pm and that’s what time I showed up to check in and was still asked to “wait” while they got my room ready. I have a hard time being given a check in time and then not being able to check in at that time. Outside if that everything was clean and comfortable, the ac worked great and the housekeeping crew kept up with my younger brother in law! Just wish I could have checked in on time.

Not a good experience. Room smelled like a musky basement. I had to retrieve some air freshener from the front desk in order to sleep.

Fruit Flys in the room !!! Bed very uncomfortable!!! Food servers appeared to be ill and kept coughing while standing by the Hot Breakfast section. Horrible pillows!!! Couch pillows soiled. Would you stay here? Have stayed at country suites before very disappointing!

Room was not very clean. You could tell that housekeeping did a poor job on whole room. Dirty floors throughout. Dirty surfaces throughout. Pool was not in service. Was NOT mentioned on their website but front desk clerk said it was posted. If i had known that we would have stayed elsewhere with a open pool. As we counted on the pool to spend our down time at. We will definitely look elsewhere and spend the money for a better hotel.

Its a good properity-Good stay

Hospitality is key. I’m not sure why one Choice Hotel cannot get another Choice Hotel to agree to use their pool. The pool was out (I wasn’t informed) and I have four boys that need to get energy out after traveling all day. I asked to use the other hotel’s pool but was not able to do so. I requested a monetary discount and was offered points. This is a poor way to handle customer service. I will not be using this hotel or this Choice Group if I can avoid it.

Outside of bldg good. Room no updates. Is it a roadside motel? Toilet nice and round for 5 year old. Exhaust fan runs. Because you hear it clanging down the street. Pool closed last 3 months. Repairman will be here soon. They must have bought motel cheap… Not worth hotel . Com $150 a night. Not worth $50 with dog food breakfast included

Was given wrong room type

Uncomfortable stay. A/C was not turned on until we checked in and it took a few hours for the space to cool. There was a wall with a door dividing the room from a very cramped seating area. With only a small vent allowing air to move between rooms. The furniture was tired, grimey, and uncomfortable.

Breakfast attendant very good and friendly

It was okay. Vent in restroom was too loud. Vanity in suite was too small. Breakfast was good.

The staff is friendly, the bed very comfortable and establishment clean.

My room door would not shut normal, I had to use my room key to get it shut properly.

the swimming pool was closed so you couldnt use it.

My stay was overall fine. I guess I had a bit too high expectation after reading the other reviews about the breakfast selection. They did have a lot of options (Thanks for yogurt), but the only hot meal - scrambled egg, bacon and biscuits, were out when I got there about 8am. (They also had a waffle maker I didn't try, to be clear as saying "hot meal") Coffee was out too, which disappointed me more. There was one lady taking care of everything so I waited until things were refilled. The room was pretty clean. The AC was off when I arrived so it was a bit humid and smelled like, you know, closed humid room. But that's fine. Bathroom was clean. I think the bathtub was installed recently. No mold or any dirt. It might be tight for tall people thou. I'm 5'3" and I probably had like 12" clearance overhead. The showerhead was right at my head height. I was liking the inn until I encountered a bug - probably it was a roach. It appeared at the night, I was freaked out but also sleepy. As it flew toward the door, away from the bed, I decided not to think about it. I closed all my luggage hoping it's not in any of my bags and went to bed. Next morning, I was still worried, but found it dead (hopefully it was the same individual) on the floor. I understa it'd be impossible to block bugs 100%, but it was unfortunate that it appeard on the day I stayed. i've done couple of road trips and stayed at cheap motels. This place was not terrible, but I had to reduce stars due to the bug...

Just average, nothing stands out as beautiful or amazing.

After a long drive comfort suite was easy to get too and right the hwy very convenient. We. Had a king with a sitting room which we prefer. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed the on the way and again on the way back. They have a pretty good continental breakfast. We would stay there again on the next trip.

Comfortable room. Nice suite layout. Very clean. Service was helpful. Breakfast was meh, but I only eat cereal and it's basically what you'll find at any hotel in this range.

The toilets are way too low,tub had a crack in it so slightly uneven,air conditioner worked well but noisy,the pool was closed for repairs

Front desk person needs assistance in being offer to assist or get another employee to help my wife, and myself with bringing down our luggage, because there one and luggage cart could not be located for hours.

Bathroom fan didn't work, no soap in the shower (but shampoo and conditioner were there), A/C was not turned on (it was over 90, so it took long for the room to cool), the pool was out of service (kind of like a McDonalds Ice Cream Machine), no bedbugs so that was a plus, but for the cost we will stay at another location!
