Best Quality Hotel Politecnico in Turin left much to be desired. The location was quite inconvenient, as it required traveling a considerable distance to reach any major attractions or central areas. This made getting around the city frustrating and time-consuming. The rooms were just okay—clean and functional but nothing special. They lacked any charm or features that would make the stay memorable. Overall, if you're looking for a centrally located hotel or something with a bit more character, this might not be the best choice.

From the first day of my stay, I have realized that there is NO security lock inside, but I thought it should be ok since the area seems to be a safe place. And the hotel seems to be clean and modest. However, on the last day, somebody opened my room when I was in toilet !!! The toilet door was slightly open and he partially saw me. I shouted him to leave the room in English and repeated. He sounded Italian and didn’t understand me, I thought he was one of the housekeepers. Then he turned out to be a guest with a key card trying my room mistakenly but were able to open my door with his card !!! The manager told me later there was a technical issue with the key cards. Anyway, it was my private moment as a woman and exposed, which was not nice at all and ruined my day. At least the manager and the staff apologized me and offered mini bar free but I just used the water bottles, was not in the mood to do anything. That night I put a chair behind the entry door just to block someone if they try to open again. Just because of their apology, I made my ranking from terrible to poor.

Worst experience ever! We had requested a crib for my 9month old daughter and the hotel didn't have one. The woman at the desk was also very rude.

Big spacious room, quite minimalist in design but comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast had a good mix of pastries and breads with a bit of cheese and meat, yoghurt and fruit - great for us but perhaps not so good if you like a full English. Public transport stops are outside and the hotel sells day travel cards for €4-5. Otherwise there are loads of e-scooters around or it’s quite a long walk into town.

Very good service, clean room and good breakfast. It's a very good 3 star hotel. Of course it is outside from the centre, but easily reached on foot or public transport.

The staff were friendly enough and did their upmost best to help and accommodate the customers. I was disappointed as there isn’t a restaurant for lunch and dinner however the breakfast is very good. It’s very close to transport into the main city. The rooms are nice of modern decor. Staff are helpful and also speak English.

Booked a non-refundable room for a night but our travel plans changed last minutes and we didn't stay here. Why waste a review that I already paid for and am entitled too? LOL Looks like this hotel averages 4 stars in reviews, and that's what I'm giving it too!

We needed 24 hrs reception and transfer from our late night flight which the hotel arranged for us. All went very smoothly with driver waiting at airport. Beds were very comfortable and we were happy with our 4 man room with plenty of space for my family for the night. Breakfast was good too. Bought our tram tickets at reception which give 100 minutes travel on local bus and trams for about €6.50 I think. Able to leave our luggage whilst we explored Turin. Very happy with our stay.

The hotel was generally excellent, all the service was perfect, also the breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food. The only considerable problem was the poor WiFi connection that often collapsed and, even when it was connected, the speed was hardly sufficient for even the basic web browsing.

Very nice hotel suitable for both business and pleasure when visiting Torino.Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. Rooms are also quite large and the wifi was good.

Very clean room. Friendly Staff. Good area for transportation. Only I didnt like the shower, it was in the bathtub with a very high step to enter the tub. A little difficult with my bad knees. The rest of the bathroom was clean and very good. Otherwise a very good hotel with a nice breakfast. I would stay here again if Im in Torino, Italy.

We only stayed for a night. The location was so so, but the staff was very friendly and give us tips about places to eat (not too far) and how to get there. The room was good, pleasantly surprised. Good bang for your buck

Good value and refurbishment did not cause any real problems. Not in the greatest area but tram/bus frequent to centre. Shame the little touches, bbc tv, tea / coffee facilities not available as highlighted. Reception service and breakfast excellent. Overall would use again.
