The location is the best part of this hotel. It’s pretty dated and it was hit or miss whether our trash was emptied and more towels given to us. Only cleaned room a couple of times. It was also very noisy. Not from outside but walls very thin. We plan to stay there again because of the location. Also, the staff was very nice!

Very Comfortable beds and pillows. Temperature setting was easy. The TV was a large screen and very well positioned. The room was very clean. The hotel itself is a little old but the rooms where great. Great view and exellent price!

When I was told that they overbooked Harborside rooms, they rudely gave me a street side room and mentioned they would refund me $60 to which I have never seen… Not sure if it’s supposed to come from the actual hotel or from experian but regardless I have yet to see my refund. Hotel staff was rude on several occasions.

I like the view we had from our balcony, I like how everything was walking distance, how HarborWalk Village was close by. I like how the bar was open till 4am . Like how the receptionist was kind and helpful. The only down fall is that the wall is very thin so you can literally hear everything and in our room the Ac Unit started leaking . So we had to put towels all around the floor and we told them about it and nobody came to check on it.

The breakfast option was horrible! It is all packaged and processed items, rubbery boiled eggs, sour coffee. This non-service will prevent me from staying at this property in the future unfortunately. The harbor view is nice.

I recently stayed t tge Inn with my family and we had booked tge ocean view room which was my best part. However when I took a shower tge said day upon arrival, the bath tub water wasn't going down. I went and reported it to the front desk and they sent maintenance and it was fixed. Another problem that we encountered was ge AC wasn't working properly so we had to play with it until it came on. Overal this hotel is a really nice and relaxing place but the rooms need to be upgraded and cleaned properly.

Absolutely loved they had a service where you could use an app to call for a shuttle to take you to Harborwalk, nearby restaurants, etc.. Super convenient, just make sure you tip your sweet driver! Yes, the building is older, as it's an older hotel.. but the view of the bay from your room and balcony is wonderful! Tons of businesses within walking distance, just be careful crossing the street, it definitely gets busy during peak times. The walls are thin, as I could hear everything in the rooms next to us, but if no one's next to you, there is silence lol The hotel is in a good location, with wonderful views of the busy bay. They had live music by the pool, which I enjoyed sitting on the balcony to listen to.. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you want to be close to Harborwalk and want to stay on that end of Destin! Plus it's pet friendly, so we were able to take the pup!

We haven’t stayed here in over 15 years. It’s in a great location, but for $334/night I guess I expected it to be more clean and less noisy. The loud lobby music played all night- we were close to the lobby so maybe it was easier to hear? The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The beds were comfortable.

This place was amazing for what we needed. Me my wife and 2 daughters (7 and 3) had an amazing time. The rooms are newly renovated and the beds were great. Room was very clean. Its in a convenient area in the middle of pretty much everything you want to do. Dont let the older/high class people reviews. This place is perfect for the budget friendly small family vacation. Staff is amazing also. If youre a drinker, mini bar open in lobby till 4 AM!

Close to Harbor. Great view of harbor and fireworks. The customer service always made you smile. Love the golf cart service to the Harbor

I will start with the bad. The property needs a good deep clean, walls and hallways had dirt stains and smelled like dog urine trying to be masked with cleaning solution. The rooms has no drawers and hanging rods were covered in dust and rust so your clothing getting stained. The lobby was nice however every other area was gross. Walking from the pool into the lobby there was a dirty puddle of water that you couldn’t avoid at any cost. The hotel also allows pets but no true area to use the bathrooms so when you walk around the property be prepared to see large mounds of fecal matter. No sound proofing so you will literally hear when your neighbor sneezes. The good everything around the hotel. The location really can not be beat, directly next door to two of Destins best restaurants. Walking distance to the Destin Harbor (15 mins) It’s really a shame as the staff was great and the location but everything else over shadows it especially the lack of cleaning and over whelming smell.

Initially I was surprised by the hotels exterior. It looked a little run down, but as I was walking through the front doors I did see a sign that said they were going through renovations. So it was be expected. Besides that everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and the beds are soooo comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly and very helpful. The views are relaxing and the drinks at the bar are great. 10/10 in my book!
