Stayed 3 nights breakfast never changed had sausage 3 days in a row would have been nice to change it up . Issues with key timed out not impressed after coming back late the last thing we wanted to do was walk around the building to get in . The keys had to be program again staff at the desk wasn’t real friendly I think to much effort for her

This was a comfortable, clean, hotel. Being right off the highway was perfect, but having the lakefront walk and park so close gave us a nice break. I would like to stay here again.

We enjoyed our two-day stay at this small but comfortable hotel this sommer. The food was pretty good and the staff friendly and honest. I even forgot something in my room, I called them and, four days later, they called to inform me that they found it. We certainly plan to stay there next year.

I called twice to see if we could get an accessible room as my mother is a wheelchair user and needs an accessible bathroom. They told me that their accessible rooms only have one bed. I said that was fine, we could use a cot or share the bed. They said there were no cots available. I asked if the washroom had a walk in shower - the answer was no, it’s a tub/shower (so really that’s not accessible). They told me that there are bars in regular rooms’ washrooms so it would basically be the same. However when we arrived and checked into our room, there was not a bar to be seen in the washroom. We were not able to switch to an accessible room so my mother and I had a lot of struggles for her with toileting/bathing. Beyond that it is a lovely hotel, the pool is great, the beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Person checking me in never stopped texting on his phone during checkin which is a little uncomfortable when he has your credit card in his hand. Went to use elevator to go to third floor and it never came to first floor , asked if it was broken and the guy said no you just have to walk up to the second floor and bring it down to the first then you could use it, I think that constitutes it being broken. Noisiest room I have ever been in due to traffic on the QEW and the a/c unit in the bedroom that never shut off. On the second night we had to unplug it in order to get some sleep. Bathroom is so small the sink had to be in the living area of the suite.If you were sitting on the toilet and someone opened the door it would have broken your knee caps. The entire suite was very tiny as it appears to be a regular room that they put a wall up in to seperate it into two small spaces. Needless to say I will not be returning to this hotel

Addicts hang out by the front entrance. I didnt feel safe & was nervous all night. Although I dont mind using the stairs, the elevators weren't working, carpet looked filthy in the rooms. The bed was ok

The elevator was not accessible from the main floor. There did not appear to be any emergency in having it repaired. Although I was able to walk to the 3rd floor where my room was, there were others who could not do so. Other than this issue , I enjoyed my stay there.

Hotel sits on a quiet location. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical for Quality Inn. Was only a stopover for a longer vacation. Would recommend and return.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything you could want...is provided. Great breakfast too. I wish our hotels/motels in the US were as clean and wonderful as Canada offers.We have never had a bad stay here in Canada.
