Old, outdated, ice machine didn't work, TV old guzzy picture

I was given a room in the beginning where the floor and carpet were really dirty. I then was given another room due to the nasty carpet stains, & that room the tv wouldn’t turn on and the phone didn’t work either so I could call the front desk to reprogram the remote. I then again was given another room at 11 at night, mind you I have a foot injury and am using a cane so walking back and forth was not at all necessary for me. So I’m given that 3rd room and the AC did not work at all! I have it time and until midnight I was given a somewhat proper room. I did have to go buy air freshener to get the restaurant menu from Dennys smell at least somewhat accommodating. But after I was taking a shower I step out and seen a cricket all over my clothes. I have pictures regarding that and I don’t think that was necessary either. I am a very clean person but just because I didn’t look my best I was given run down rooms. I paid 134 for a king sized bed and ended up with 2 queen sized beds with no refrigerator. I am very disappointed and very upset on my stay. I do hope I can receive some type of compensation for the struggle I had to endure staying here.

No WiFi. Too noisy. Dirty. No cable. Tv broken. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Bad experience.

All the property need some TLC. Inside the rooms and out. Drainage was not good in the tub so it's kind of dirty (may be dangerous too) to shower and be standing in water

There was homeless people in the room sleeping in the bed when i entered the room they assigned to me, staff did not seem to care, just gave me another room, did not feel safe after that, never again.

Worst experience ever, the pictures on the add must of been when hotel was build because its so ugly and dirty, the room was smelly and very bad shame theres no maintenance done in that room in centuries, the outside is so dirty people hanging outside all night drinking and being very loud couldn't sleep, i will never come to this place again and i don't recommend this place.

Overall pleasant stay, and convenient location to family. Only inconvenience, there was no mini fridge and ice maker was out of ice. But a plus, national lampoons family vacation was filmed there, fav movie lol

I stay here a lot and have never had a bad experience. Not going to lie The place could use an upgrade on the outside but the interior is well loved. From the Front desk Ladies to the inhouse maintenance Personal. They all make you feel like Family.
