The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor
The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times.

Basics provided, warm, convenient.
Communication not great, struggling to find out how to get my deposit refunded.

We stayed in Le Telia building although the booking was made for Saskia not sure how that worked! So had to walked another 3-5mins with heavy bags on the snow to the building after checked in and picked up the key from the Saskia building.
The room was fit to purpose for 4 of us - 3 adults and one child. It is Good value for money comparing to other hotels nearby, the apartment is located right inside of the Avoriaz- ski-in/out..
The room was clean , new clean bedsheets and pillows were provided as well as towels.
Kitchen in the room was a good inclusion we used it all the time during our stay to cook our meal , there is supermarket at the Avoriaz where you can get ingredients which very handy if you don’t fancy to eat out all the time.

We stayed at half term (and paid half term prices) for a weeks skiing. The flat is serviceable, but in shocking condition. The ceilings had mould at the corners, the bath/shower and toilet needed a really good scrub. The sofa bed had a broken back and the curtains were hanging off in the living area. Most unpleasantly the previous occupant had picked their nose and left the contents on the wall by the bed. The wifi didn't work and the paid for service didn't seem to exist so we had no options. I did 't expect much, and they managed to miss these by some distance. The staff were polite, but shrugged when I brought up the filth by the bed. They did promptly fix the fridge and the TV though! This is a sad place and in desperate need of a good clean and refurb. It looks like P&V may be working their way through their extensive number of properties in Avoriaz at the moment, and hopefully this is next. Reasonably priced accommodation is limited in Avoriaz at half term, but I would think very hard about staying again.

The town of Avoriaz is Beautiful but the condo was disappointing. It was so small with barely any storage so you have to step over your luggage all week. The “beds” which were really a day bed/couch with jail house mattresses. The view was great and the ski storage locker downstairs was handy. Everything about the trip was fantastic just accept the accommodations for what they are. They are too small to hang out in your room.

Cosy 2- night stay that met all expectations.

Perfect location in Avoriaz close to shops, ski schools, slopes. Accommodation basic but comfortable. Highly recommended for a great family skiing holiday! Hope to go back soon

Great hotel in Avoriaz. Beautiful views from the balcony, nice and comfortable and quiet

They didn’t have my booking and made it seem as though this was my fault. Incredibly rude staff. I would like to have some money back.

Wi-Fi didn't work. Very little rooms. It's very hard for four people to spend a week there with all the ski equipment

The property is located in a terrific ski resort with a great array of winter activities to keep you occupied.

Friendly welcome when we arrived in the evening. Room clean and tidy. Small but fine for 3 adults.
Ski in and out. Very close to ski hire and supermarket.
Bit of a trek from the Prodains lift without any taxi service

very friendly service even i cannot speak French. the room is clean and tidy, good for skiing holiday with friends.

Would definitely stay here again, remember you get what you pay for ,it was clean and comfortable.Good location, only gripe would be that there was limited storage, but ok for 2 people, otherwise was very good

Can’t beat this on location, on the slopes and view to die for. Room was a little tired, but bathroom had been updated, so nothing luxurious about it but on practicalities it ticked all boxes. Compact but great storage and mini kitchen. Would def stay again - vfm and location are spot on, but only suitable for with close family!

Initially we were a little disappointed when we arrived at our apartment. We stayed in the Malinka building over Xmas in what was supposed to be a superior apartment. The apartment was quite basic and looked absoloutly nothing like the photos of the superior rooms on the website. We also weren't expecting the apartment to have extremely steep stairs which were quite awkward with a toddler. We did raise our issues with the reception staff the following day but were told that the hotel only has 3 apartments that look like the pictures and there were none of these available. Apparently a number of guests have made this complaint but yet the pictures are still on the website and very deceptive. However we did enjoy our stay at the hotel Saskia. The view from our apartment was stunning and the hotel is very well placed for the restaurants and slopes. Avoriaz is very beautiful with so much to do. We can't wait to return and would definately stay at the Saskia again if the price was reasonable.

Booked a studio room, was a bit of a squeeze for the adults on the sofa bed but room was OK. Facilities in room allowed us to have breakfast and the meals.

We stayed in the Malinka residence. The reception is staffed 24/7 over at Saskia which is about 10m from the Malinka. Room 407 is for 4 people. 2 bunk beds and a double sofa bed. You could fit a fifth person on the other single sofa if you weren't bothered about privacy. Saying that, there were only two of us staying there and along with all our snowboard gear, 2 board bags and a suitcase it was comfortable. It would have been very cramped if the room
Was at max capacity. If you aren't bothered about personal space though and just want to snowboard then it's ideal and will make your stay super cheap. There is some well thought out storage with most nooks and crannies being some form
Of storage which we utilised well. The place was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised that the room was far better than how any of the pictures portrayed it.
The kitchen was well equipped with a hob and dishwasher, fridge, and the microwave doubled up as the oven. we had a balcony view of the kids freestyle park so good if you want to keep an eye on your little ones, plus it offered great views down to Morzine and across the valley. There is a board/ski/boot room that has access on to a blue run down to Procolou lift and the mini stash. It is just 50m from a Sherpa supermarket which is well stocked. Here are a couple of restaurants and bars also within 50m and its a pleasant 5-10 minute, if that, to the centre where the majority of bars, restaurants and shops are. We would stay here again

Excellent location. Flat very small but well organised (kitchen well equipped). Flat not clean so big disappointment.

Perfect place to stay in with a small group if you are on a budget. I suggest booking the 6 person apartment which comfortably fits 6. The 4 person studio is a little too cosy!!! The place satisfied all basic needs and was clean. Hotel is at excellent location with only two minutes ski to lifts and a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars. The grocery store and bakery was also nearby for breakfast needs.

I would not recommend this hotel. We (myself and 2 friends) arrived at 1AM in the morning. I had made the hotel aware we were arriving at this time and they assured me this would be fine.
After we were given keys to the room, we arrived and had no bedding, or towels. I then had to walk all the way back to reception which was in a different building. Eventually the receptionist got me some towels, sheets and duvets. He put them in a black bag and offered no help to get this to my room! When I Asked him for help he said he couldn't leave his desk.
In the morning when I complained to another receptionist, they did nothing to apologise for the situation, and eventually asked me what I would like from them to apologise? I asked them to come up with something and they gave me free wifi that didn't work for the weekend!

I've just returned from a week staying in room on the 5th floor of Saskia 1. This was advertised as sleeping up to 4 people, I was there on my own and found it just about comfortable enough to live and sleep in. It had a good sized hallway and bathroom, but the kitchen/dining room/living room would have been cramped with 2 or more people including ski gear. My room also had a bunk bed, best suited for people of 5'10" or less and two sofa beds. Groups planning to eat out most evenings would just about manage to make this work, the benefit of the location would give it a advantage over staying in Mozine.

We booked the 'Saskia Falaise' accommodation, but when we checked in we were placed in the 'Epicea' apartments, which are owned by the same company. The reception staff were very unhelpful & their level of the English language was poor to say the least. When we asked why we were being moved, we were told in no uncertain fashion that the Falaise is an area within Avoriaz and that when you book with that company, it is for any of their apartments in Avoriaz. Whilst the Epicea apartments were clean, they did not appear to be of the standard of the Saskia that we had booked. There was a safe in the apartment which had no lock, the dishwasher only completed half a cycle, meaning you had to wash the dishes. The oddest thing was the shower head which was situated half way along the bath, but the shower screen only went part of the way, which meant that the floor was soaked every time you had a shower.

This is a fantastic location. Great value and does the job!
We booked a 1 bedroom apartment in the Saskia. When we checked in they had a mix up and had 2 reservations under my name. after about 45 mins they eventually gave us the keys to a room - in the next door Malinka. We trapsed over with all our luggage only to find it was a studio. i.e. 2 single sofa beds in lounge, and 1 bunk bed in the entrance near door. Fine if thats what you have booked - but as we were a group of 4 adult women, not suitable and not what we booked.
After another 45 minutes of explaining and standing firm - we eventually got the keys to another room. All fine. it was a 1 bed apartment.
make sure you get what you book!
After that initial problem all was fine. these are basic but well equipped clean apartment right on the edge of the slope. We would definitely come back here. View was amazing.
all the bedding and towels were clean - towels come in a sealed packet. kitchen has microwave, fridge, dishwasher and hob. we did eat in 2 of the 4 nights and breakfast everyday. a little box is provided which contained cleaning things - clothes, dishwasher tablets, liquid.plenty for our 4 night stay.
Toilet was separate from bathroom - again good, so we werent fighting over it when someone was in shower!
There's a secure ski room - each room has its own key to a large tall locker to put skis after a day on the slopes. plenty of room for 4 sets.
right near various bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

This is not a hotel. It is an appartment building, where one gets an appartment. Appartments are only with basic furniture and appliances. There is no service and one is expected to clean the appartment and leave it in a reasonable condition for the next renter. However, Avoriaz has incredible ski areas that are extremely well maintained and with excellent snow. The village itself is with no car traffic and has many nice pubs and restaurants. So, it is excelelnt skiing and romatic. But, with very basic services.
