Calm clean and well stocked place for a week. Had everything I would need to cook and eat in the space. Views were beautiful and comfortable.
3.9
Comfortable and clean room with all amenities foreseen. Wonderful mountain and river view from the balcony. Staff was very friendly, polite and responsive to all my requests.
All in all a great experience and I would go back again when in Chamonix.
3.9
The bus stop and the cable cars to the mountains are very close

Awesome... just awesome!

I didn't like the fact that check-in starts late at 5 pm, and check-out is early at 10 am. Also, the photos do not correspond to reality. One gets the impression that bunk beds are a separate room...but this is not so and they are located right next to the bathroom...it would be some inconvenience if we rested in 4. In general, our apartments were clean. But there was mold in the bathroom. All these inconveniences were compensated by the distance to the bus station and the wonderful view from the window.
The girls at the reception were also very friendly :)

Good place and great value, less than 10 mins to cham centre, plenty of restuarants and bars also nearby, plus a good pizza delivery place next door!
All area ski buses stop at / from chamonix sud station which is 100m walk away...

Clean, convenient, well situated near bus depot and amenities

I cannot rate this property highly enough. Fantastic room (216) great views and the staff were super helpful, especially Eva on the front desk. I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Hope to see you soon.

Great location beautiful view .
But apartment is very dated and need some repairs .
Helpful stuff

The staff were so nice and helpful. I got stranded in Annecy and was going to be late for check in but they put my mind at rest and advised on late check-ins provisions. The views are stunning and everything is very close by. Decor is a bit dated but it suits the setting and was more charming than off putting. I would definitely recommend and use again.

We stayed for a week on a snowboarding trip and were extremely happy. Check-in was easy (we did send an email before we arrived giving them our arrival info and we came during regular desk hours). The desk employees were very friendly and one spoke very good English. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a ski locker downstairs so we didn’t have to bring our wet snowboard into the room each night. The bus stop (both for FlixBus from Geneva and the local bus to get around Chamonix was super close, just an around the corner. You can get to the ski mountains pretty easily this way, about 10 minutes to Brevent and up to 30 minutes for Grand Montets, Le Houche, etc. Restaurants and shops in the downtown area are a super close walk, and Aiguille du Midi is super close as well We rented a car for one night to go on a day trip and it was easy to add parking for that night and there was a secured garage. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Chamonix.

Basic accommodation, good value for what we paid. Little dated and tired in places. On criticism is parking, it isn’t made clear you ideally need to pre book, so have us a challenge when we arrived.
3.9
Absolutely zero amenities, no coffee, hard beds, no check in until 4:00 pm. They require a €200.00 deposit as well! It was also a super noisy area with noise all through the night! I did not enjoy this place!
3.9
Value for money, friendly staff.
3.9
The only downside to this property is that except for Saturdays the reception is closed between 12 and 4 so if you are arriving during this time just wait somewhere until 4pm. Super convenient if you don't have a car as the main bus station and the Aiguille du Midi train station are right there. Friendly and helpful staff. The free local shuttle stops right outside. On the river with a pretty walking path .. walk to everything i ended up staying 3 weeks here... cute self contained apartment with laundry options close by. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is in a great location . Big rooms and functional . I was initially cold but the reception staff were very helpful by supplying a heater!
It was great waking up to see the snow! I would recommend highly !

I am very happy I found this place. It was late in the ski season but I feel I was still lucky. The staff is very friendly, the place is very conveniently located close to the buses that arrive / leave to Geneve and Courmayeur, so getting in and out of there was super easy. It is close to a couple bars and it hace a nice convenience store close by. I definitely would go back. Oh! and the prices were also very good.

Great location for the centre of chamonix, including shops bars restaurants etc. Close to local grocery shop and great views, however this property is not ski in/ski out, you need to catch a bus to the slopes or drive in a car, approx 10 mins. Even if there was loads of low level snow, ski in ski out would be impossible. Also sound proofing between rooms is appealing. We could hear next doors phone receive a text, and any movement above, sliding chairs or furniture, was louder than the TV in our apartment. I appreciate a skiing holiday is not about spending time in your appartment but somethings do become a little annoying after 7 days. Overall a good stay, but would consider alternatives if I were to return to chamonix
3.9
Good value and comfy
3.9
Great location easy bus stop for the slopes !!!!! Would stay again

Property was very clean and tidy. Enjoyed the room I had. Suitable size for 2 people. Stayed during winter and the room retained heat really well. Found that we didn't need to use the heater some nights.
3.9
Run down old place. Reception and check in friendliness is was unwelcoming.Only positive is the location.
3.9
It was better than what expected, the place, the view everything was great and near everything
3.9
Friendly helpful staff, Great Location for supermarket, bars, restaurants, takeaways and city centre. Bus stop for buses to slopes on 2-3 mins walk away. Let down by too much noise late at night from surrounding apartments. Should have a noise curfew in place eg after 11pm?
3.9
Found the appartments very good.not massive but for the price was great. Had lovely balcony with view of mountains. Apt was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again
3.9
Staffs are lovely and very helpful. Room is clean and comfy.
3.9
Well maintained apartment. Big enough for two with a well equipped kitchen.
Basic Wi-Fi fast enough to get some things done online.
Location: Chamonix Sud
The apartment was facing the Arve River and it was very noisy at night. Had trouble sleeping.
3.9
Nice location, view and friendly receptionist.
3.9
The accommodations were poor. Checking information was never sent and so the first night we arrive later than the front desk was open resulting in having to get another hotel room and staying the first night somewhere else while we still paid for this place. All the signs were in French and we could not read them. The residence owner never sent any email reguardimg checkin and when I reached out to them through VRBO there was no response. Overall the bedding was rough and the pillows were horrible. Would never stay here again.

Good kitchen good bed .
Need good pillows.
Very good receptionists

Great location

Ok for a ski holiday, close to main bus terminal. Very basic, but close to the Spar and short walk into Chsmonix.
Chamonix is a very expensive place, so this worked well for our needs.
3.9
The location is superb! Quick walk into the centre and a two minute walk to the bus stop. Also close enough to walk to a couple of ski areas if you can handle it!
My only qualm is the lack of amenities; only one toilet roll was supplied and no hair dryer which the amenities listed.
Otherwise we were very happy with the property and our stay!
3.9
Close to bus station and shops and bars within the square
3.9
Location to Chamonix Sud buses is fantasticWifi is very often intermittent and the signal is not strong
3.9
Front desk was friendly but did not explain how to get into building (use code, not keys) and what the 2 separate keys are for. Pay parking spaces are tight but was a nice new garage. The unit was very dated and not worth what we paid even for holiday prices. There’s timed light switches in stairways and halls. Bring toilet paper! They only provided enough for 1 day(grocery store close by). Location was central. Didn’t realize there was only mountaineering skiing at Aiguille du Midi in Dec. Luckily able to ski at Les Grands Montets. Beds were comfy enough and unit was clean and heated. Overall would not recommend for the price we paid.
3.9
Perfect hotel for a visit in Chamonix with visitors with no rental car as it is ideally located within a 1-10 minute walk from the bus depot (free city bus to most trailheads), the train station, downtown Chamonix and grocery stores. An equipped kitchenette, comfy beds, and a clean room. I would recommended this to anyone staying in Chamonix.
3.9
It was very cramp but overall nice and clean. Close to a town centre that’s why we’ve chosen it. Loud as the busy street was next to it.
3.9
Apartment had a bit of a musky smell. Rest met expectations
3.9
No response to emails after informing hotel that we would be checking-in late. No one at hotel when we arrived. Only tel answerphone message (in French only).
