A dirty run down, so bad I walked out and had to book another hotel for the four days of our trip. The photos show a lovely clean hotel, don’t believe them.

Great location. Amazing staff. Appartment is well equipped with comfy beds.

Perfect location and wonderful to have a view of the mountains!!!We loved the view so much!!made our trip!
Awesome to have a warm pool and sauna to go to at the end of the day snowboarding&skiing!
Very well equipped kitchen!
Furniture was a little old&tired but usable.
Would love to stay there again!
Perfect size for 2 people!loved it!!!!

On the whole it's an average property, that is if you know what to expected from a 4* P&V apartment block.
It's got faults (only 2 lifts to serve the whole building, toilet in room stank, small rooms, little storage space for food, really poor free wifi - €25 upgrade for the week not justified)...
...but it has redeeming features too (nice-to-have swimming pool and sauna, great location, not overly priced, most staff appeared pleased to help even though busy, 4 reasonably solid beds that weren't bunks)).
Ignore the tourist board rating of 4 stars as it has, at best, a 3 star feel to it.
Overall, I would be happy to stay here again, despite the negative points, because it fits a mid price budget and compares favourably to similar properties nearby. That said, I think I'll try the Alpenrose around the corner from the P&V building next time as for not much more money you get much more quality.

The property was very basic and we were asked to clean and do some of the preparation for the next users of the property

The rooms were clean and cosy. We were staying with children and we had no worries with the hotel.

We absolutely loved the location. Great access to the amenities, ski school and skipass/ ski equipmet/ ski lifts.
A great place for families with kids.
Bar and restaurant pleasant enough but not to far from town centre where you can go out at night.
Absolutely loved our stay. We were 4 families with children and we all enjoyed our stay.
I do recommend the hotel.

Good location and plenty to do in area. Easy check in and practical space in apartment.

Stayed for a week (2 adults, 2 kids) in an appartment for 3/4. Overall its not too bad - but it would be too small/claustrophobic for 4 adults.
Redeeming feature is it's proximity to the lifts at Bergers.
Pros:
Very handy for the lifts at Bergers - Can ski back to just across the road
Close to lots of parking
Lots of storage space for clothes etc
Kitchen pretty well equipped - it's got a dishwasher!
Great view from the balcony
Decent on site restaurant
Cons:
Living room very small and cramped for 4 people
Nowhere to store/prepare food
Ski/boot lockers tiny and room unheated
Next time I'll look for somewhere slightly larger.

Really liked the hotel. Good and friendly service staff. Room was always nice and hot. Decent free wifi

Fint sted

Room was very cold, dishes were dirty, pool not opened for most of our stay in the hotel, reception desk not open to query any items or to look for help - only open on Saturdays for arrivals and departures. Overall it was a disappointing hotel although its location was excellent.
3.8
Good hotel- would book again...however, not quite ski out as advertised! Good location, close to shops, ski lifts, restaurants etc!

Nice kitchen, nice staff!

Slightly out of centre, but quiet for it.basic clean rooms but a good hotel for a few nights.

Very bad dirty it´s says four star but i give it two. It was suppose to have six bed but in fact there was two singles bed with two sofa bed.
3.8
great location, nice leisure pool, poor hotel, room and service. More of a dorm feel than a hotel.

ideal

there is no place better to enjoy alpine france

The room we had was to sleep 5/6. I stayed with 2 of my children....1 more adult with us would have been comfortable still but i think it would have been cramped for more. The hotel was clean and decor was fine but i felt the staff to be less friendly and accommodating than i had hoped. Websites and reviews promised ample activities in summer but nothing could have been further from the truth. Summer ski lifts to take you to the village were closed, almost all shops and food places were closed and to get any hiking trails you needed a car to get to. Beautiful location but either come by car or come in winter.

The overall quality of the hotel was good, the rooms were clean (although you have to clean the rooms yourselves at the end of the week), well equipped, and offered a nice bar, free sauna, swimming pool, gym and ski locker facilities. "Ski to door" isn't entirely true, unless you count the 50m walk to the slopes but never caused us any problems, even with ski / snowboard boots and equipment.
3.8
comfortable but spartan

good facilities set in basic accomodation, close to slopes and supermarket.
